It's tough when you get team members against each other. I could have had the Mountie use the shock stick on Kowalski but decided not to. The seeds are there though for the Mountie to turn on Jimmy Hart! Too bad we don't have Raymond Rougeau it would be an easy decision to make that change!!

CANADIAN EMPIRE WRESTLING #5 The Forum Montreal, QB May 10, 2120
The Taylors def. S.D. Jones & Johnny Rodz Tugboat Taylor took care of this one on his own. He tossed Rodz around and a power slam put him away. The Tolos Brothers def. Timber & Yukon Eric An awesome battle here! Timber cleaned house for quite awhile. Then it was back and forth with lots of pin attempts. Yukon Eric stormed in after a double team and turned the tide but could not get the win. John Tolos pinned Timber after coming off the top rope. Rick Rude & William Muldoon def. The Mountie & Angelo Mosca An usual tag team in Rude & Muldoon take on the Canadian Maggia. Rude lost by DQ to Mosca in the CEW title tournament. Rude and Muldoon just battered the Canadians all over the place, but this one was a wild brawl all the way with lots of interference. It was the Rude Awakening taking down the Mountie. (Mosca 5 coins, Mountie 3 coins, Muldoon 3 coins) CEW TAG TEAM TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMIFINALS
The Kangaroos def. The Flying Red Heads Bastien and Lyons have won two in a row against the Roos, but Wild Red Berry's men weren't going to let that happen a third time. Both teams made tags when in trouble at the start. Bastien broke up the pin after the Boomerang, but a catapult double team move dropped Lyons for the fall. Larry Hennig & Ray Stevens def. Fred Curry & Lanny Poffo This was a great match with the underdog cruiserweight team nearly winning on many occasions. Curry took a beating but Poffo carried the team. Things went back and forth for a long time. Curry missed off the top and Stevens' Bombs Away ended the match. CEW Tag Title Tournament FinalThe Kangaroos vs. Larry Hennig & Ray Stevens CEW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMIFINALS
Roddy Piper def. Killer Kowalski A real brutal, hard-hitting match. The referee went down and these two kept slugging it out. Piper pulled it out with the sleeper. Bobo Brazil def. The Crusher Another great match between two fan favorites. The Crusher really took it to Bobo but couldn't score the pin. Brazil held on and fought back, winning with the Coco Butt. CANADIAN EMPIRE WRESTLING #6 Molson Centre Montreal, QB May 17, 2120
J.J. Dillon def. Mike Graham Graham had a fast start but ended abruptly in the corner. Dillon hit him with a foreign object and then dropped a big elbow for the three. Timber & Yukon Eric def. The Taylors This was an awesome tag team battle between teams looking to get into the rankings for a title shot. It was pretty much dead even with all kinds of back and forth action. The time limit nearly expired but Timber suplexed Tugboat Taylor and then a swinging neckbreaker ended it. The two teams shook hands after the match. The Masked Superstar def. Wild Bull Curry An incredible match as Wild Bull Curry battled like never before. It was Curry smashing the M.S. with a chair several times, but the M.S. soon took over the bout. Curry fought and scrapped and took a major beating but wouldn't go down for the pin. The Masked Superstar hit him with everything he had over and over again. After locking in the Cobra Hold and the sleeper for long periods of time finally a spinning neckbreaker ended the fight. (Curry 7 coins) The Flying Red Heads def. Fred Curry & Lanny Poffo A very good, high-flying matchup here. It was another back and forth event with a lot of top rope action. Lyons locked on the sleeper and was relentless in not letting it go until Curry was limp on the mat. The Mountie def. William Muldoon These two traded moves and reversals until the Mountie found an opening in the corner. He zapped Muldoon twice with the Shock Stick before getting the pin. The Mountie and Jimmy Hart didn't have time to celebrate as Rick Rude charged out and attacked the Mountie. The unlikely pair of Rude and Muldoon joined up against the Canadian Maggia last week in tag team action. The Crusher def. Killer Kowalski These two men went to the semifinals of the CEW title tournament. The Crusher was all over the Killer using all his power moves until the Crusher Bolo put him away. Angelo Mosca def. Rick Rude Another epic battle between Rude and the Canadian Maggia. Rude came out on fire and Mosca had to whether the storm. He did and this one a hard-hitting, brutal contest. It was a long one but Mosca won with the Sleeper. Kowalski and the Mountie came out for a three on one beat down, but Rude was saved by William Muldoon and the Crusher. Andre the Giant def. Fred Blassie Last year as SummerSlam it was Blassie defeating Andre and Harley Race to win the NWA World title. The Giant came out strong, but Blassie used every trick in the book to keep coming back. A sitdown splash ended the night for Blassie. NWA NORTH AMERICAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Southern Boys def. The Sheepherders (ch) A spectacular title match, one of the best of all-time! A rematch with the former champs and Rich and Smothers looked awesome! The Sheeps dished it out as well but took a huge beating. Both teams could have gone down at any time. It looked over when the Southern Boys sent Butch Miller to the floor after interfering and Smothers nailed Luke Williams with the Jawjacker. But Williams kicked out! Smother worked him over before doing it again to score the pin and regain the N.A. tag team titles!!! Rich and Smothers are now 3-time title holders. (Williams 4 coins, Miller 2 coins, Smothers 3 coins, Rich 3 coins) CEW TAG TEAM TITLE TOURNAMENT FINALS Larry Hennig & Ray Stevens def. The Kangaroos Tag team action is hot in Canada! Hennig survived an assault to begin the match and almost won after the Axe on Al Costello. Stevens bailed him out and went back and forth. After a trip to the floor, Hennig blasted Costello again to score the three and shock Red Berry and his Roos. Hennig and Stevens are the Canadian Tag Team Champions! CEW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT FINALS Bobo Brazil def. Roddy Piper The Hot Rod fought as much as he could but just couldn't overcome the power of Bobo. It took many big Coco Butts but Bobo Brazil put Piper down to win the Canadian Heavyweight Title!

CANADIAN EMPIRE WRESTLING #7 Sault Memorial Gardens Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario May 24, 2120 Fred Curry & Lanny Poffo def. S.D. Jones & Johnny Rodz This one turned into a really good encounter. S.D. Jones took a huge beating for some time but stayed alive. Rodz hit Poffo with some good stuff and this one went back and forth. Poffo beat Rodz with the Sky Drop. Henry Irslinger def. Ron Hutchison A very intense and hard fought contest. Hutchison had a lot of chances to get a win but was unable to do so. Irslinger came out on top with a flying headlock. Wild Bull Curry def. Matt Striker Striker came out hot and was taking it to Curry. A miss in the corner finished off Striker. Curry pulled out a pair of brass knuckles and blasted Striker. The Masked Superstar def. Mike Graham This was an awesome match and Mike Graham was so close to a huge win! He had the Masked Superstar in trouble almost the whole match. Graham rallied everytime he was in trouble. The Masked Superstar pulled it out with a swinging neckbreaker. Killer Kowalski def. Timber This one was over quickly with the Claw. Kowalski screamed for the Crusher, knowing full well that he was not here. The Crusher is in the World TV title tournament taking place tomorrow. The Tolos Brothers def. The Taylors The Taylors were doing well against Chris Tolos. John Tolos took down Tugboat Taylor with the corkscrew. Andre the Giant def. Bruiser Costa Some head butts and a couple splashes took care of Bruiser Costa. Roddy Piper def. Yukon Eric Piper held off the woodsman until he could apply the sleeper. The Sheepherders def. The Flying Red Heads Luke and Butch isolated Red Bastien and won after a double gutbuster. The Sheepherders will be getting another shot at the North American tag team titles and the Southern Boys! Fred Blassie & The Kangaroos def. Bobo Brazil, Larry Hennig & Ray Stevens The champs on one side after winning tournament finals last week against the three who lost in the finals. A great six-man battle! Bobo was beaten bad but tagged out. The next time Bobo was in he was put away by Blassie's Southern Neckbreaker. (Brazil 5 coins) NO DISQUALIFICATION The Mountie def. Rick Rude All-out bedlam and mayhem! It was non-stop back and forth brutality. Rude took the hit with the shock stick. The two fought all over the arena. The Mountie won with the shock stick.

The Tolos Brothers def. "Flying" Fred Curry & "Leaping" Lanny Poffo
Andre the Giant & Bobo Brazil def. Fred Blassie & Roddy Piper by D.Q.
STEEL CAGE MATCH The Mountie def. "Ravishing" Rick Rude Show Notes: it was a very intense evening of great wrestling action! The Masked Superstar never let up no matter how hard Bull Curry fought back. Angelo Mosca was all business and seriously dominated the match with the Crusher. It was a long one though with a whole lot of time spent fighting on the outside. An old rivalry was rekindled as Killer Kowalski, with help from the Tolos Brothers, put Yukon Eric down hard on the outside to win by countout. A very big upset took place as Bruiser Costa & Timber shocked the Canadian tag team champions! Costa came in with a foreign object and leveled Ray Stevens for the fall in this non-title bout. Canadian heavyweight champion Bobo Brazil got the best partner out there! Andre easily put Piper down for the big splash. Blassie interfered and then non-stop double teaming resulted in the disqualification. The steel cage match came about from Jimmy Hart and the Mountie screaming that they should be in the North American title tournament, after having just beaten Rick Rude. The Mountie backed it up by killing Rude the entire match to take his place in the tournament. The Mountie will go up against the United States heavyweight champion the Destroyer June 21 right here on CEW!

LUMBERJACK MATCH Yukon Eric vs. Killer Kowalski - NO MATCH Show Notes: a lot of exciting action here tonight!. Canadian tag team champions Hennig and Stevens split their singles matches with Costa and Timber. Rick Rude outlasted Wild Bull Curry. The Flying Red Heads dominated the bout against their rivals the Kangaroos. Fred Blassie did a lot of damage but the Giant came out on top in a match between two former World champions. Bobo Brazil took it to Roddy Piper to retain the Canadian heavyweight title. Tully Blanchard retained the World TV title over Angelo Mosca. Jimmy Hart interferred more than once and paid the price. Mosca showed he's a threat to any champion. The Lumberjack match didn't do what it was intended to do. The Lumberjacks attacked Kowalski in the ring twice, then everyone on the outside got involved and the match was thrown out.

STEEL CAGE MATCH Killer Kowalski def. Yukon Eric Show Notes: good matches all. Debuts by Jonnie Stewart and Sweet Brown Sugar. Roddy Piper busted open Bull Curry and worked his way to a win with the sleeper. Canadian tag team champions Larry Hennig and Ray Stevens switched opponents from last week and each man won their singles contest against Timber and Bruiser Costa respectively. Rick Rude's war with the Canadian Maggia is not over. After beating Angelo Mosca he was attacked again by the Mountie. The Crusher then stormed out to take on the Mountie and the Shock Stick dropped him to the matc. A great showing by the Flying Red Heads in a five team gauntlet match. They repeatedly pulled out wins after taking beatings. Red Bastien won in no time at all over Fred Curry, then the next two matches were awesome. Randy Rose & Dennis Condrey hit Canada after winning the All-Asia tag team titles in Japan. This was an awesome match and the Red Heads pulled it out. They then did the same to upset the Tolos Brothers. The Taylor almost lost as well but kept the match going and finally put away the very much fatigued Bastien and Billy Red Lyons. Fred Blassie got Andre bleeding and was relentless in his attack, all the way taking a pounding himself. This was a hard-hitting war all the way but Blassie scored another win over Andre, who he once beat to become the World champion. The Steel Cage main event saw Killer Kowalski come out the victor after the bombs away knee drop.

STEEL CAGE MATCH Andre the Giant def. Fred Blassie Show Notes: those winning of late continued to do so. Muldoon, Piper, the Kangaroos, the Red Heads, have all been getting it done and took wins here. The Mountie completely dominated the United States champion the Destroyer, yet found a way to lose the match by count out. The Masked Superstar put Jimmy Hart in more distress by scoring a fast win over Killer Kowalski. The Tolos Brothers brought gold to Jimmy Hart's stable, the Canadian Maggia, by taking the tag team titles from Larry Hennig & Ray Stevens. Andre crushed Fred Blassie inside the steel cage.
