Champions:
* GWFC Heavyweight Champ: Terminus (Top Contender: Pegasus) * GWFC Tag Champs: Twin Blood (Top Contenders: Cygnus Strikeforce) * GWFC Centra Champ: Bloodline (Top Contender: Code Enforcer Manslaughter) * GWFC Ladies Champ: Sniper (Top Contender: Supernova/Hunger)
Latest News:
Sir Ender is in a world of his own. He’s now going on TV in commercials advertising his services as a saviour. One scene sees him galloping on a horse to rescue … a cat stuck in a tree! The bloke is a laughing stock but he just cannot see it himself. Just thinks he is this knight in shining armour and destined for titles. I’d say there’s more chance of hell freezing over than that happening!
Rumours that Primus is to be used to stage GALACTICON. However the small arena will need extensive repairs as primitives got into it and caused widespread damage. It was a miracle nobody was hurt. The rumours were actually circulating before that incident. So there is a chance the damage and risk to fans might of jeopardised the plan.
The whole adventure on Centra has been a great success so far even allowing for somber events. However the first chinks are in evidence. Commissioner Morpheus does not feel revenue is being maximised and says there is a lack of productivity. Meaning merchandising sales are low. Brings him into conflict with Corporal Aegis who has views on most subjects. Aegis politely reminds Morpheus “remember you are all guests of Centra so be careful about your criticisms”.
Is Sniper ready to start talking more about Krakan and her relationship to him? She extends a branch to Tough Guy “you seem cool so why do you hang around with those guys? People have been bitten by Krakan not once, not twice but many times. You should get out of the Hitmen before it’s too late”. As an extension of this Tough Guy got into hot water with Krakan for getting himself and Grovel suspended for attacking Meteor after a match. He was trying to win some brownie points by doing this but Krakan referred to him as an imbecile “why would you attack and injure a weakling like Meteor after he’d been beaten? A complete waste of time”. Third Planet were booked to face Titan Attack at CLASH ON CENTRA. That went out the window but luckily we got that thrilling Tirion Triple Threat match instead.
No surprise to hear Archon is injured after his crusade against GWFC filth. The brunt of these sustained against Mandrill in the Circinus Cell match. It didn’t go very well and going into the last match against Anarchy we all feared for him. Instead he managed to end it on a high with a mega effort to beat Anarchy. However Archon is exhausted after all this and still nursing injuries so don’t expect to see him again for a while. Nor Anarchy who paid the price for losing with injuries of his own. The main thing is that the Centaurians had a great event and are fighting back in their feud against the Brymstonians. The gloom is lifting.
The FDF may of been in the shadow of the Rocket Men at the start of the year but now they are making a massive play for the belts. Code Enforcer Manslaughter’s unstoppable form has been rewarded with a shot at the Centra belt. He got the nod over the #2 contender who was ironically Code Enforcer Euritar. He is riding a hot 5 match win streak with the last guy to actually beat him being the man he’ll face, Bloodline. That was dating back to TEAM SUPREME back in the known dimension and actually knocked the FDF team out. Team CPC went onto the win the whole tournament. So there’s some payback due but perhaps that gives Bloodline a psychological edge. Then there’s the Heavyweight belt and it’s that man Pegasus challenging again. Who said he was all washed up? He started slow on Centra and acclimatised much to Commando Sam’s frustration but it seems to of been the right approach because he has been winning key matches since returning to the ring and easily climbed back up the rankings ladder. One guy who will be hoping he regains the belt will be Thunder who is borderline obsessed with facing him. A belt being on the line just adds fuel to the fire!
Amazonia did her claim to enter the world of men’s wrestling no good by her actions against Reynard B. Guile. In attempting to give B. Guile the beating of his life she not only smashed him with her shield but also tagged the ref. Commissioner Morpheus was not impressed and caved into pressure from the referees union to suspend Amazonia. The length of suspension being 4 cards (or 1 month of game time). FUNERAL IN A FAR FLUNG DIMENSION! After many weeks in a coma and on life support Massacre has died. Detective Quidun has ordered investigations to be stepped up. There will also be no shortage of other sleuths going around trying to unravel this too. It’s classic murder, mystery stuff. The Gladiators do not mourn losses or bereavements. That is a weak trait. Instead when the perpetrator is uncovered they will take revenge on the battlefield which will be inside the ring. Commissioner Morpheus didn’t have much to say about it other than “it is unfortunate, we all offer our condolences”. Interestingly there is no plan to mark the passing with anything. No officially sanctioned minute of silence or tolling the bell. Guess the Aethrans have caused too much bad feeling. Massacre will not be buried. It would have had to of been in unmarked grave if he had. Instead Brute has contacted the Brymstonians to assist with the cremation. His ashes will taken back to Aethra and scattered at the famed War Dome if we ever get back to the known dimension. INJURED – Meteor (2), Archon (3), Anarchy (5); SUSPENDED – Amazonia (4)
WRESTLER OF THE MONTH:
TERMINUS - Is taking great delight in tormenting Paragon over the fact he is now the Heavyweight champion and how it shows he was previously being held back. The bragging is pretty endless but is backing it up as he has now beaten his chief rival twice in a row to send Paragon tumbling out of contention. Honourable mention to Mandrill who added yet more victories this month. It is clear that Corporal Aegis is going to have a tough time matching up to him.
TAG TEAM OF THE MONTH:
TITAN ATTACK - Their unbelievable winning streak almost went unnoticed. I was a bit shocked when I checked and counted up 8 wins in a row dating back to last year. If that’s not good enough to clinch team of the month then I don’t know what else is. They should be a shoe in for a title shot but because another heroic team, Twin Blood, holds the belts Lord Nexus is holding them back. In his words “we should be fighting against our enemies and not each other”.

CARD 1121 – LAVA PITS OF PRIMUS:
Corporal Aegis extends the poor run of Thunder by winning a Lava Pit match. Back to the drawing board for Thunder. If he wants to get at Pegasus and ultimately the Heavyweight belt he’s going to have start delivering results. His opponent is the popular Corporal Aegis who seems to be trying to test himself against everybody. He’s actually needing a win just as much as Thunder. He made a flying start to his wrestling career only to discover things can quickly change. Well tonight he gets back on track as he takes an impressive win. Perhaps the primitives subconsciously realised Aegis was from their dimension as they played a big part in him winning. Thunder was almost out of the pit twice only to be thrown back by them. He also took a nasty blow from a large rock that was chucked in. At first Aegis struggled to capitalise on these moments and kept letting Thunder rebuild momentum. Eventually though it was too much even for a Gladiator to take. Aegis is able to inflict CORPORAL PUNISHMENT and Thunder was finished. There was no chance of recovery. Aegis had the luxury of a carefully planned climb out of the pit. Wonder what lies ahead for Thunder? He suffered misfortune but Aethrans don’t care about excuses. It’s playing into the hands of Vengeance as he could end up being pushed more. That being said his results haven’t been that spectacular either.
Wolf gets revenge against Grovel in a Lava Pit match. An unlikely feud after Grovel stunned Wolf in their last match. Wolf has been itching to take him/it on again. Possible rustiness from Grovel due to it being suspended for a few weeks no thanks to Tough Guy. Not that it really has any wrestling moves to speak of as it just fights on instinct. Again it will have help from the primitives which are gathered around the pit. Wolf has hardly caught fire since being on Centra. However his confidence is rising after dismantling Blazing Skull. Dragonmaster on commentary predicts an easy win “no way Wolf is going to come a cropper again”. Indeed Wolf does not slip up this time. An early failed escape from Wolf gave Grovel some offence. Thankfully it didn’t derail Wolf who fought a very smart match. When he got SAVAGE FACE CLAW onto Grovel there was lots of moaning and unrest from the primitives. However they prove to be easily distracted as Wolf picks up a small rock and rubs his scent onto it. Then chucks it out of the pit and over the largest pack. They all scurry after the rock and start fighting over it giving Wolf ample opportunity to escape. It’s good news for Wolf as he has regained his form and is also beginning to finally get a big fan following on Centra. Initially he was like marmite as his wild hardcore style didn’t fit their perception of a hero.
Splatter battered Scion Nexus. Two guys mainly known for their tag exploits but performing miracles in singles matches. Also feuding when they are tagging. Made good booking sense to have them go at it one-on-one. Splatter and the Terrorists might need to keep a watchful eye out as Genocide is mad as hell about being smashed with Arsenal last month. Mercifully he never showed. Which probably was a relief to Scion too. He’s really been stretching his legs in this three way feud with the Hitmen and Terrorists and is in his own words “in the form of my life”. Sadly he was brought down from his lofty peak with a hefty bump. Splatter just overpowered him from the opening bell and then got away with MEET ARSENAL twice. Scion did well to take it once and carry on but a second one shortly after just too much to take. Sciom was disappointed and admitted afterwards “I’ve had better days”. The same interviewer managed to collar Splatter for a rare interview and made the mistake of suggesting he should have been disqualified. Splatter reacted by smashing the camera with Arsenal and throwing him into the wall. Granted it doesn’t take much too set him off but it is still a surprise reaction. Wonder if he’ll get a suspension.
Transformer over Desolation Factor by DQ. Doomsayer leads Transformer into battle with Desolation Factor. The team is still a laughing stock for losing to Animen Invasion several weeks ago. Even beating Desolation Factor might not repair that damage. Another sign of how far Transformer has fallen is Commando Sam isn’t even accompanying Desolation Factor. It’s a low priority match as far as he’s concerned. Possibly a bad judgement call because they may not of suffered the DQ loss that they did had he been there. Rack got angry after taking a series of Rapid Fire Head Butts from Nth Degree and put both his heads into a ring post. Dissapointing because at the beginning it really looked as if Desolation Factor meant business from the way in which Ruin had literally burst out of Monad’s abdominal stretch and knocked him from pillar to post. The problem was such dominance wasn’t converted into a pin attempt of any kind and Transformer got better the longer it ran.
The Soulwatcher defeated US. Traitor by DQ. A match with its origins in the Earth-Cygnus war. The Soulwatcher doesn’t back down from the challenge of US. Traitor. In fact he’ll face both Cygnus Strikeforce members in consecutive cards. You’d of thought they might be saving themselves for their upcoming shot at the tag belts but the hatred towards anything Earth related runs too deep. Traitor is dominant as expected. At least at first. His finisher, TURNCOAT FLYER, comes three times in all. The Soulwatcher stuns him by kicking out of all of them. Traitor begins to lose composure after the third one. Frustration leads to mistakes. Allows the Soulwatcher into the match and able to get a terrific run of offence. An upset could be on the cards as after a close pin following Rapture Edge he goes for his own finisher THE REVELATION. We will never know if it would have scored the pin as Mangus enters the ring and attacks the Soulwatcher leading to the DQ. Mangus tried to brand the Soulwatcher but with Traitor hurt and unable to assist he fails miserably.
Hunger defeated Supernova by DQ. Winner gets a title shot on the next card. Bad news immediately for Supernova as Serpentine follows in the slipstream of Hunger to wreak havoc at ringside. Supernova objects but the ref lets Serpentine stay. Despite the odds being stacked Supernova is her usual live wire self. She finds Hunger difficult to outmanoeuvre though. Hunger maybe a demonic being but she moves with real elegance. In fact they were both really motoring. Supernova did amazing to endure what she did. Attacks by Serpentine. Then there was DEMONESS DDT twice and also ABDOMINAL HUNGER. Looking like it could be her night only for the ref to inexplicably DQ her for levelling Serpentine with a dropkick outside the ring. Everyone could see it was a self defence move rather than an unprovoked attack.

CARD 1122 – RUINS OF ANTILIA:
Ladies champ, Sniper, gunned down Hunger. An exception is made. The ladies belt will be defended every other month usually but events last month has thrust it into people’s attentions. Sniper was surprised Hunger was her opponent. She’s been preparing to face Supernova having expected her to prevail in the contenders match. However Hunger seems to be a bogey opponent for Supernova and just keeps on beating her. It’s a shame because a match with Supernova would have been a fair fight. Now Sniper had to be wary of that illegal abdominal bite and also Hunger’s shadow Serpentine. Clearly it didn’t worry her though as she shoots down Hunger in no time at all. Finishing her with TARGET PRACTICE in just 5 moves. Within these 5 moves there were 4 pin attempts. It was a total squash. Only downside is Sniper tried to fire a boot into Hunger’s abdomen as a parting gift. A tad unnecessary and she paid the price by losing her wrestling boot. Lucky she didn’t lose her entire foot!
Prodigy coasts against Lance At-Las in a Ruins of Antilia match. Prodigy is still patiently waiting for his esteemed colleagues to slip up so he can challenge for belts. Not exactly a team player with that attitude. Until then he is making do. His recaptured form has put him on the cusp of breaking into the top 5 rankings (yes, these are published on the GWFC website except I never actually do them, just imagine they exist). Lance wasn’t expected to rollover though. He’s done pretty well on Centra so far. Until tonight. He found himself up close and personal with all the ruins many times. A cinder block on the head really left him seeing stars. Although he evaded being pinned directly after that it took a serious toll. Back in the ring Prodigy used THE PERFECT SINGLES FINISHER to finish him off. It was all too easy.
Genocide steamrolled Splatter. Inevitable rematch. Splatter almost cracked Genocide’s skull with Arsenal the last time they met. If he tries it again he’ll risk a DQ tightrope as this is not a Titan Death match this time. Trisis tried to be at Genocide’s side but he declares it far too dangerous especially with the Terrorist lurking. Picks her up kicking and screaming and dumping her back into the commentary booth. Trisis didn’t look too happy but understood why he did it. She was probably more annoyed that the cameras were back on her before she’d had a chance to fix her hair and make up again. Anyway this time around Genocide won big. Looking much more like the unstoppable machine he is always billed to be. Took a few minutes but won after station to station head into buckles. He spared no prisoners at the end as he pulled both Terrorists into the ring and laid them out with choke slams.
Maelstrom overcame the Soulwatcher. Second in this match series and is not good for the Soulwatcher. He is the underdog and has to contend with US. Traitor at ringside. Traitor follows Maelstrom like he is the pied piper. Mangus on the other hand has done a disappearing act. At least that meant there wouldn’t be a branding. It followed a very similar pattern to the Traitor-Soulwatcher match on the last card. Early domination from Maelstrom. Then the Soulwatcher gets some surprising momentum which hints at a possible upset. Unfortunately before he could even think about going for his finisher Traitor was on the apron spouting some offensive remarks about his home planet. The Soulwatcher’s momentum was disrupted and it left the door wide open for Maelstrom to hit him with a crucifix power bomb and steal the win.
The SWAT Team labour to beat Animen Invasion. Trisis leaves her station to give support to the SWAT Team who are still chasing their first win. They were still looking a bit haphazard in the ring but surely they can beat Animen Invasion. Everyone was keeping fingers crossed. They almost won fast as Trench used METAL RAMROD on Son of Ram. The ref must of been a homer as he blatantly ignored the illegal move. Ram kicked out though and the SWAT Team began to struggle. Came within an inch of losing when ANIMEN FINISH was done on Warfare. Thankfully they recovered and Trench, who was definitely the more impressive of the two, nailed Son of Ram with his DOUBLE ARM DDT almost bending those horns in the process. There wasn’t much celebrating the win. The SWAT Team looked more relieved at having broken their duck than anything else.
Ninja Assassins easily beat Meteor and Rising Sun. The Ninjas in need of some TLC. With Reynard B. Guile managing affairs they are going down the toilet. They have a chance to get a win under their belts against this strange Titan duo. Rising Sun doing this more as a favour to help Meteor out. Plus he fancied tangling with old enemies again. Unfortunately Meteor was still struggling with some minor injuries which made him even less effective than normal. The Ninjas managed to hone in on him despite the best efforts of Rising Sun. Daeman dished out some heavy punishment on Meteor and then used IRON HAND to end it. Rising Sun might well be questioning the wisdom of agreeing to this match. Lord Nexus had asked him and he’d found it difficult to say no.

CARD 1123 – CENTRA PALLADIUM:
Tag champs, Twin Blood, easily see off Cygnus Strikeforce. Mangus not winning any friends even in this dimension as declares that Cygnus Strikeforce will finally take the tag titles out of “dirty humanoid hands”. His presence flustered Johnny Rocket as he believed this was a Titan Death match. Johnny races from his backstage position to be out there too and seeks clarification from the ref. He’d wanted Mangus out the picture having seen what he can be like in other matches. Fortunately the sudden change of circumstances do not disrupt his team. They trade offence for a while before settling into a rhythm Cygnus Strikeforce can’t cope with. Dreggs used his Dreggs Killer Drop to put tokens on Traitor. Then he links up with Sleeze for SEEING DOUBLE to really pile on the pressure. Traitor was clinging on but after that move it appeared that the victory was served up on a plate for Dreggs. He unleashes a Nuclear Charge which is enough to worry Mangus to enter the ring and risk the DQ. Dreggs was several steps ahead and met Mangus with a neckbreaker. He then turned attention back to Traitor who had just about got to his feet. Only to be floored immediately with a spectacular scissors move. That was the final straw and Twin Blood were able to win the match. The win marks their 20th card as tag champions. I always like to think when a reign goes past 20 it is noteworthy. Of course it’s still a long way short of the record reign set by Brute and Massacre almost two decades ago. That lasted an incredible 64 cards.
Code Enforcer Manslaughter won a thriller over Bloodline to become new Centra champ. Commando Sam believes Manslaughter is ready to come of age as a singles wrestler by winning his first singles title. Technically Manslaughter did win the IP belt before his Code Enforcer days about 5 or 6 years ago. But he failed to make one successful defence and when that happens I don’t list them as a champion. Anyway he is on a great run and has already acquired legendary status on Centra. The fans just love his hardcore no-nonsense style. Bloodline may have been the last guy to beat him but is reported to be quaking in his boots over the prospect of having to defend his belt against him. In fact he tried right up to the last minute to appeal to the championship committee that the other Code Enforcer was the top contender. His appeals fell on deaf ears. Eventually he accepts he’s got to just get on with it. During the course of the bout Bloodline tried many times to get the CETUS MASTERLOCK on but Manslaughter has tree trunk legs. The move lacked its usual effectiveness. As did much of his offence which is focused on the legs. Although there was one moment where Manslaughter had to lean heavily on Commando Sam to keep him in the bout. Thantos was furious and almost got into a brawl with Sam after shouting “for someone who follows the code like a religion you sure like to break the rules”. That save from Sam really woke Manslaughter from his slumber and began a period of domination. The match started to slip away from Bloodline as he got done with HEADS WILL ROLL not once, not twice but three times in a short time period. Manslaughter finally got the pin and captured the Centra belt. Hopefully the start of what could be a significant month for the FDF. Before it’s finished the Heavyweight belt could also be sitting within Sam’s Camp Commando base. It will be tougher though as Thantos will be far less prepared to relinquish that belt and will be sure to get more physically involved than he did here.
Skinhead over Mandrill by DQ. No way Mandrill was going to let Skinhead get away with that DQ victory at CLASH ON CENTRA. He challenged Skinhead to repeat that feat and dangled the carrot that there would be no Sentry at ringside to ensure a fair fight. Of course he lied. He’s in revenge mode! However he doesn’t manage to get it despite the best efforts of Sentry. A big mistake early on by Mandrill in missing a deathjump nearly handed Skinhead a win. It led to his finisher BRASS NUCKS. Sentry succeeded in eliminating the risk of a loss by blasting Skinhead with his stun gun. Mandrill tried to take immediate advantage with both his finishers COLONIZER CLAW SLAM and MUTANT MAULER one after the other. Both times Skinhead survived. That caused frustration to Mandrill who then started chucking Skinhead out of the ring regularly. Sentry mistook this as cue to attack Skinhead each and every time and eventually caused Mandrill to get disqualified. Very bad night for Sentry and no revenge for Mandrill. Will he even pursue this now? His little feud with Skinhead is to become low priority with GALACTICON month looming. The feud between the Colonizers and ROC set to take centre stage there.
Titan Attack overcame Rebel Empire in dramatic circumstances. 8 wins and counting. Could the Titans make it 9 in a row? This would be a huge test against Rebel Empire though. Motivation is very high on Rebel Empire’s side to get back to winning after their flying start on Centra came to a crashing halt in last month’s title shot loss to Twin Blood. Trouble is they found the Titans duo in such high confidence that they struggled to get any foothold. First Vendetta and then Nefarus were peppered with high flying attacks. With all the fatigue they were accumulating it would have been a travesty if Titan Attack didn’t prevail. Of course there was always going to come a time when Rebel Empire woke up. Vendetta finally managed to slow Ursa Major down enough to put some moves on him. One of which was THE BIG FALL and then there was almost a count-out. Didn’t last long though as Ursa Major took advantage of Vendetta’s clumsiness and looked set to pin him after TITAN VICTORY ROLL. Sentry tried to lay Ursa Major out with his stun gun but missed wildly and struck Vendetta. It made a likely pin a certain one and the Titans win again. Crazy stuff!
Dark Justice over Draconian Sheik by DQ. I’ve probably not booked this match many times, if it all, which is a shame as it’s a great hardcore feud. On this occasion Krakan got the better of the Terrorists with his carefully measured interferences. Whilst the Terrorists ended up costing Drac the match. He’d just been whalloped with ROD OF JUSTICE. That prompted Montrol to enter the action and smash Justice with a billy club which drew an instant disqualification. Justice fought back with his rod and actually forced the Terrorists to back off. They literally dragged Drac out of the ring and accepted tonight they were second best.
Nora Pelf stunned Thrash. Hope everything is ok between Nora Pelf and Johnny Rocket. Word is that he is not happy with her going back to her old ways and being dazzled by the finer things in life. Tellingly he is not at ringside with her here leading to calls their relationship is on the rocks already. Also that Johnny has wussed out because Thrash’s promo mentioned one of her shoulder pad spikes and his nether regions. Unbelievably Nora was unphased by his absence. She almost embarrassed Thrash straight away via a sunset flip. Everyone assumed that near miss would just make Thrash angry and she’d obliterate Nora by way of response. However Nora stuck with it and later in avoiding a reckless turnbuckle charge by Thrash had a big chance to go for her finisher RICHES TO RAGS and it gave her a surprise win.

CARD 1124 – WAR AT THE WEEKEND – CENTRA PALLADIUM:
TRISIS SHOWCASE … featuring Lance At-Las … Trisis keeping her early shows to only interviewing heroes. She doesn’t trust many of the villains and could do without ugly scenes. She’s seen plenty of videos of historic GWF talk shows and doesn’t want her Showcase becoming a magnet for sneak attacks. Her guest this time is Lance At-Las and he gets a decent pop. Trisis is straight in with a sensitive line of questioning “First things first. How are you enjoying life on Centra? Plan on sticking around?” Lance responds “Loving it. I’m an explorer at heart so coming here to Centra was a no brainer. In between wrestling I am visiting as many places as possible. Who knows how long we will be here. It could last a short time or perhaps forever. At the minute I don’t plan on going anywhere. I got responsibilities to the FDF and gave my word to Sam that he can count on me. Whenever needed I am ready”. They talk for a while about the current state of the fed and Lance also shares some memories from his career back in the known dimension. There is a poignant moment as Lance reflects on the recent death of Massacre “nobody likes death even when it happens to our supposed enemies. Sadly even wrestling is not immune. We’ve had it happen back in Dimension K to Blade’s brother Crossfire. Now Massacre. I also fear very soon Dreadnaught too. Anyway I don’t want to dwell on dark moments. I heard that cretin Sir Ender is on the show later. Might go and watch. I could sure use a laugh. Ironically I think he’s actually facing Dreadnaught”. Suddenly there is a rude intrusion by Spike. He strides onto the set pushing aside various props and equipment. Trisis shrieks “hey I don’t want any trouble”. Spike ignores her and squares straight up to Lance “how dare you ignore my challenge to face you and also you have no business discussing Massacre’s death. Then you have the bare faced cheek to make out you are sorry. You are FDF filth and Aethrans do not want any sympathy”. Lance tries to be reasonable “look I don’t want any trouble”. Spike gets right in his face and screams “well you’ve got trouble and don’t go thinking the FDF is immune to death. Your old codger of a manager Commando Sam will be the next to go and when it happens I will be urinating on his grave”. Lance loses composure and tells Spike to “f**k off”. That was all Spike needed to trigger a brawl. The Showcase set was reduced to rubble as Spike threw Lance all over the place. Luckily Trisis managed to hand Lance some pepper spray and he used it stop Spike doing untold damage. A security team was then able to intervene although one or two got bowled over by Spike who was clutching at his eyes and running around uncontrollably. When the dust settled Lance said to Trisis “thanks for having me, sorry about the damage, I’ll make Spike pay for it at GALACTICON”.
Heavyweight champ, Terminus, sees off Pegasus in a classic. Seems Terminus has become quite the talker since becoming the champion. He’s at it again belittling Pegasus in an address “look whose back again trying to get grubby mits on the belt, you’re like a turd that won’t flush”. Pegasus is so experienced he lets it all go over his head. His concentration and focus is evident and he is determined not to come away from this empty handed. What then takes place is a cracking match that went back and forth between them. Terminus probably wrestling his greatest ever match to be on the same level as Pegasus. There was an early involvement from Thantos as he performed his famed Satanic Skull Smasher on Pegasus to give Terminus an advantage. That made Commando Sam unhappy but he didn’t retaliate. Instead keeping faith in Pegasus to turn it around. Which he did. Many times. Except Terminus also had plenty in the tank himself. Ultimately the difference between them both was their finishers. Terminus used his several times whilst Pegasus never quite worked the position. Eventually HAMMERLOCK SLAM was going to do the job and so it proved on either the third or fourth time (I lost track). Pegasus was stunned long enough to be pinned. Terminus then moved fast to retrieve his belt so he could milk the moment. This successful defence makes him a very serious champion. Many didn’t think he’d be able to keep hold of the belt for too long. He’s often seen as more of a secondary belt guy. Anyway once Terminus and Thantos departed we got a scene between Pegasus and Sam. Pegasus was not pleased that Sam had done very little in the match to help him out. It was clear that Sam was worried about the DQ risk and therefore walking on eggshells. He tried to explain this but Pegasus was in no mood to listen and walked off in a huff. Let’s hope this is just a minor falling out and clear heads will prevail.
Nefarus beats Max Shield after a long and draining battle. It’s been a long time since these two ex friends faced each other one-on-one. No better time like the present to do it again plus it’s all new to the people of Centra. They are really digging this Colonizer-ROC/Genesis rivalry. No Trisis to worry about for Max. She’s been busy with her show tonight. Seems harsh to say this as she only wants to help but her presence brings an added layer of stress to ROC members as they worry about her. Although if she brings that can of mace or pepper spray (or whatever is in it) with her maybe it’s not so bad. Nice to way to start from Nefarus as he spits at Max. As a disgusted Max tries to wipe his costume Nefarus attacks him. A real dirty move. The crowd get right behind Max as he stems the tide and makes Nefarus pay with some ferocious early offence. Unfortunately it doesn’t amount to anything. The match soon settles into a very even contest. Both know each other’s move set so well they were cancelled out. It needs something special to try and get a finish. Max did strike with MAXIMUM IMPACT once and had another couple pin attempts. Not enough though and then his shield defence started getting less dependable. It allowed Nefarus to get on top and with the time limit not far away from being reached he was able to use SCISSORDRIVER to get the win.
The Clones against Malice and Overkill ends in a double DQ. With two consecutive DQ losses against Desolation Factor it is no surprise the Gladiators are looking beyond this match to a possible face off with their big rivals at GALACTICON. However they need to take care of business tonight. They do not look a patch on the past legendary Gladiator teams so far although it’s still early days. The Clones are hot off an easy win over Disorder X and would be no walkover. Immediately injecting lunacy into the contest. Mad Jester having the audacity to throw a water balloon at Overkill. Normally Overkill doesn’t show much emotion but this triggered a rage and the match begins in a brawling fashion with all four members. Eventually the ref somehow got things to start properly and it was Mad Jester and Malice left in the ring. Barely a minute passes when things go outside. The ref tries to get between them and get it back in the ring. First Malice shoves him aside and then Jester shakes a fist at him and this cops a double DQ. Oh man, some of these Centra refs are touchy. Not that it deterred the two teams. They carry on their brawl up the runway with plenty more water balloons being exploded. Malice even got speared by Defender in the tushy and might have trouble sitting down for the next few days. Crazy stuff.
Rising Sun sees off Mutant with ease. Mutant looking mankier than ever. Comes out before his match running around with luncacy like a rabid dog. No Terrorist in sight to control it, we were all wondering what’s going on. The grim reality is revealed when the heatsink cam hones in on a dark corner of the venue. Mutant seems to of sh*t in the corner and much like a pet seems to be on some kind of victory run. Its opponent, Rising Sun, looked horrified and actually needed some cajoling by Lord Nexus to get in the ring. Ultimately Rising is a pro and he agrees to get on with it. Using his incredible speed and agility to keep Mutant at bay. Then picks the opportune moment to deliver SUNSET SPECTACULAR and win quickly. Rising doesn’t hang around a minute longer than he has to, he can’t get to the showers quick enough and wash the stink of Mutant off him. Little sidenote and hopefully this is just a wild rumour but Rising is said to be unhappy with the direction Lord Nexus is steering him. He’s supposed to be the singles star on the Titan team. Yet his last two matches have been to tag with the team weak link Meteor and now a throwaway singles match against the manky Mutant. He expected to be rubbing shoulders with guys nearer the top of the rankings. Lord Nexus is said to of promised that with GALACTICON looming there will be a bigger match awaiting him. He’s just working out the finer details.
Theatre of Pain overcome Skinhead and Enigma. Theatre of Pain have still got it in for Johnny Rocket for dropping them like a bad habit. Unable to get hands on Twin Blood they settle for a match with two of Johnny’s singles guys. The two teams serve up a really good match. Enigma took a hell of a battering in the first few minutes feeling all the finishers. His fatigue count was such that he might not of got back into the action again but clearly he was a glutton for punishment as he had another long stint in the ring later in the match. However it was very clear Skinhead was in the better form out of the two tonight. When he was in the ring he made things happen and was unlucky not to win after unloading BRASS NUCKS on both Tragedy and Comedy during the course. In the end there was too much on Skinhead’s shoulders and he wilted during his grapple with Comedy. First he was victim to LAST LAUGH and then immediately Theatre of Pain performed SHAKESPEARE on him and with that it was finally over. Afterwards Theatre of Pain is randomly attacked by the Clones, who were wrestling later, setting a possible feud in motion. Comedy came off worst after having ketchup squirted in his face. Motives of the Clones are unknown but I guess certain similarities between the two teams mean they are never going to see eye to eye. Match between them at GALACTICON next month now beckoning.
Blade blitzed Tortured Soul. Blade has taken a backseat to Archon and Wolf in recent weeks. Now time to thrust himself back into the public’s conscious. Lorelei proudly watches as her son produces a dazzling performance. He flew out the blocks and had Torture Soul beaten via BLADE OF RETRIBUTION in just two moves. Maleph didn’t even react as it was all too quick. What a way for Blade to remind everyone of his potential. Lorelei said of him later “I know I might be biased but he has so much talent. Am not sure if there is another wrestler with such a dazzling repertoire. My dream is for him to become Heavyweight champion one day”. Maybe she’s right. For entertainment value he’s right up there. Only criticism is a lack of bulk and the riskiness of his finisher that might be his undoing.
Dreadnaught destroyed Sir Ender. Dreadnaught is heavily addicted to painkillers which is not helping his creaking body but he soldiers on. Enters the ring sweating like a pig and like every move he makes hurts. Not a good look but surely even a creaking Dreadnaught cannot lose to this guy though. Sir Ender’s entrance was scarcely believable. On horseback and throwing roses into the crowd. Some poor kid copped a thorny one right in the face but Sir Ender just galloped past in his own fantasy world before a clumsy dismount after which he tweaks his pathetic mustache. The bravado doesn’t last long. Dreadnaught easily overpowered him in the opening minute and a Torpedo Launch then has Sir Ender floored and pretty much waiting to be pinned. Dreadnaught shows no regard for his own frail body as he then goes to the top rope for a deathjump. It took a while and against anyone else he’d of long been pushed off by the time he reached the top. However this was Sir Ender he was trying it against. The bumbling buffoon had only just gotten to his feet by the time Dreadnaught was ready to launch. It’s a heavy hit and Dreadnaught gets the pin. Sadly after this Dreadnaught struggled to get himself away. He had nothing left and a self driving wheelchair is called upon to take him backstage where he can recuperate.
Taechon comfortable in her defeating of Maxine Babe. Maxine is disgusted at this gender neutral freak stood before her. She spits towards the freak and then shouts “let’s see what you really are” and makes a grab for the groin. Not very ladylike at all. Taechon skilfully took hold of Maxine’s arm and twisted it behind her back in one swift movement. She generally maintains control from this point on. Maxine got a few moves in only. Taechon did struggle to get her beaten though. CONTACT POINT is normally quite a reliable finisher. On this occasion it fails to finish Maxine twice. There were also a couple of other failed pin attempts. In the end Taechon goes down the submission route as she locks on a scorpion death lock and this has the desired effect.

GWFC REPORT (THE END 2110 CARDS 1121 - 1124)
Champions:
* GWFC Heavyweight Champ: Terminus (Top Contender: Wolf) * GWFC Tag Champs: Twin Blood (Top Contenders: Lethal Lottery) * GWFC Centra Champ: Code Enforcer Manslaughter (Top Contender: Dark Justice/Prodigy) * GWFC Ladies Champ: Sniper (Top Contender: Nora Pelf)
Latest News:
The FDF are trying to get back on top. They started the year with a stacked team but no belt gold and in the shadow of the Rocket Men and then more recently Team CPC. Things change quickly though and they have now managed to grab the Centra belt. The biggest prize of the Heavyweight belt still eludes them as Pegasus fails to beat Terminus. Commando Sam managed to navigate past Pegasus blaming him and insists there are no internal problems but “we are now working on a plan b but let nobody forget our primary objective is upholding the Galactic Code and not belts”. I am sure Pegasus’s card gets a downgrade next year. If so then this might have been his last chance of a run with the top belt blown. We shall see.
The worries about Dreadnaught’s health become a topic for discussion. Trisis says “we don’t want another funeral so soon after the other, maybe this guy should be banned for his own good”. Dreadnaught takes exception. In a Centra Spacebook video, where he is struggling to breathe between each word, he threatens to slap her about when he sees her next. This upsets Corporal Aegis and plants the seeds for an unlikely match between them. Could happen as soon as next week. Can Aegis live with himself if the worst happens?
Sniper continues to make overtures to Tough Guy. Some people believe she might be looking to date him and digs his bad boy image. Maybe she just wants to reveal to him the bitter truth about ‘that jerk Krakan’. Whatever that might be. She might be advised to keep focus on defending her ladies belt though. Normally she’d be heavily favoured to beat Nora Pelf next. However Nora has just beaten Thrash to earn this shot and must be taken seriously. Despite rumours of a rift I am sure Johnny Rocket will be accompanying Nora this time around.
The Soulwatcher is gaining a cult following. He may not say much but has great morals. Plus for those who thought he was jobber material he is proving that’s not the case. Acquitted himself very well against both members of Cygnus Strikeforce this month and unlucky not to beat them both. He may not win any titles. However that’s not important to him. Just wants to fight for what’s right and do his best in the ring.
I’ve no way to verify this but Titan Attack’s 9 match win streak might just be among the best runs in GWF history. Fans are pushing for them to challenge for the tag belts and disregard the fact the sitting champs, Twin Blood, are also heroes. Even Commissioner Morpheus thinks they should and tells Lord Nexus if he wants the shot he’s got it. However Lord Nexus refuses to entertain it. He is almost stubborn in his belief that in these times no good can come from heroes engaging each other. The danger is in the time it takes for Twin Blood to drop the belts Titan Attack might have a drop off in form. Morpheus has made it clear they they cannot cash in as and when they please. All this is good news for Lethal Lottery as they are next in line to challenge. Splatter and Vyper don’t care much for belts but of course they’ll take them if the opportunity is there.
Keeping traditions alive on Centra as GALACTICON continues. The plan was to hold the event on Primus but it’s shelved as the place doesn’t fit the splendour befitting the event. All attempts to terrorform Primus over the decades continually fail and it just isn’t deemed safe or suitable enough. So it’s to take place at the far more picturesque Centra Palladium. The main event has already been known for quite some time within the walls of GWFC HQ. Amazingly it never got leaked. Anyway now it’s public knowledge. It will be ROC against the Colonizers in an Aethran Ultimate Escape match. That’s huge. Corporal Aegis is more than ready for this and his appetiser singles match against Mandrill on the preceding COUNTDOWN TO GALACTICON card. Having just beaten a big name like Thunder his confidence is sky high. He promises it won’t be a repeat of the first time he faced Mandrill “the same mistakes won’t be made”. Of course the rest of the show is stacked. Most matches already known … Wolf’s surge back to form and growing popularity means he will go for Heavyweight belt against Terminus. The two know each other well after engaging in a wild feud not too long ago. Wolf is warning Terminus “you can kiss that belt goodbye after GALACTICON”. To try and keep some modicum of control Massif is drafted into referee. Terminus would of had it tough whichever challenger was chosen. Word is Genocide and Corporal Aegis were strongly considered but this would of taken them out of the big planned main event. There is a good chance Terminus, if he’s still champ at the end of next month, will meet one of them next … The tag belts are also on the line as Twin Blood face Lethal Lottery. Trouble is a contract typo stitches Twin Blood up as it will be a Titan Death match leaving Splatter free to use Arsenal unless someone is brave enough to confiscate it off him beforehand … The Centra belt is a bit uncertain. We know Code Enforcer Manslaughter will defend it in a Lepus Stun Rod match. Question is who will it be against? Prodigy, having seen Bloodline drop the belt, thought he was a shoe in. His recent wins gave a good case and of course he has been waiting for one of his fellow teammates to stumble. However he went nuts when he was told he has to face Dark Justice on the card before (COUNTDOWN TO GALACTICON) with the winner going on to get the shot … Skinhead-Grunge. The Centra fans will look forward to seeing Skinhead in action. He has a kind of loveable rogue vibe going on here. He will be hoping to help Twin Blood out by making Grunge’s rare foray into singles action an unhappy one … The Clones-Theatre of Pain. This wouldn’t be out of place in a circus … Lance At-Las against Spike. Their Trisis Showcase brawl provided the perfect setup for this meeting of two wrestling veterans … Thunder gets another stab at Pegasus. Can Thunder prove himself in what has been a pretty poor year so far for him? Both guys are needing the win … There will be no DQ outcome for once when Desolation Factor faces Malice and Overkill. Their meeting at GALACTICON was always expected and it will happen inside a Barbed Wire Cosmic Cage. Medics on standby … Paragon faces Bloodline in a Hydra Lumberjack match. These two are not used to being in the shadow of other team members and are wanting number one status. Whoever wins will have a huge case for it. With all the lumberjacks it could be potentially wild … Additional matches see Vengeance-Code Enforcer Euritar and Hellions-Supernova and Amazonia. There’s still a couple booking reveals to add before we get the full picture. It will be a huge 14 match show lasting several hours.
INJURED – Anarchy (1); SUSPENDED – none
WRESTLER OF THE MONTH:
TERMINUS - I don’t often like to do same guy twice in a row as prefer to mix it up. However I felt his succesful defence against Pegasus proves he is a champion to be taken seriously. Not many get the better of Pegasus. His card is so stacked that I am always surprised to see him lose cleanly.
TAG TEAM OF THE MONTH:
TWIN BLOOD - Hero teams are dominating the tag division. Twin Blood look unbeatable when they take to the ring. Will take of a hell of a team to dethrone them. Perhaps only Titan Attack looks capable at the moment but they are being held back by Lord Nexus.

CARD 1125 – LAVA PITS OF PRIMUS:
Blazing Skill fried Enigma in a Lava Pit match. A match fought more with rankings in mind. Blazing Skull needed no tempting to enter the pit. His kind of match. However speed and agility are vital when trying to escape it and that gave Enigma an advantage. Blazing’s skull was soon glowing and that attracts more and more primitive brutes. After a while they are swarming all around the sides. Then comes a shocking moment as one of the primitives actually falls into the pit. It started moaning and trying to attack both combatants. It had clearly injured a leg in the fall. For a while Blazing and Enigma actually teamed up to deal with it. They were doing a good job until one of the primitives still outside the pit threw a rock in and it landed right on Enigma’s head. As he stood there wobbling Blazing unleashed DEATH BY FIRE. Fortunately with the least dangerous force. It was easily enough to finish Enigma off. Blazing navigated a safe path out of the pit to win. Poor Enigma had to be rescued as many of the primitives had become so agitated by what they’d seen that they were also trying to enter the pit. It was the height of the drop that had them hesitating.
Ninja Assassins deal Twin Blood a blow in a non-title match. Twin Blood looking for match sharpness ahead of GALACTICON. They posted on Centra’s Spacebook that they were up for a non-title match against someone of decent calibre, hero or villain. Animen Invasion tried to get in on it until Dreggs said they wouldn’t be enough of a test. Next up was Reynard B. Guile who knew this was an opportunity for his floundering team to make a big ranking climb. Beating the current champions is a huge deal. It was interesting to see Johnny Rocket and B. Guile outside together. They’ve clashed many times before and have even fought each other in the ring. Nothing too drastic comes of it this time. Johnny has the upper hand on the trash talk and B. Guile ends up going pretty silent. He is just looking for the opportune moments to interfere or help the Ninjas with their switch. So that might see his value as a manager. In the he didnt have to do much. The Ninjas were bang on it and surprised Twin Blood with their speedy and well coordinated offence. Dreggs got into a lot of bother against Daeman and would almost certainly of been pinned after DOUBLE EDGE SWORD had it not been for Johnny jumping onto the apron to delay the ref count. Hydrax was now legal man in and followed up straight away with DEATH POINT STRIKE to grab the victory. The seemingly unbeatable Twin Blood had been beaten. Thank god the belts weren’t online.
Thunder crushed Sir Ender. Thunder was wanting someone weak to offload his anger upon. Not too many willing takers. That was until he lured Sir Ender by saying the Gladiators are impressed with him. They promise to give serious thought to training him to become a future Gladiator. However they need see him in combat close up several times. Sir Ender was boring people with false tales of bravery at a Centra Shopping Mall when the news broke. He immediately yelled “finally some recognition, this could be my big break” and ran off to start preparing. That was two days ago and now here he was. He immediately tried to be all chummy with Thunder and Brute only to pushed away. It was only a light shove but Sir Ender was off balance and almost fell out of the ring. When he managed to clamber back in he just walked into furious offence. Thunder tried to drag it out as much as possible. In the end having to finish it after Sir Ender became unresponsive after a double underhook DDT. Next match for Thunder is Pegasus at GALACTICON. A massive step up from this. Something tells me he’s not going to stumble this time. As for Sir Ender. He ended up with an overnight stay in hospital but feels no bitterness “the Gladiators are testing my character, it’s all part of the future plan. I’ve even received a get well message from Massacre himself”. Did he not realise that Massacre is no longer with us?
Transformer just about defeated Animen Invasion. Would lightening strike twice and Transformer lose to the Animen again? Having said they wouldn’t face them again as superiority was already proven is surprising that Son of Ram changes track. He is sick of hearing their previous win was a fluke and incredibly it did nearly happen again. Monad was dominating Antak in the opening minutes and felled him with a deadly swarm of fists. It was when he tried to pin him things almost went wrong. Son of Ram entered the ring sparking some chaotic scenes and during the melee he was able smash Monad with some kind of unseen object. It was a big shock for everyone to turn around and see Antak suddenly covering Monad. Doomsayer knowing how prone Monad is to getting pinned held his breath. Somehow a kickout was achieved. Antak then tagged out and Son of Ram gored Monad with HORNS OF DEATH. This time Doomsayer got involved and provided a crucial distraction. It was obviously not going well with Monad and a tag was needed. Nth Degree proved far more dangerous than his partner. The tide completely turned after a Double Bite and Son of Ram was pretty much taken apart. He suffered PIN USING ROPES and TWO HEADS ARE BETTER (twice) before he was eventually pinned. So a much needed win for Transformer, just not a convincing one.
Draconian Sheik overcomes the Soulwatcher. Unpleasant to watch. Drac brutally savages the Soulwatcher with his own crucifix having beaten him with DRACONIAN BACKBREAKER. It was a needless attack fuelled by the Terrorists. There were very few heroic types present in Primus to help. Eventually both Twin Blood and Enigma came out to assist several officials in pulling Drac off. Brave of them as they were risking injury themselves. It didn’t help that the Terrorists were attacking too. Needing a flying crossbody from Enigma to clean them out. The final scene saw the Soulwatcher being helped away by medics. At least he was on his feet although blood could be seen pouring from under his mask where Drac gouged him. He was clutching the crucifix close to his chest the whole time.
Ms. Liberty strolls to a win over Maxine Babe. Not content with fading into the background Maxine has pledged to play a bigger role as a valet to the Hitmen. For tonight though roles are reversed as Mike Fortune comes out with here (presumably so he can assist with her finisher). She is all over Fortune like a rash. Almost forgetting she’s actually got a match to wrestle. Finally things got underway and Maxine was pretty awful. Ms. Liberty totally dominant. Had a few near pins before a Liberty Leap saw success. Thankfully Mike Fortune seemed to be respectful of the ooposite sex not to go so far as entering the ring to stop the pin happening.

CARD 1126 – CENTRA PALLADIUM:
Ladies champ, Sniper, beats a very lethargic looking Nora Pelf. Sniper is looking untouchable as the ladies champ. This marks her 41st card holding the belt. Not far short of an entire year. Nobody was expecting Nora Pelf to threaten the reign even allowing for the fact she’d just upset Thrash. The one thing Nora had going for her was the presence of Johnny Rocket. A very handy ally to have and showing perhaps their romance is not on the rocks as has been suggested. Whilst Sniper is part of the Terrorists group Montrol and Ghengis Khan never accompany her. So at least Nora would be guaranteed a fair crack at the belt. However she must of driven Johnny to despair with her lethargy. Sniper bossed her from the opening bell. At times Nora looked like she was fed up with the beating she was getting and might walk. Johnny just about convinced her to keep going. Not that it made any difference to an inevitable outcome as Sniper kept using her finisher TARGET PRACTICE until it was successful. All too easy.
Malice and Overkill beat the Code Enforcers with surprising ease. Commando Sam is lucky to have so many options in his FDF team. At a moments notice the Code Enforcers can become a potent tag team. Obviously their singles success means their teaming is not a common thing. Some people think they are even better than Desolation Factor. Their brief tonight from Sam was simple “I don’t care if you win, just take as much as you can out of them ahead of GALACTICON”. They fall well short of that brief though. Manslaughter exchanged a few power moves with Overkill at the start. With their battle very much at stalemate the Gladiators switch it up. Malice comes in and gets immediate success. His winning of a brief outside brawl sets himself up for FIELDS OF MALICE. Both Sam and Euritar hold too much faith in Manslaughter to survive the move. Certainly his recent run of form suggested he had the minerals to do such a thing. Sadly on this occasion it took too much out of him and the Gladiators win this particular battle. It them becomes chaotic as Desolation Factor decide to get on with GALACTICON early. They come down the runway and look ready to attack the Gladiators. Sam cuts them off though. Mindful it’s not good PR what with all his code preaching. However a big brawl triggers anyway. Just as Desolation Factor looks like they might leave the Gladiators storm into them. Even Brute and Sam get caught in the crossfire. The battle rages to the back and the FDF team by weight of numbers gets the upper hand. So maybe some lasting damage has been on Malice and Overkill after all.
Corporal Aegis defeated Dreadnaught. Did Aegis really want to do this? At the time he was angry with Dreadnaught for insulting Trisis. However when actually faced with the fragile Dreadnaught thoughts are racing through his mind. He looks about ready to leave and take a count-out loss when Dreadnaught gives him no choice by attacking him. Aegis will always defend himself. It’s in his DNA. The first few minutes are actually quite interesting as Dreadnaught gets some decent offence. You could easily see once upon a time he was a strong wrestler. Any hints of an upset evaporate though as Dreadnaught just completely runs out of gas. Like someone flipped a switch. Corporal Aegis pounced on the moment and his Opening Salvo sent Dreadnaught tumbling out the ring. Somehow he managed to crawl back in where this time he was met with CORPORAL PUNISHMENT and then pinned. Aegis takes pity on Dreadnaught and tried to help him afterwards only to be told to f*** off. Rather than react Aegis chooses to leave Dreadnaught to fend for himself. He is probably just relieved this wasn’t the match in which Dreadnaught bit the bucket. There had apparently been a lot of betting on the match outcome. Not over who might win but that Dreadnaught would not survive.
The SWAT Team wins against as they go over Disorder X by DQ. With a win finally under their belts the SWAT Team hoped to give Disorder X a better match this time. Maybe even beat them! Clearly they don’t have the respect of their opponents as Disorder X’s manager, Thantos, is not present. For the SWAT Team Trisis is with them as “I was their good luck charm last time”. It’s certainly far from a classic. Both teams have similar amounts of offence. Then the moody Mace decides it’s time to spice things up by heading to the outside. Trench follows and gets clobbered by Mace who had grabbed Grunge’s guitar. Instant DQ. Not quite the way the SWAT Team wants to be winning matches but they’ll take it. They probably just about deserved it. The most interesting part of the match came when Grunge picked up his broken guitar and got in Mace’s face about it. Although the pair of them didn’t come to blows they hurled vulgarities at each other. It was so bad that parents sat in the first few rows were covering the children’s ears.
US. Traitor destroyed Meteor. No secret that Cygnus doesn’t like Titans. Mangus says “they are neighbours and friends of Earth which makes them enemies”. Poor Meteor is the latest target. Fair play to him though. He knows the results aren’t great but keeps coming back for more. In a shocking moment Meteor almost wins in the first move of the match. After being whipped into the ropes he comes back at Traitor with a sunset flip. Sadly we’ll never know if it would have led to a pin as Mangus makes a distraction. What a story that would have been. After that Traitor completely annihilated Meteor. TURNCOAT FLYER used several times in a row to incapacitate him. Maybe he should have done it one more time though for when Mangus came in to try and brand Meteor it failed. Meteor was able to kick him off and stagger away to safety.
Tragedy battered Defender of the Realm. So many matches this month are geared towards GALACTICON. This was no exception. Defender strides out wearing jester pants. He’s in one of those weird moods. It obviously affected his wrestling ability as he was pretty hopeless. Tragedy absolutely crushed him. I lost count of the amount of times TEAR JERKER was administered. Defender had 7 fatigue tokens at the time he was finally beaten. Before Tragedy had even been announced as winner Mad Jester stormed into the ring and attacked. With surprise on his side he managed to get Tragedy tied in the ropes ready A DEAD MAN’S VERSE. A sudden laugh over the tannoys stopped him in his tracks. A moment later Comedy springs out from under the ring and attacks Jester. Before long everyone is brawling and it takes a monumental effort from security to break it up. Things are boiling hot ahead of their meeting.
