All flags are offensive to someone ? Where does it end ? Shouldn't the USA flag be a red Indian flag ? Why red? |

I always thought it was Red Indian and not Indian (as that is people from India ?)
Or are there Blue Indians ?

What the different tribes prefer to be called probably differs from tribe to tribe and person to person. Indian, American Indian, Native American, Native are all terms that I have heard used by Native American people. |

Speaking of red I find it funny and ironic that these days Republican/conservative favoring states are called red states. Because in the 80's those type of people lived by the saying "better dead than Red".

Better Dead Than Red ? I thought meant anything but Russian . Or English soccer fan Anyone but Manchester United ?

Today's society has become too politically correct. If the Confederacy won the Civil War, I guess Northern states couldn't fly the Stars and Stripes. I saw a house in Southern Illinois that had the Rebel flag and the Union Jack. I wasn't about to stop and tell them that they couldn't fly the British flag because we beat them in the Revolutionary War. By the way, I think it's ridiculous that Dukes of Hazzard reruns can't be shown on TV, but they'll still show the movie.
