I just saw that UltraMantis Black has had to retire due to leg injuries sustained recently. Really unfortunate. He was an entertaining dude.

Truly unfortunate. Is easily the most entertaining performer in all of Chikara. I feel truly fortunate to have been able to see him back in May in one of his last matches.

Yeah, UMB has finally hung it up. Quite the career in Chikara though, he was very fun.

Very unfortunate, Ultramantis Black was definitely one of my personal favorite CHIKARA wrestlers.

Sad news, without a doubt... I haven't watched a lot of Chikara, but from what I've seen UMB is an excellent performer/entertainer... An unfortunate loss to the wrestling world.

I really, really hope the Great and Devious one sticks around on commentary; I know I'll be keeping him in that capacity for NWA: Chikara. At the same time, I can understand a desire to walk away from it completely if you can't go the way you wish you could.

He's my favorite wrestler absolutely. I also like his CD,maybe now he'll do another one.
