Chaos managed to take the top prize from Raven in pretty questionable fashion... Hoping we get a rematch...
Enjoying the Best of 7 series between New Order and the Gladiators... Good thing Dreggs and Mace were able to bounce back and win one after dropping the first two...

Good thing Dreggs and Mace were able to bounce back and win one after dropping the first two... Absolutely entertaining! I never worry about Chaos. he goes in streaks. either win quickly or hit a roadblock. Raven I'm sure will see the belt again. the Best of 7 between Gladiators/New Order is something. I hope its not a flash and done as these two teams usually trade wins like baseball cards. stay tuned friends as the next show will be up probably next Friday as we're buzzing through December and eager for Lord of the Ring myself.

Commissioner Carter is promoting the main event for Lord of the Ring when Chopper Mattock comes out and says that the GWF Championship will be his. Carter says that will be decided at LOTR and forbids contact between the champion Chaos and the challenger Chopper Mattock who won the Cosmic Cage Stampede at War of the Words 3. Raven came to the ring and told Carter he knew his rematch wasn’t until the next Night of Champions in 2097 and that was fine. He admitted that Chaos dominated him like Mace’s ego did to his common sense. Carter said he was defending the NLW title in the main event and Raven said that was fine. And left before Carter could tell him who he was facing. “That man has the survival genetics of a bird flying into a glass window.” The commissioner commented.
Backstage: US Patriot welcomed Commander Sam back from his suspension. “Gave me time to plan.” Sam says as they head to the ring.

The captain of the winning team can decide what if any stipulations will be added to their match at Lord of the Ring. by coin toss it was decided that Chaos would pick the first gift. Chaos grabbed the biggest one and ripped it open. gazing inside he blinked. Commissioner Carter peered inside and announced that Chaos’s first partner was Solar Hawk. Mattock picked a slender wrapped box and opened it then frowned and closed it saying he grabbed the wrong box. Carter took it and looked inside. He announced that Ursa Major would be Mattocks first partner tonight and Chaos laughed. The champion grabbed another large present and ripped it open. Mattock opened another medium wrapped gift and Carter announced his third member was Wildcat. Chaos grabbed his last gift which was an envelope. Johnny Rocket, Cid Profit and Commissioner Carter are at ringside and welcome the fans to the final PPV of 2096. Rocket talks briefly about the end of Ignition and Carter responds that the amount of harm both teams did to security as the pre-show ended was unacceptable and was fining both the Gladiators and New Order $10,000 for each member and suspending them for 10 weeks. Their continuous harm they cause to the men on the security forces will not be tolerated. Profit noted that they would be gone until mid-March missing out on Wrestling Classic and Wrestlecon! Carter says actions have consequences and the Gladiators and New Order have been getting out of hand in the ring and backstage.
Rocket said earlier today Commissioner Carter and his staff pulled the teams via the lottery for the 1st round of the LOTR. Carter chuckled and admitted that he was surprised with some of the selections. Rocket said this year 64-men had entered and that meant that the 2nd and 3rd rounds were the tag team matches while 4th round was the 4-way elimination matches and the final was best 2 out of 3 falls. Carter said they were trying the larger pool of talent this year, next year might return to the 32-man format of previous LOTR competitions. Profit said with so many champions in this someone could leave very happy.

Profit noted that Kraken has been having back issues and is one of the reasons the Hitman has cut his wrestling schedule. Profit wondered where Enigma was and Carter said this year no one was allowed at ringside during the first few rounds of the LOTR. Everyone was shocked in one move Chaos claimed victory. Morpheus was smug and as Chaos was reclaiming the Galactic belt fom the referee, the arena was filled with the sound of drums and horns. He looked at the entrance where walking thru the pyrotechnics was Goldberg. The arena was chanting his name as he stalked to the ring. Goldberg entered the ring ducked the attempt by Chaos to hit him with the belt and Goldberg with the Spear then picked Chaos up and hit the JACKHAMMER. Fans were going wild and so loud the announcers couldn’t be heard as Goldberg made his return and told Chaos he was next. The pay per view ended as the arena thunderously chanted “GOLDBERG! GOLDBERG!” over and over as Goldberg stood over Chaos and glared at Morpheus and marked his return since the Elite beat him down in a five on one assault right after he won the title. Morpheus glared at the man with more hatred than he showed Omega.

Chaos again sporting the belt and his crush of Mattock had me looking at the dice wondering why they give guys a huge win to get here then lose in one F'N MOVE! ugh. now Raven is on the hunt any time and place.
I am working on the title histories. I have to go back thru the notebooks and count up defenses. I only have who the champs were and how many days they held. might use your format but its slow and trying to find the scraps for classics to count Omega's defenses. and I only recorded from 2087 to current. someone cleaned by desk

Commissioner Carter was in the ring and welcomed the fans to Wrestling classic and the start of the Decade tours. Since 2087 when the GWF started having holovision shows its been a decade of dreams, of adventure and so much more. Tonight the classic tournament will feature 16 of the GWF originals battling for the Master of the Universe medallion. Commissioner Carter also announced that tonight Goldberg makes his return as he takes on Chaos. Commissioner Carter said that the ruling about New Order and the Gladiators was going to stand and they would be gone 10 weeks. Carter said the Demons of Hydra were also on suspension for lying about their identities. Carter wished the fans well for the new year and to enjoy the tournament as well as the other matches signed.
Backstage: Omega looked at Star Warrior and Thantos and wished them both well tonight. He asked if either of them had heard from Alpha but got back negative. Thantos said Alpha would turn up he just had a lot going on in his head.

Johnny Rocket is with Morpheus and asks about the match tonight between Goldberg and Chaos. Morpheus is protesting this being a title match. “Carter throws his hired gun because he saw at LOTR no one is going to stop Chaos. Not Mattock, not Star Warrior and not the so called new Lord of the Ring Raven. So he brings in that thug Goldberg.” Rocket pointed out that Goldberg as a champion that didn’t lose the title has the right to the rematch and Rocket was floored by the backhand from Morpheus who stormed away.

Guile and his team left as Killer Queen and King Lear rush out checking on Massif and Jack.
Backstage: Cardinal Sin preaches about the corruption of the GWF and his mission to bring the truth to light. He said Zuul might be a demon but it was her mission to cleanse the women’s division one soul at a time. Tonight Cassandra was going to pay for her wanton ways and be shown as the scarlet women she is.
