Just watched episode two. I liked the way the crowd was looking towards the sky at the helicopter as they were going towards the crime scene. In the same way as the walkers were looking to the sky at the sound of the helicopter in Atlanta in the pilot. WE ARE THE WALKING DEAD!!
Love Tobias. The outcast teenager who just knows his shit!

I really hope Tobias returns next season, he can be this shows Morgan or just have him as a regular. I do have to question the one scene outside a house where a suit case sits with a car trunk open and was that Tobias' house in episode #2. Anyway, awesome stuff...

So, what did you guys think about the final? I thought it was outstanding. The sheer chaos from beginning to end was very well done imo. Interested in seeing what happens next.

I find myself liking FTWD much more than the original which I more or less just watch out of habit at this point. I am really looking forward to season 2.
However, the finale was predicated by an act that just doesn't sit well with me:
What Salazar did for them to gain access to the base was ridiculous and completely irresponsible. Probably one of the worst things I've seen anyone do on either show. And that the rest of them went along with it is questionable but I guess desperation leads to such things.

The finale was great. The whole visual of the arena emptying out resulting in the swarm taking down the fence and the guard tower was crazy. The dad's turn at the end was great too. The series started out slow, but looks intriguing now.

Yeah, Salazar's action were completely reckless and selfish...but effective. Its been pretty well established he is not a good person despite his role as a protagonist in the show.

Can't wait to see more of his story.

Was really pleased with how they slowly built up the tension over the course of the full six episodes... That was something they never could have done with the original series because they had to hook their viewers... With an established fan base, they can be more patient and really develop their characters and scenarios... All in all, I think they've got a strong ensemble to move into the next season... Should be fun to see where the writers take them... Now onto TWD! YAY!
