Hey guys,
I have so many cards I don't know what to do with them all. How do you guys keep them in order and organized?

That's easy, I've shelved them!
I've CZW, Shimmer, GWF, ROH, Evolve, Chikara and other sets just locked away in my wardrobe, never to see the light of day.
As for the few sets I do use, I have all the factions together and all the unaffiliated in alphabetical order.

For the ones that I haven't used yet, I organize them by organization and game year. For the ones I have used and retired, I use them in my "Retired" fed. As for my fed(s) that I currently use, I organize them by stables and if I'm doing a PPV, I organize them by match.

My organization method includes a completely disorganized shoebox... I would like to get them all organized in sleeves inside a binder but I've never gotten around to it.

I have all my cards in 4x6 top loaders and I keep them all in plastic buckets which are 3L Really Useful Boxes. I got at Staples. They stack up so it doesn't take much room at all.
I also keep my active feds in two of the boxes in a bag, with a another plastic container that holds my charts and the current card I'm playing

With Christmas holidays approaching . Get any biscuits/sweet tins ? Keep them when empty , use them homes for your feds like GWF , GWFZ , CZW , Legends , ROH , Chikara , Shimmer etc . Helps to separate them your cards up , wont get damaged , tatty etc .

My cards all live in a show box and bundled together in their overall sets (Legends, LOTF, ROH etc etc.)
Active wrestlers are placed in slip wallets and are held in larger A5 size folders determined by their current fed.
Every wrestler is stored on a database, which records their Rahl ratings for single & tag, card type (male/female/midget), distractor rating, set type (LOW/LTF/ROH etc) Win/loss for singles, win/loss for tag, overall win % total no of matches, titles held etc.
Bit OCD with the stats!

For my classic sets, I go by year. For modern, I only have 2125, and I have those organized in 4 sets: heroes (FDF and Covert Operations), villains (Gladiators and Martial Law) and Teams Abroz and Dialectas. My bootlegs go by divisions: World title, secondary champions, tag teams, Jr. Heavyweights, women, and misc.

Just don't let the stat keeping get in the way of having fun playing cards. That was a problem I had in the past.

I keep my LOW cards in this fine-looking baby: which is an old holder for floppy disks that my dad had. (Notice the fine LOW styling on the front!) I use large notecards to section off the wrestlers into "The Pile" (new wrestlers coming into my BCW fed), AWA (a secondary fed that my son sometimes plays and that occasionally interacts with BCW), FSW (the developmental fed that occasionally interacts with BCW) and BWF (the bootleg fed that occasionally interacts with BCW). It works for me. I store cards that are no longer in use in a shoebox that also holds Strat-o-Matic cards.
