Dragonmaster finally loses the UCSP title which I didn't enjoy. Raven stumbles and recovers what rocky start for 2097 for the LOTR. Goldberg...trying to convince my godson to let me shelf the overpowered bootleg. glad you enjoyed it. the Rumble and Golden Ticket are coming who will win the shot for G-Con this year

-The match started with Hawk locking up with Hunter when the Department of Power and the rest of the Elite rushed the ring and a huge beat down was taking place. Cameras backstage showed Thantos was unconscious and the doors to the security office were locked with a device.

The five members of the Elite took turns hitting Star Warrior while the Department of Power focused on Solar Hawk the Fighting Titans were coming to the ring when they were attacked by the Masked Assassins. Ghengis Khan came out and went after the Demons. US Patriot made it to the ring only to be put down by Matador with the BULLWHIP. Janus had Warrior in the GORDIAN KNOT when the King’s Court rushed the ring only to be attacked by Cardinal Sin, Lost Soul, Gabriel, Bishop Hell, Mesmer and Gemini. Fights were getting out of hand as Wolf rushed the ring with the AniMen following and they went after the Department of Power. The Real Wild Things were coming out when they were attacked by the three members of X-Factor. Backstage Ms. Liberty was fighting with Cassandra while Xia was seen pummeling X-Plosion. Amazonia was being choked by Zuul with a riding crop.
In the ring Alpha Force coming out of the crowd went after Chaos and locked on the ULTIMATE FORCE. Drums blasted over the pa as Goldberg marched to the ring hitting the Spear on Darkos when he got in his way. In the ring Goldberg was double teamed by Superiority Complex but he countered taking out Prodigy with a savatte kick then hit Fear the Spear on Skinhead. Matador with a dropkick then went to choke Goldberg only to be thrown off and hit with Fear the Spear. Goldberg measured him and hit the SPEAR & JACKHAMMER. Janus released the hold on Star Warrior and retreated as security using the emergency teleport system started to arrive the show ended.

-the bell sounded and Ursa Major was dumped from the ring in seconds. There was a fight around for about two minutes when Death’s Head eliminated Creeper after a trio of knees to the crotch. Xenos fell to DINNERTIME and Creature tossed him like a rag doll. Bart made the mistake of trying to lift Psycho and a Lunatic Launch saw him eliminated. Tendron and N’Glect had been fighting for some time when the Destroyer was back dropped out of the ring when he tried a turnbuckle charge. Frenzy fell to the crow like Lost Soul. Malleous and Hagar were nearly eliminated atop of each other meanwhile Creature had survived the best hits Zakata had but a fourth ASSASSINATION saw him eliminated. Psycho kept coming back but a third FUNERAL MARCH knocked him over the ropes. Mutant had been frustrating everyone but News with an overhead belly to belly sent him from the ring. Killer Queen was choked out by N’Glect and dumped from the ring. N’Glect and Zakata had a dizzying series of reversals into the rope that saw Zakata spill over the ropes after a head to head collision. Lost Soul had spent too much time stalking and taunting Jack who managed to eliminate him. Jack was dumped over the ropes by Death’s Head as Soul pulled. Wildcat with the WILDCAT STRIKE attacked Lost Soul who was choking Jack eliminated himself. Death’s Head just couldn’t survive repeated CALL OF TE WILD 5x. News was going for a deathjump when N’Glect pushed him off to the floor. Stalker and N’Glect battled back and forth both men were on rubber legs when N’Glect with the UNFORGETTABLE TORTURE RACK dumped Stalker over the ropes.

Rocket said tonight they were starting with the Dawnstar Championship as Ms. Liberty defends the gem against Cassandra. Profit said before the lockdown Cassandra and X-Plosion were the ones to make sure Xia didn’t reclaim the gem and got to challenge Liberty who she was more confident in facing but it would be alone as the lockdown continued. Rocket said the gem as always would be in its anti-gravity field above the ring and would be lowered when there was a winner. Cid wondered how heavy the eight point gem was and Rocket said about ten pounds of solid gem as Ms. Liberty came out and placed the Dawnstar in its field and watched it raised.

The losers would go to a Second Chance Silver Lining Universal Battle Royal later tonight where the winner of that would get an IP shot at Wrestlefest. -The action was fast and hard hitting spilling out of the ring several times. The first elimination didn’t happen until after all eight men were in the match as King Lear was choked by Sin then the Last Rights got the three count. Matter missing his other half lost most of his offense and a Burrow Blast for the second time put him to the mat for the three count. Iron Mane got a near fall on Soultaker but when they went out of the ring the deadman took firm control and back in the ring saw the Soul Stealer and Iron Mane passed out, Terak went once too often to the top rope and missed allowing Sin to hit the Gluttonator and get the pin. Cannibal sent Badger into the turnbucklea managed to kick out from the backslide but Badger with the perfect cross body block got the three. Cardinal Sin tried to preach to Soultaker in the corner but the deadman with a Dead & Buried got a near fall and the Soul Stealer had Sin unconscious soon after. Badger kept moving using high risk moves and finally hit a fourth and final Burrow Blast getting the three count and winning the Gold Rush for the second time.

Cid said this wasn’t fair to other teams for the Greek Gods to walk into a title shot after being gone a year. Rocket told him to shut up.

Cid cheered as the Mercenaries claimed the GWF Tag belts for the first time. Rocket said the Greek Gods showed a bit of ring rust and while Superiority Complex attacked Acatgon leaving Proteus at the mercy of the Mercenaries. They talked a bit more about the match and Rocket said the Mercenaries were going to defend the titles against Sign of the Zodiac at Night of Champions. The talked about the IP championship next and Guile getting Bounty Hunter this match. Cid said security is having a hard time keeping Guile contained as he kept slipping away as Bounty Hunter came to the ring. Rocket said Guile was a weasel for sure and spoke about the power and determination of Solar Hawk who defeated Spike for the title and is determined to keep it tonight.

Fans boo as Solar Hawk retreats as Guile checks on Bounty Hunter ignoring the referee. Rocket said Hawk did the smart thing knowing how much Guile could tip things so he cut the contest short and retreated. Cid said Commissioner Carter would have to do something as the fans were not happy with the turn of events. Rocket said they need to focus as the Second Chance Silver Lining Universal Battle Royal was up and the seven men would fight to see who went onto Wrestlefest and challenge for the IP title while the remaining six entered into championship Purgatory. Cid asked what about Terak as he was the NLW champion. Rocket said if he lost he wouldn’t get a rematch or any title shot until after Celebration.

-Cardinal Sin attack Soultaker from behind choking him over and over. Soultaker fought back but Sin just kept countering until a LAST RIGHTS and Sin tossed the dazed deadman out of the ring. Matter fought as best he could but he was missing something vital and Lear with the CORONATION sent Matter to the back and Purgatory. Cardinal Sin tried to work over Terak but the NLW champion was saved by Cannibal and Terak quickly hit Sin with the Terak Head Smasher then the BARBARIAN SHUFFLE and sent Sin packing. King Lear had his back to the action recovering and Cannibal wasted little time before the THROAT SLIT (+2) and hung Lear over the ropes then letting him fall. Cannibal turned right into the Lion’s Play and was sent over the ropes. Iron Mane took some hits from Terak but a reversal and the FINAL POUNCE dazed the Beast Rider enough where Mane sent him over the ropes and too the floor.

Johnny Rocket said Iron Mane was going to Wrestlefest. Cid noted last year Iron Mane was in Purgatory. Rocket said the shock of the match had to be Cannibal saving Terak twice but the Beast Rider just couldn’t put it together enough to overcome the Leader of the Pack. Cid was as excited as the fans as the Galactic title match was next and Star Warrior who won the Master of the Universe medallion for the 3rd time was getting his long awaited rematch since he lost the title back at Galacticon in August. Rocket said Chaos had some ups and downs but was looking to make Star Warrior bow in defeat.

-#1Battering Ram went right after #2Alpha Force who took control and after the Alpha Strike used the ULTIMATE FORCE to shove Ram out of the ring. #3 Splatter arrived and slowed Alpha down fighting back and forth but no attempts at elimination. #4 Lord Nexus, #5 Defender of the Realm and #6 Lance At-Las came out. #7 Janus the Overman arrived and attacked Alpha. #8 Gabriel arrived hit everyone but Alpha countered and an Alpha Strike and the ULTIMATE FORCE saw Gabriel quickly eliminated. #9 Bishop Hell snuck into the ring and after a few chances hit the HELLFIRE and sent Lord Nexus from the match. #10 Billy Jo Boxer arrived fists of fury. #11 Fury arrived in a primal scream and attacked Splatter. #12 Memer arrived quietly spending time on the floor. #13 Vengeance arrived loudly and sent At-Las from the match with the LETHAL CATAPULT. #14 Justice arrived followed by #15 Shatterstar and Justice eliminated Mesmer as Shatterstar eliminated Fury almost on top of each other. #16 Whiplash entered and handed out several punishing hits until #17 Goldberg arrived and after Fear the Spear saw Whiplash tossed with relative ease. Justice was punished by Vengeance with the Eye Cleaver six times before being tossed from the ring. #18 Vyper stepped into the ring and Monster Choke Slam from Goldberg tossed him right out. Shatterstar tried to intimidate Goldberg but the freak of nature with the Fear the Spear five times saw Shatterstar tossed out of the match limp at the same time as #19 Gemini entered the ring and was soon overwhelmed as Alpha with several Running Star Blasts before succeeding with the ULTIMATE FORCE and tossing Gemini. #20 Darkos the Deceiver arrived and lasted until #21 Holocaust arrived and a explosive clothesline eliminated the Deceiver. #22 Dragonmaster ran into the Eye Cleaver right away from Vengeance and was tossed quickly. #23 Matador of M83 took his time which saw Vengeance eliminated by Alpha Force. #24 Pegasus the Powerful arrived but refused to step into the ring. #25 Thantos arrived to many cheers and the Gamesmaster hit everyone. #26 Wolf arrived thru the crowd and jumped Pegasus dragging him into the ring and then tossing him out howling as he eliminated the ego-maniac. #27 Raven arrived and the match was slowing as people were just trying to wear down everyone. #28 US Patriot arrive and tried to pick up the pace only to be put down by Matador with the Matador Death Run and a dropkick sent the American wrestler from the match. Thantos was eliminated by Raven with the BROADSWORD and across the ring Holocaust with the SHOCKWAVE (+6) sent Goldberg flying over the ropes spasming. #29 Dreadnaught arrived and went after rival Raven. Wolf was eliminated by Holocaust with the SHOCKWAVE (+3) while Raven with three BLADERUNNER’S eliminated Dreadnaught as #30 Spike arrived. Matador tried to get rid of Alpha who fought back and a Tomahawk Thrust sent Matador over the ropes. Raven was next eliminated when Spike avoided the SHOCKWAVE (+3) from Holocaust who accidentally hit his teammate sending Raven over the ropes. Spike couldn’t avoid the next SHOCKWAVE (+5) and was dumped out of the ring. an exhausted Alpha Force who had just taken a MEGA DESTROYER was leaning on the ropes when Holocaust went for the SHOCKWAVE only to have it Backfire and Alpha sent him over the ropes and collapsed .
Winner: Alpha Force via elimination
Commissioner Carter went to present Alpha with the Golden Ticket as Star Warrior and Thantos came out. They helped Alpha to his feet but he needed help to make it to the back as he was beyond exhausted.
Johnny Rocket had lost his voice as he said Alpha Force went from starting at #2 and winning the whole thing. Cid took over saying Holocaust and Goldberg made huge dents in the competition but Holocaust went to the well one too many times and his luck with the Shockwave ran out. Cid thanked everyone and reminded them to tune in for Flashpoint as Rocket’s voice was totally gone the show ended with the image of Star Warrior and Thantos with Alpha between them making their way to the locker room.

The Decade of Excellence tour is certainly living up to its name... Pleased that Raven is hanging tough with the Holovision title... And I have to admit that whether you like him or not, you're doing a great job writing for Goldberg... Especially enjoyed his announcement of intent to enter the Rumble for the Golden Ticket... Fortunately, he failed to win.  As always, Wrestlecon delivered on every level... Congrats to Alpha Force on the amazing performance - Entering at #2 and coming out on top... Impressive indeed! |

Yeah Goldberg ran into Holocaust. got an idea but its going to be around G-Con when it comes to life I think. Wrestlecon I think was a success. and Alpha winning was something. with the numerous times he missed the Ultimate Force I thought for sure he was a gonner but he held on each time.

Dope way to get Wolf to get to Pegasus with an Antigravity belt. Very creative
-Air Titan has the belts. Good for them. I thought it was a fluke when it happened in my fed, but they held the belts for a good run. Quasar is underrated IMO.
-Like the touch about Sam and US Patriot trying to find Matter’s advantage.
-Pegasus loses to Terak! Oh no. Then Terak wins a title! He never won a match for me.
-Tendron is having a nice run with the title. I always liked him. Raven is on a roll too
-I like the reward for winning Gold Rush and I like that their are consequences for losing.
-Big win for Badger and to repeat at that!
-The Mercs take their rightful place as the tag team champions.
-Alpha Force goes the distance wow!

Terak is the 3rd Grand Slam champion (Galactic, IP, Holo & Tag +) granted his reign as Galactic champion was 7 days as Thantos was insulted that Beast Rider had won the belt. Terak always has the skill to pull a win then there are times he is just a living crash test dummy. Tendron is another one who pulls off the impossible. but since he can spam the Smothering I'm not too surprised. Gold Rush  my godson wants me to change Purgatory's length. I think its an acceptable consequence. Badger a known tag expert wins it 2x was simply awesome. I didn't expect a repeat. the Mercenaries have a love/hate with holding the belts. there are times they miss every tag and Kraken has no effect is frustrating for me. Alpha did the impossible every time he missed the Ultimate Force I thought he wouldn't last but he proved me wrong.

Crown of the Gods (never cashed in), Bound For Glory (2x), Lord of the Ring all ways to get to the belt and now the Golden Ticket. Whomever is champion by Galacticon I hope they have a great match. If Alpha fails after this showing in the Rumble I might move him to mid-card for a game year or two. granted most of his title shots were against his own brother but with a +5 finisher he should be sitting on top of the mountain. I think my dice hate him and keep him in the upper reaches |
