It must have come as a late Christmas present, because my fed playing time increased dramatically on December 30th--Invasion II has arrived! Guile is introduced as Bounty Hunter's manager 1/9--Solaris is brought in to manage the Greek Gods 1/14--Trainer Jim is brought in as Lord Nexus' manager/trainer 1/16--Amazonia is introduced as Tongsoon's valet ( ) 1/16--Galactic Punisher beats Deathknight 1/16--Darkos is brought in to manage Renegade & Pit Viper House Show Title Matches: 12/30--Massif beats Actagon by DQ (Champion) 1/1--Henchmen lose to Greek Gods by DQ (Tag Team) 1/7--Bishop Hell loses to Proteus by DQ (Interdimensional) GWF Weekly 12/19/88-1/23/89Main Events:12/26--Bishop Hell downs Commander Sam in a non-title match 1/2--Gemini (Dark & Light) beat the Spacemen (Meteor & Asteroid) 1/9--Executioner over Brute 1/16--Bomb Squad (Commander Sam & Adam Blast) pin Renegade & Pit Viper 1/23--Exo-King beats Mesmer Pushes:Good--Christian, Zodiac: Capricorn, Mesmer, Ninja, Vanity, Galactic Punisher, Proteus Bad--Billy Joe Boxer, Exo-King, Bounty Hunter, Spike, Tongsoon Tag Team--Exo-King & Splatter, Renegade & Pit Viper, Bomb Squad (Commander Sam & Adam Blast), Spacemen (Meteor & Asteroid), Cultist & Star Warrior, Greek Gods (Proteus & Actagon), Bounty Hunter & Reynard B. Guile, Gemini (Dark & Light) Jobbers:Vanity, Reptillo, Pulsar, Beast Rider, Creeper, Killer Queen, Krakan II, Ghengis Khan, Deathknight, Royal Overlord Saturday Night GWF 1/14/89Match 1: Tongsoon vs. VanityWhile the contest was between two males, it was the female valets that stole the show. Sweet Thing built up the courage to go over and slap Amazonia for her continual interference in the match. Amazonia shrugged it off, and Sweet Thing ran screaming. As Vanity went to help her, Tongsoon grabbed him and finished him off. Match 2: Bounty Hunter vs. Adam BlastWhenever Adam fought alone, it was in a jobber role. Bounty Hunter wins this one easily. Match 3: Exo-King, Splatter & Mad Jester vs. Pulsar & Greek Gods (Proteus & Actagon)Krakan looked to showcase both his new recruit, Mad Jester, and the new tag team he had recently put together, Exo-King & Splatter. However, in typical Krakan stable fashion, they lost on a bigger stage. Match 4: Cultist & Star Warrior vs. Norse Gods (Lightening & Man-Mountain)
The rumors had been true: reports from house shows at the end of December told of a new tag team featuring Cultist and his recent convert Star Warrior. No one wanted to believe it, until they showed up on GWF Weekly on 1/2. Tonight, they fought against a reformed Norse Gods team; after losing to the Greeks in a cage match on last month's SNGWF, they left for a bit and were found by Solaris. He convinced them to be gods of light instead of darkness, and he could show them the path. Solaris helped the Norsemen return to the GWF and agreed to manage both them and the Greek Gods. In their return, the Norse Gods could not match up against the new team of evil, and Cultist & Star Warrior won in a fairly easy contest. Match 5: Lord Nexus vs. Billy Joe Boxer
These two men met for the first time since BJB knocked out Nexus after TitanPower lost the Tag Team Championship two months ago. Lord Nexus showed up with Trainer Jim, a man that Nexus hired to be his manager and to train him to match Billy Joe Boxer's boxing style. Nexus spent a majority of the match trying to find out why his former friend was so angry over a mistake, but kept having to defend himself against BJB's aggressive tactics. It was proven that Billy Joe was too far gone when Fin came out to help him attack Nexus. Fin was a half-man/half-shark wrestler that hadn't been heard from in 11 months and who's most furious battles came against Lord Nexus. Fin and Billy Joe Boxer double-teamed Lord Nexus, causing the Titan to win by DQ. Match 6: Bishop Hell vs. Massacre in a non-title match
Bishop Hell was reluctant to give the Gladiator a title shot, so Massacre was hoping he could force the issue by beating the Bishop in a non-title contest. It didn't work; Bishop Hell gets the pinfall. Champion List: Champion--Massif (8/17/88) Interdimensional--Bishop Hell (8/17/88) Tag Team--Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) (11/12/88) Six-Man Tag Team--Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo) (7/4/88) Top Ten Contenders: 1. Christian 2. Cultist 3. Thantos 4. Exo-King 5. Bishop Hell 6. Brute 7. Commander Sam 8. Actagon 9. Mesmer 10. Massacre Next time: The Galaxian Invasion tournament returns as a pay-per-view.

Due to the interest in the events of last year's Galaxian Invasion Tournament, the promoters have decided to upgrade this year's show to a pay-per-view, bringing the total numbers of big events in the GWF year to 4. It was also decided that every tournament, the final four participants will be invited to come back and compete in the next year's tournament. All 4 finalists from '88 (Proteus, Commander Sam, Billy Joe Boxer, Splatter) have agreed to return.
Galaxian Invasion '89 Tournament 1/27/89
First Round of Invasion Tournament:
Pairings determined by random draw
Deathknight over Royal Overlord Galactic Punisher defeats Splatter Commander Sam takes down Pulsar Vanity beats Adam Blast Bounty Hunter pins Tongsoon Proteus over Billy Joe Boxer Mad Jester and Fin fight to a time limit draw Zodiac: Aquarius beats Beast Rider
Match 1: Wolf vs. Creeper
Wolf is back! After beating Splatter at the Omega Memorial, Wolf took some time off to rest after his part in the brutal war between the Hitmen and Hierarchy. Creeper had no intention of being a pushover, and attacked Wolf violently outside the ring during the match. Creeper went outside one too many times, and got disqualified.
Quarterfinals of Invasion Tournament
Galactic Punisher easily took down Deathknight Vanity beat Commander Sam Bounty Hunter over Proteus Zodiac: Aquarius advanced due to the Mad Jester-Fin draw
Match 2: Massif vs. Christian for Galaxian Heavyweight Championship
Christian had worked his way up to being the number one contender for the title, and being Cultist's arch-enemy meant that this match had to happen sooner rather than later. Massif figured that since his partner, Bishop Hell, was successful in keeping Christian from taking his title, that Massif would be easily able to retain his. Christian made sure he stayed on the look-out all match as Massif's title defenses usually ended up being a swarm attack. Cultist tried all his dirty managerial tricks, but Christian was able to bring the ref's focus back to the contest. When Cultist attempted a blatant attack, Christian was ready, punching him back out to the floor. Then Christian was able to put the big man down with the CRUCIFIX, surprising everyone, and becoming the new Champion.
Semifinals of Invasion Tournament
Galactic Punisher took down Vanity quick Bounty Hunter steamrolled over Zodiac: Aquarius
Match 3: Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) vs. Renegade & Pit Viper for Galaxian Tag Team Championship
It seemed the only team that Renegade & Viper were having problems against was the Bomb Squad, and that wasn't enough to knock them out of the number one contenders spot. Thantos was sick and tired of his men constantly having to defend their belts against this team, and wanted to put them away once and for all. However, a new feud was about to start as during the match, the Gladiators of Aethra came down and attacked the champions, declaring that they were back to take the belts that they were born to hold. Henchmen retain the belts as they win by DQ, but for how long?
Final of Invasion Tournament: Galactic Punisher vs. Bounty Hunter
Both of the new competitors impressed as they left it all out on the table. Unfortunately for such a good competitive match, it had to end with manager interference: Hunter was able to get Galactic Punisher into position for AMBUSH, and Reynard B. Guile executed it to perfection. Bounty Hunter got the win, but it was obvious these two men would meet again.
Match 4: Star Warrior vs. Slicer
While Cultist had problems getting involved in the Championship match, he had no problems making his presence felt here. By constantly taunting and hitting Slicer when the ref wasn't looking, Cultist was able to keep Star Warrior in control of the match. Star Warrior got the victory, but it seemed the match was more between Slicer and Cultist than it should have been. After the match ended, Cultist continued to beat on the downed Slicer until a bunch of referees came to the ring to break it up. How much more out of control can Cultist get?

House Show Title Match:
1/29--Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo) beat Exo-King, Splatter & Mad Jester (Six-Man)
GWF Weekly 1/30-2/13/89
Main Events:
2/6--Exo-King & Splatter beat Ani-Men (Badger & Ram) by DQ
2/13--Bounty Hunter over Galactic Punisher
Pushes:
Good--Mesmer, Wolf, Ninja, Zodiac: Aquarius
Bad--Massif, Tongsoon, Mad Jester, Thantos
Tag Team--Gemini (Dark & Light), Massif & Bishop Hell, Norse Gods (Lightening & Man-Mountain), Spacemen (Meteor & Asteroid), Lord Nexus & Earthquake
Jobbers:
Beast Rider, Ghengis Khan, Creeper, Pulsar, Adam Blast, Killer Queen, Reptillo, Deathknight
Saturday Night GWF 2/18/89
Match 1: Tongsoon & Comrade Terror vs. Vanity & Brute
It mostly happens in the house shows, but I loved putting odd teams together in order to further one or two feuds. This would be one of those types of matches. During the match, Sweet Thing tries to interfere, but Tongsoon runs over and punches her out. This sends Vanity into a frenzy, smashing a chair over Tongsoon's head and costing his team the match. The lizard team won by DQ, but the Tongsoon-Vanity war was far from over.
Match 2: Christian vs. Massif for Galaxian Heavyweight Championship
It didn't take long for the championship rematch to happen. Massif was like a man possessed; he wanted that title back and was like a tidal wave bearing down on Christian. Cultist didn't even interfere as Massif was in control for the majority of the match. Christian had to find a way to stop the giant, and did so by hitting Massif outside the ring with the bell. The ref caught the act, and DQ'ed Christian, meaning he would probably have to face the big man again.
Match 3: Spacemen vs. Lord Nexus & Earthquake
Not only had the Spacemen fought more harshly as of late, but in this match they showed up with Darkos as their manager! The experience of the Spacemen was a little too much for the month-old team of Lord Nexus & Earthquake. Even though Nexus held the Six-Man Tag Titles with the Spacemen at one time, his former friends did not let that stop their current quest for gold. Spacemen win by pinfall.
Match 4: Galactic Punisher vs. Bounty Hunter
Both matches between these two had been instant classics. BH won both times, but it was due to Reynard B. Guile's interference. This match, things were a little fiercer as the bad blood between the participants showed. With the ref knocked out, RBG came into the ring to help Hunter with a double-team. However, running to the ring from the back to help out was none other than Wolf! Wolf took on both men, but the ref woke up to see him attacking Bounty Hunter, and disqualified Galactic Punisher.
Match 5: Star Warrior vs. Mesmer
Cultist was making sure everyone knew who SW belonged to by making him fight all his previous allies. Tonight was Mesmer, who had just finished up a short feud with the leader of the Hierarchy. Mesmer was no slouch in singles competition, and showed that in this match by beating his former tag team partner. Cultist was angry, but had bigger fish to fry as...
Match 6: Slicer vs. Bishop Hell for Interdimensional Championship
Finally, Slicer got a rematch one-on-one with the man that put him out of wrestling and forced him to give up his Championship. Slicer immediately attacked the Bishop as he was making his way to the ring. Slicer's anger could not be contained as he slammed Hell into every barrier, table, and object he could find. When Cultist tried to get involved, Slicer did the same to him. Slicer was blinded by rage, and would not stop attacking both men until overwhelmed by referees that came from the back to stop this. The match was ruled a no-contest as it was never able to get underway.
Champions List: Champion--Christian (1/27) Interdimensional--Bishop Hell (8/17/88) Tag Team--Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) (11/12/88) Six-Man Tag Team--Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo) (7/4/88)
Top Ten Contenders: 1. Massif 2. Cultist 3. Exo-King 4. Bishop Hell 5. Thantos 6. Commander Sam 7. Brute 8. Bounty Hunter 9. Galactic Punisher 10. Vanity
Next time: Things build to a head with the Hierarchy in the shadow of Wrestlestar III.

GWF Weekly 2/20-3/20/89
Main Events:
2/27--Lord Nexus & Earthquake beat Cultist & Star Warrior by DQ
3/6--Ninja over Splatter
3/20--Star Warrior beats Commander Sam
Pushes:
Good--Proteus, Wolf, Galactic Punisher, Mesmer, Vanity, Slicer, Man-Mountain
Bad--Tongsoon, Massif, Fin, Mad Jester, Thantos, Exo-King, Bishop Hell
Tag Team--Gemini (Dark & Light), Renegade & Pit Viper, Brute & Massacre, Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner), Galactic Punisher & Wolf, Billy Joe Boxer & Fin, Bomb Squad (Commander Sam & Adam Blast), Proteus & Lightening, Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo)
Jobbers:
Pulsar, Killer Queen, Ghengis Khan, Beast Rider, Vanity, Creeper, Deathknight, Royal Overlord, Krakan II, Adam Blast
Saturday Night GWF 3/11/89
Match 1: Battering Ram vs. Exo-King
Exo-King was continuing to climb up the rankings toward top contender. He showed why in this match as he easily downed Battering Ram.
Match 2: Cultist & Star Warrior vs. Brute & Massacre
A great match between two teams ready to face the Henchmen for the Tag Team Championship. Despite Cultist's involvement, the match was relatively clean, although he was able to sneak in a few tricks. The tricks weren't necessary as Cultist & Star Warrior win the pinfall.
Match 3: Christian vs. Massif for Galaxian Heavyweight Championship
After last month's DQ victory, Massif was hell-bent on getting his title back. This time is was Christian who came out fighting strong, stunning the big man with his ferocity. An attempt at a run-in by Star Warrior was foiled when Christian slid under the giant and kicked SW back out of the ring. Then, Christian once again pinned the former champ by hitting his finisher, the CRUCIFIX. Star Warrior was hot outside the ring, and the two men stared each other down as Christian's hand was raised in victory.
Match 4: Galactic Punisher & Wolf vs. Bounty Hunter & Tongsoon
After Wolf saved Galactic Punisher from Bounty Hunter last month, Reynard B. Guile recruited Tongsoon to help form a tag team to get revenge. GP & Wolf were very good as a tag team, while the other team suffered since they were thrown together. Tongsoon had enough of his team's inability to maintain consistent offense, and so smashed Wolf with a foreign object given to him by RBG. The ref caught it and called for the bell; all four men brawled after the contest was over, with Bounty Hunter managing to save his manager from an angry Wolf.
Match 5: Lord Nexus vs. Billy Joe Boxer in a Boxing Match
The reason why Nexus recruited Trainer Jim had finally arrived. After a couple of months of training, Lord Nexus felt he could go one-on-one with someone who hadn't boxed in a couple of years. Billy Joe Boxer came out strong early, but it was Nexus that picked things up in later rounds. BJB suddenly found himself unable to defend himself, and motioned towards the back. Fin ran out and attacked Lord Nexus, causing the rare disqualification in a boxing match.
Match 6: Slicer vs. Bishop Hell for Interdimensional Championship
After last month's no contest, both participants were warned that similar behavior would not be tolerated. Indeed, the match got underway. Slicer definitely had the upper hand throughout most of the match. Cultist took all he could tolerate but then entered the ring with a chair. He smacked Slicer across the back of the head, and continued to stomp on the downed man. Bishop Hell left the ring, but Cultist continued his assault until more refs came down from the back to stop the carnage.
Champions List: Champion--Christian (1/27) Interdimensional--Bishop Hell (8/17/88) Tag Team--Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) (11/12/88) Six-Man Tag Team--Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo) (7/4/88)
Top Ten Contenders 1. Massif 2. Cultist 3. Bishop Hell 4. Thantos 5. Exo-King 6. Commander Sam 7. Bounty Hunter 8. Brute 9. Mesmer 10. Galactic Punisher
Next time: Wrestlestar III featuring--Christian vs Star Warrior for Championship Henchmen vs. Brute & Massacre for Tag Team Championship Slicer vs. Cultist in a cage Lord Nexus & Earthquake vs. Billy Joe Boxer & Fin Tongsoon & Amazonia vs. Vanity & Sweet Thing and more!!!

The early conflict between Hunter and Punisher is very cool... And it now seems to be transitioning nicely into a feud between Hunter and Wolf...
Really enjoyed the boxing match between Billy Jo and Nexus as well... Interesting idea!

The early conflict between Hunter and Punisher is very cool... And it now seems to be transitioning nicely into a feud between Hunter and Wolf... Really enjoyed the boxing match between Billy Jo and Nexus as well... Interesting idea! It's cool to have the storylines write themselves. Since I had Wolf on the sidelines for a while with nothing to do, he fit in perfectly there. There's some stuff coming up with both Wolf and Punisher...I hope you enjoy it. The boxing thing was my starting to add more to the stories besides chair shots, heel/face turns, and cages. Not that those other things ever go away...lol. Glad to hear from you, sir!

Welcome back everyone to my 17th birthday, and to...
Wrestlestar III 3/21/89
Match 1: Galactic Punisher & Wolf vs. Bounty Hunter & Reynard B. Guile
Bad blood all around in this match, but everyone was anxious to see Wolf get his revenge on RBG for giving Tongsoon the foreign object to take down the Wildman just a couple of weeks ago. After a solid match, Punisher and Hunter fought outside the ring and Wolf got his chance. Treating the manager as a ragdoll, Wolf was able to slap on the SAVAGE FACE CLAW and get the win for his team.
Match 2: Massif vs. Man-Mountain
In a battle of big men that had fought on the same team a few times, Man-Mountain wanted to prove he could hold his own in solo competition. Massif just wanted to get back into the Championship picture. Massif manhandled the Norseman, to the point where Lightening came down in an effort to help his partner. When the action spilled outside, Lightening got involved, and the ref gave the decision to Massif by DQ.
Match 3: Bishop Hell vs. Ninja for the Interdimensional Championship
Ninja came into the match undefeated, and was rewarded with a IC shot for his impressive beginning to his career. He finished the match taking a loss, as Bishop Hell was just too strong.
Match 4: Tongsoon & Amazonia vs. Vanity & Sweet Thing
These four looked to settle their issues once and for all in a mixed-gender tag team match. Amazonia tried to get involved as Vanity was wearing down Tongsoon, but the lizard-man got up and mistakenly punched out his female partner. Vanity tossed Tongsoon out of the ring, and tagged in Sweet Thing to get the easy pinfall. To say Amazonia was not pleased when she got up would be an understatement.
Match 5: Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) vs. Brute & Massacre for Galaxian Tag Team Championship
Finally, these four men would meet since the Gladiators made their return and attacked the Henchmen at Galaxian Invasion. As you might expect, the match took place more so outside the ring than inside, and because of that the Henchmen ended up getting caught doing something illegal. The Gladiators won, but not the way they wanted to.
Match 6: Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo) vs. Exo-King, Splatter & Mad Jester for Six-Man Tag Team Championship in an Elimination Match
These teams had met previously in different types of matches, with the Ani-Men usually coming out on top. Even though Krakan's stable seems to fail when the big spotlight in on them, his current members are definitely no slouches. However, tonight was yet another good win by the Ani-Men. No matter the combination put against them, they seem to be unstoppable.
Match 7: Lord Nexus & Earthquake vs. Billy Joe Boxer & Fin
It always seems like Lord Nexus is fighting a former partner during the big events. He doesn't always get to settle things the way he'd like, but with Earthquake taking Fin on, and then down, in an outside the ring brawl, Nexus and BJB were able to go one-on-one with no interruptions. Lord Nexus stopped his former protege by using his own boxing moves against him, then finished him off with the TITAN DROP. Billy Joe left the ring and walked backstage by himself, wondering what his next move was going to be.
Match 8: Bomb Squad (Commander Sam & Adam Blast) vs. Renegade & Pit Viper in a Cosmic Cage
These two teams had met several times, and the Bomb Squad dominated most contests. The repeated losses had moved Renegade & Viper down the tag team rankings, and they were not happy about it. The feud would end tonight inside the steel. As most matches between these two teams had gone, Bomb Squad was able to escape the cage first, and Renegade & Pit Viper were left scratching their heads as to why they could not beat this middle-of-the-road tag team.
Match 9: Slicer vs. Cultist in a Cosmic Cage
Once and for all Slicer wanted revenge on the man who had orchestrated his injuries and title loss. This match would go down as one of the most brutal matches in GWF history due to the amount of blood spilt and constant power moves involving the cage. At one point Slicer was able to slam Cultist's head into the corner of the top of the cage, sending the Satanic one barely conscious to the ring below. Slicer then delivered a huge leg drop, jumping from the top of the cage. Both men were completely unconscious, but with Slicer passed out on top of Cultist, the referee decided to make the three-count, making this the first cage match in the GWF to be decided by pinfall instead of escape. Once the match was decided, medical personnel rushed into the cage and took both men out on stretchers. Once again, Slicer had beaten a member of the Hierarchy in a vicious pay-per-view match, but the damage done was as bad (or worse) to him as his opponent.
Match 10: Christian vs. Star Warrior for Galaxian Heavyweight Championship
Star Warrior was fine with the rest of the Hierarchy staying with Cultist as he was being tended to, and taking on the Champion himself without any help. The two battled fiercely and in a long match, with Christian at times trying to get SW to reveal why he joined with Cultist. The match stayed clean throughout, and it was Christian who won off a surprise reversal turned into a cover. Warrior left the ring and walked away in a rare ending to a Hierarchy match where there were no run-ins.

4/3--Bishop Hell successfully defends Interdimensional Championship against Ninja
4/10--Massif & Bishop Hell beat Gemini (Dark & Light) by DQ
Pushes:
Good--Man-Mountain, Lord Nexus, Mesmer, Actagon, Lightening
Bad--Executioner, Star Warrior, Thantos, Bounty Hunter
Tag Team--Brute & Massacre, Spacemen (Meteor & Asteroid), Renegade & Pit Viper, Lord Nexus & Earthquake, Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo)
Jobbers:
Ghengis Khan, Creeper, Royal Overlord, Killer Queen, Beast Rider, Pulsar, Krakan II, Deathknight, Adam Blast
Saturday Night GWF 4/15/89
Match 1: Gemini (Dark & Light) vs. Spacemen (Meteor & Asteroid)
It was only a matter of time before a singles wrestler named Zodiac was going to join forces with a team named Gemini. When Gemini fought in the main event of GWF Weekly on 4/10, they came out with Zodiac being their new manager. Gemini had an on-again-off-again feud with the Spacemen over the last few months, and now had a counter for the Spacemen's manager, Darkos. Darkos was still the deciding factor as he got caught interfering, and Gemini wins by DQ.
Match 2: Star Warrior vs. Proteus
With Cultist still out from his cage match at Wrestlestar III, the Hierarchy would send other members down to ringside to manage/interfere. Bishop Hell accompanied Star Warrior, but was not needed. Star Warrior wins the fairly easy pinfall.
Match 3: Wolf vs. Tongsoon
After getting his revenge on Reynard B. Guile at Wrestlestar III, Wolf turned his attention to the other member involved in last month's SNGWF attack on him, Tongsoon. Despite being a lizard-humanoid, Tongsoon could not match Wolf's animal rage. Wolf won the match, and afterwards Amazonia berated Tongsoon for failing her again.
Match 4: Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) vs. Brute & Massacre for Galaxian Tag Team Championship
The rematch for Wrestlestar III ended exactly like the first match, a decision by disqualification. This time the champs took the victory, but these two teams were not done with each other.
Match 5: Christian vs. Exo-King for Galaxian Heavyweight Championship
Exo-King had been steadily near the top of the rankings, and was finally rewarded with a title shot. Exo was all offense early, but the champ fought back and eventually pinned the big man. Krakan was upset and swore that Christian hadn't heard the last from him.
Match 6: Massif & Bishop Hell vs. Norse Gods (Man-Mountain & Lightening)
This was a fallout match from Wrestlestar III; what started as a simple contest between two big men was shaping into a budding feud. While Massif & Hell constantly had the Gods on their heels, the Norse were able to make some pin saves to keep them in the match. One of those saves led to a brawl, in which the Norse Gods were DQ'ed. Star Warrior then joined the post-match brawl, and the Norse Gods succumbed to the 3-on-2 beating.
Champions List: Champion--Christian (1/27) Interdimensional--Bishop Hell (8/17/88) Tag Team--Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) (11/12/88) Six-Man Tag Team--Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo) (7/4/88)
Top Ten Contenders: 1. Massif 2. Bishop Hell 3. Cultist 4. Exo-King 5. Thantos 6. Bounty Hunter 7. Brute 8. Commander Sam 9. Wolf 10. Slicer

GWF Weekly 4/17-5/8/89
Main Events:
4/24--Massacre over Bounty Hunter
5/1--Greek Gods (Proteus & Actagon) defeat Spacemen (Meteor & Asteroid)
5/8--Spike beat Wolf
Pushes:
Good--Mesmer, Badger, Galactic Punisher, Actagon, Commander Sam, Wolf
Bad--Mad Jester, Star Warrior, Tongsoon, Spike, Massif, Splatter
Tag Team--Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner), Lord Nexus & Earthquake, Renegade & Pit Viper, Norse Gods (Man-Mountain & Lightening), Billy Joe Boxer & Fin, Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo)
Jobbers:
Royal Overlord, Deathknight, Beast Rider, Pulsar, Ghengis Khan, Creeper, Killer Queen, Vanity, Krakan II, Adam Blast
Saturday Night GWF 5/13/89
Match 1: Zodiac: Taurus vs. Meteor
After last month's Zodiac-Spacemen match pushed their rivalry forward, this month a one-on-one contest would move things along even further. Darkos' interference helps Meteor get a pin victory, but Zodiac was furious with the decision. As he argued with the ref, Meteor attacked him from behind. Meteor & Darkos walked away laughing as Zodiac picked himself up inside the ring.
Match 2: Wolf vs. Tongsoon
Amazonia forced this match to happen after being embarrassed by Tongsoon's performances both at Wrestlestar III and last month's SNGWF. Again, Wolf completely dominated and finished him off with the SAVAGE FACE CLAW. After the match, Amazonia approached Wolf as he left the ring. The two exchanged a couple of sentences, and then Wolf threw his arm around the woman warrior. The two walked out together, leaving Tongsoon completely beside himself in the ring.
Match 3: Massif & Bishop Hell vs. Norse Gods
In the rematch from last month's SNGWF, the Norse Gods were taken down fast. As Star Warrior entered the ring for the predictable Hierarchy gang-attack, the Greek Gods ran down to break things up. The Hierarchy escaped from the ring, but with all the players in place, it led to...
Match 4: Star Warrior vs. Actagon
The ref forced multiple members of both participants' entourage to the back so the match could start. After beating Actagon's partner Proteus last month, Star Warrior looked to make the clean sweep over the Greek Gods. Actagon had other plans, beating Star Warrior clean. He then jumped out of the ring, lessening the chance of an attack by the rest of the Hierarchy.
Match 5: Christian vs. Splatter for Galaxian Heavyweight Championship
Krakan was still upset over Exo-King's loss to the champ last month, and convinced Christian to defend against Splatter. Splatter was a bit more primal than Christian was used to, and completely vicious when the action spilled out of the ring. It all turned out to be a set-up, as Splatter got disqualified, and Mad Jester ran down to take out the champ with the JAGGED EDGE.
Match 6: Henchmen (Comrade Terror & Executioner) vs. Brute & Massacre for Galaxian Tag Team Championship in a Titan Death Match
The two previous times these teams met were decided by DQ, so it was determined this match would be a full Titan Death brawl. This type of match favored the Gladiators, and they capitalized. Brute & Massacre win the tag belts, and left the Henchmen destroyed all around the ring area.
Champions List: Champion--Christian (1/27) Interdimensional--Bishop Hell (8/17/88) Tag Team--Brute & Massacre (5/13) Six-Man Tag Team--Ani-Men (Badger, Ram & Reptillo) (7/4/88)
Top Ten Contenders 1. Massif 2. Bishop Hell 3. Cultist 4. Thantos 5. Exo-King 6. Bounty Hunter 7. Brute 8. Commander Sam 9. Wolf 10. Star Warrior
Next time: The 4th Annual Tag Team Tournament teams/pairings are announced...who will be Star Warrior's partner?

Christian continues to do a phenomenal job as the top champion, as it looks like he is facing adversity from every direction... Not sure what you had in mind when you created that character, but I'm picturing him something like Atman (circa GWF 2113), only with platinum blond hair...
Looks like Amazonia finally had enough of Tongsoon's disappointing performances and has now hooked up with the Savage One... Still, Wolf shouldn't trust anyone at this stage of the game... Especially someone who was aligned with such a fierce nemesis... Soldiers can be crafty...
Continue to enjoy this well plotted trip down memory lane... Fun times!
