Excited for the sequel that should be fun. I know the sequel is title 90's Extreme, but I would still like to see a tag team based on Murtaugh and Riggs from Lethal Weapon, and a character based on John McClane from Die Hard. And maybe even an Axel Foley character. I'm sure if I thought about it some more, I could come up with some 90's characters, but those were a few from the 80's I would like to have seen.

I expect we'll see some grunge rockers possibly based on Kurt Cobain or Eddie Vedder.

Lil bit Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Marvel, DC, DBZ Maybe NES Classics like DK, Pacman, Mario, Sonic, Zelda. Road Warriors, Vader, Yokozuna, RVD, Sabu, Crow Sting, Nash, Razor Ramon, and abunch of the other wrestler names. I just had to give most my recognition to ECW and WCW as is deserved. I'm excited as this was my generation! The video games were starting to take over lives wether I was spending quarters at the laundry mat playing the old series of some of the first and best combat legends ever! I was only 6 when this routine and addiction started XD

I think it'd be cool to see updates of characters in 8MW, like a BW Sting inspired Lazer and a Hollywood version of Dude Brohan. Factions in general would be a big addition I'd like to see since '90s wrestling was so full of them.
Do we know if this sequel means there will not be any further updates for 8MW? Or might we see both continue on?

I have to think this will be the new focus. They did say on Facebook that everything from your 8MW game would transfer to the new one (including characters, tokens and cash) and it looks like a "Hollywood" Dude Brohan is in the initial advertisement, as is a character based on The Rock.
The most exciting thing? They've apparently made it easier to sort through cards. That's super exciting.
