To me, when I hear cage match, I will always think of the Old Blue Bars. Interestingly enough, I was talking to Dave Marquez about the old blue bars once and he said the reason they changes was because they were horrible for television/filming.

1.War Games - I'm a big fan of this series and over the years I used it in the game and I'm looking to use it again in my Wrestling Network LIVE universe. I have to say I do like Lethal Lockdown from TNA when they brought it in and for the first few years, but War Games was the best...
2.Old Blue Cage - I can say it was cool seeing something different with the Blue Cage when seeing it for the first time and it was a unique WWF concept...

Just give me a regular steel cage. Or twice that with War Games.

I was more a fan of NWA than I was WWF back in the day. So War Games has a special place in my heart. My second choice is Elimination Chamber because of the unique look it has.

Definitely more a fan of the chain link steel cage than the blue bars. War Games was my pick though. Super fun match!

The blue cage looked like a toy to me. It didn't seem realistic that someone could actually get hurt with those giant bars. I'll take an old school cage match where they rub their opponent's face on the cage to "get color" anyday. I really miss War Games. I thought that was the coolest concept ever when I first saw the promos on TV. The Four Horsemen, Super Powers, and Road Warriors in a match where the only way to win was submission or surrender! Doesn't get any better than this in my opinion.
