Game table slow to return dice roll results

Does anyone have issues on the game table with long delays waiting on dice roll results? I use it a lot as it saves me space and having to root for game cards. Generally it's fine but I would say there are quite often times where a dice roll awaits a server response and can take a long time. For example tonight I'll roll and it's taking several minutes to return the result making game play real slow. I tried using an app on my phone to generate dice rolls and followed these against the game cards. That works well until a game chart situation is reached which necessitates feedback from the game table - so am stuck.

I just wonder if others see these issues. Maybe the host needs contacting to see what is going on. Everything else internet related is fine so it's not a local issue within my network. I also see the exact same symptoms on my work machine as I do at home anyway (yep, I sometimes play a card during lunch but try to keep it low profile at work!)

It happens far too often, and the lag has been mentioned before without any response from FG. I reported it in early 2015 as an official "bug" to no response. It would seem that they aren't planning on putting any significant work into the online platform, and the lag could be something that would require some significant work to fix.

I guess FG online players just have to take what we can get.

It does seem to be quite a lot that this happens. Shame because it's a fantastic way to play with minimal fuss and without clutter of cards. Am still extremely grateful the platform exists or else I would never play, just could do with some technical eyes on it to see what's wrong. It's probably the host server to blame rather than the actual software but that sort of technical stuff goes way over my head!
