Cut. Off. The. Friggin. Head! Come on Knights. Do not let the Stars become the first team to come back from a 0-3 deficit in a Conference Finals. Yeah, although I did not see either Game 4 or Game 5 as I have been busy going to wrestling shows every day in Las Vegas since Wednesday due to Double or Nothing Weekend here, I know Vegas took 2 Ls. Hopefully we can regroup and win Game 6 on Monday.

The Knights just need to look to the US team for motivation. The US Men's team was cruising until they made it to the semifinals. The were undefeated then they lost in the semifinals in OT and in the bronze game. So no medal for the US Men's team. Only lost two games but at the worst time.

Golden Knights 6, Stars 0!I'm so excited about the Vegas Golden Knight getting back to the Stanley Cup Finals for their 2nd time as a franchise!!! I am also really glad to eliminate Dallas after their piss-poor Game 3 behavior both on the ice (that unnecessary violent cross check penalty) and in the stands (the Dallas fans throwing garbage at Golden Knights player to the extent that they caused the 2nd period to end early.) Dallas did not deserve to advance this year. Vegas has Home Ice in the Stanley Cup Finals against Florida. Game 1 of the Stanley Cup is on Saturday which I will probably miss since I will be at the Crockett Cup in North Carolina. Game 2 is next Monday which I will definitely miss since I fly out of Charlotte that day but have to stop for awhile in Philadelphia. But I will definitely watch the rest of the games. I saw the schedule for the Stanley Cup Finals and IF (a big IF) Vegas wins in 5 games then they will have actually won the Stanley Cup on the night before my 50th birthday. That would be epic.

The Knights and the Heat both had to make it interesting but they both prevailed. Good luck in the finals.

That's how you cut the head off a snake. Should have done it in game 5 but better late than never. Now the Knights need to declaw those Panthers.

With the Home Ice advantage meaning they host Games 1 and 2 and potentially 5 and 7, the Golden Knights are reportedly selling potential Game 7 tickets (if the series even goes 7 games as it could end sooner by either team) for over $28,000 per ticket.
Sometimes you can get into Golden Knights games really cheaply through an app (I think it is either vidvidseats or SeatGeek?) right before the games start at low prices such as $35 for the lower bowl as people are desperate to unload tickets they can not use for that night. But I don't think that will work for the Stanley Cup Finals games.

A fun thing about this Stanly Cup Finals is no matter who wins we will have a first time Cup winner. If the Nuggets can get the job done over in the NBA we would have two first winners this month. That is pretty cool.

Golden Knights 5, Panthers 2!I did not watch the game last night because I was at the Crockett Cup in North Carolina, but I was excited to hear that VGK won Game 1! Hopefully this is not a repeat of 2018 where VGK won Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals but then dropped 4 straight to Washington. I wore a Vegas Golden Knights shirt to the NWA's Fan Fest and to Night 1 of the Crockett Cup. I know I stuck out like a sore thumb here in North Carolina, but I wanted to show my support for the team I love more than any other team than probably the Seattle Seahawks.

One down, three to go. I am pulling for the Knights for you Zeke but also not a fan of the Panthers. The Detroit Red Wing fans throw octopus on the ice in the playoffs to represent how it took 8 wins to win the Cup in the Original Six days. Florida throw rubber rats because in the early days of their franchise there were actual rats in their dressing room. Not. The. Same. Thing.
GO KNIGHTS!!!

Golden Knights 7, Panthers 2!I did not get to watch the game tonight because I was flying home from North Carolina via Philadelphia, but I was really glad to see that VGK won Game 2 to take a 2-0 series lead in the Stanley Cup Finals! Game 3 is Thursday. Game 4 is Saturday. Game 5, if necessary, is next Tuesday.
