I still think there is room in this world for both a newsletter and the promoter. Perhaps I am wrong but will publish it either way

I still think there is room in this world for both a newsletter and the promoter. Perhaps I am wrong but will publish it either way I'm not arguing against a fan newsletter- I'm just saying that those of you who want to see more LOW content in the Promoter need to do something about it and send stuff to John. I wish any endevor well that encourages game fan's passion in FG products- my point is that the Promoter is what you (meaning any LOW fan) put into it.

I was told just champions for the rankings. Is that still going to remain true, once it goes online? If you mean only people's champs will count for the official rankings, then probably that's the case. I can't speak for John, but I know when I was running the newsletter, the way I set it up back in the old days was to just use champs, since not everyone uses thorough top 10 rankings, so things get skewed if you try to implement top 10s when not everyone does. As for as LOW content in the Promoter goes, it's always always always about submissions from people. There's only so much the editors and regular columnists can do, and besides, it's the fans' newsletter. Everyone should feel free to contribute!

I'm sure John K will be able to find a way to effectively include it all into the Promoter Online. ~ :-Xsk Whats the e-mail for John K to submit stuff? I don't get the promoter anymore but will get the on-line version, I understand that we should have our input in the promoter and will do so but a Fans Newsletter is a good thing too...

Please feel free to tell me if I am wrong but I am sure that a part of what is keeping coverage of LOW seemingly smaller than COTG is that there are so many different facets to COTG. There is the standard COTG, the classics, aCe, CPC/POW, Promoter Madness and I am sure there are plenty more but being that I don't play COTG I don't know. It just seems to me that since there are so many different sets & much more history as far as the company is concerned there is more talk surrounding COTG than LOW. The majority of LOW talk happens when new cards/sets are coming out.
I am in favor of a fan run LOW newsletter. I think it would be fun.
