November 30, 2001. Came across the booth and Tom started talking to me and convinced me to give the game a try.

It was March of '93 when I first ordered all the sets up to 2092 from the PWI Gladiators ad. The only game I know of that has stood the test of time.

I'm curious how so many of you know the exact date or even month you started playing. I might be able to go back into my old emails to find a receipt but I definitely couldn't remember the month I purchased. All I know is that I bought very soon after Legends Rematch came out because I bought the intro box set and Rematch at the same time.

It's fairly simple for me as I didn't even start watching wrestling until August of 88 and then I saw one of Spike's ads in PWI and knew I had to order. (One of my brothers joined a play-by-mail wrestling fed, but we never managed to keep up with those)

My friend ordered COTG when it first came out in PWI and I think we played it once. We were Superstar Pro Wrestling Game fans and more interested in real life wrestlers. My interest was sparked when LOW came out but I didn't bite until much later when I bought the ROH set when it came out in late 2012.

I think mine would be July or August 2007. At least a month or so before International came out.

September 2003 was my dice-rolling debut. And it was a bizarre twist of fate that led me to the discovery of this game.
I was engaged to an American at the time and flew over there to meet the in-laws. While at her friend's house, I picked up one of the kid's comics and saw the advert. I placed an order for the LOW starter box set and it was waiting for me when I returned to England.
So if I hadn't have met my ex, I wouldn't be posting this message or enjoying this game!
