I think so, but probably not to the meet and greet (at the 2nd TV tapings last month Global Force wanted $30 just to enter the meet and greet)

I find it funny that some of the podcasts I listen to refer to GFW as Jeff Jarret's pyramid scheme, which seems pretty much accurate. Not sure why they are running TV tapings without a TV deal. Even the wrestlers on the show like Colt Cabana can't help but make fun of them and their minor league ballpark shows.

As a followup it looks like today's Colt Art of Wrestling Podcast is with Jeff Jarrett. Should be interesting...

Reno Scum, looking to become the first ever GFW Tag Team Champions this Friday at the Orleans:
I wish I could have seen Reno Scum's match last night at the Silverton for FSW, but I had a ticket to see Social Distortion at Mandalay Bay.

Last night I went to this TV taping of GFW Amped at the Orleans and I sat with my friends Alex and Alan.
I bought a Seahawks colored Global Force Wrestling Las Vegas shirt before the show at the merchandise table. if Global Force Wrestling continues to use Las Vegas and the Orleans as their home, then they really need to move into the Orleans Showroom instead of running the 10,000 seat Orleans Arena IMO- although the good thing about the Orleans Arena is it has elevated seating so I can still easily see the matches despite my short height without having to sit in the front row or near the front row.
Again, the purpose of this taping was to crown the first 4 champions in Global Force Wrestling's history.
Overall, I thought the matches were good (some of them really good,) but these matches were separated by too many promos (which I thought were only so so) and inexplicable delays- at one point Intermission was announced to give the ring crew time to change the apron because blood had been spilled on it? Nevertheless, this show was absolutely worth the $10 ticket fee and I will go again in the future if Global Force Wrestling continues to use Las Vegas as its home.
some match results/spoilers, if you want them (I am not sure when and where these matches may later be on TV), are listed below:
Tag Team Championship semifinal Reno Scum defeated Teaze N Sleaze
Reno Scum were accompanied by Christina Von Eerie which is not unusual in the local Indy scene as she is based from Sacramento and they are based from Reno. Originally I heard that Kenny king was still going to be working this show despite returning to ROH, but instead Joey Ryan's new tag team partner was Jakob Austin Young who is one of the stars of the local FSW promotion. Reno Scum won with the SCUM STOMP to advance to the finals.
Tag Team Championship semifinal Bollywood Boyz defeated Whirlwind Gentlemen (another local tag team)
non-tournament matches
The Masked Saint (the character from Rowdy Roddy Piper's recently released final movie) defeated Joey Ryan
Kongo Kong (managed by Henry Maxwell- the current Florida Heritage Champion in FIP,) defeated Brian Myers and Kevin Kross (the local FSW Champion)
Women's Championship Final Christina Von Eerie defeated Amber Gallows.
Great to see CVE become the first-ever Women's Champion in Global Force Wrestling as she and Candice LeRae (who unfortunately no longer works for Global Force Wrestling) are my personal two favorite women wrestlers.
Global Championship Final Nick Aldis defeated Bobby Roode to become the first-ever GWF Global Champion.
- afterward, Aldis got attacked by Chris Mordetzky and Stu Stone (who manages Mordetzky in Global Force)
Tag Team Championship Final
Bollywood Boyz defeated Reno Scum (accompanied by new GFW Women's Champion Christina Von Eerie)
- no offense to the Bollywood Boyz, but I was so damn disappointed with this outcome. At least CVE won a title tonight.
NEX*GEN Championship Finals PJ Black defeated Jigsaw, TJ Perkins, and Vigil Flynn to become the first-ever NEX*GEN Champion.
a very good match that included some things I have never seen before in a wrestling ring (and I watch alot of wrestling)
- Jeff Jarrett personally presented all the title winners with their championship belts, but Black refused to shake Jarret's hand

Was hoping for a Reno Scum win. Not a bad set of matches though.
