Pretty much exactly what I expected. If she can't get the clinch, she'll just stand there and eat punches. The Holm fight showed that, but this cements it. She either needs to go find a good team to train with or head to the fed and work with Charlotte at WrestleMania.

I'm leaning towards the latter, much safer, a good payday and won't hurt her Hollywood aspirations.

Even with new coaching, she is totally screwed. She can't even do the basics of striking and honestly the fight game has passed her by. New women coming into the UFC are going to only get better and they won't be afraid of her. And with new coaching and another year, Nunes would still beat her ass in a similar fashion.

She has no chin...can't take a punch, didn't need to in her amateur sport career. As has been said here, no coaching will fix that, time to hang it up or move on to the WWE. The UFC has looked to have surpassed her, but I can see Dana White push for one more just to get a payday and a big buy rate for an event...alas it will likely be bad news for Rousey, except for the payday.

I think she's done. Part of me wants to see her keep fighting but I just don't think she has the ability or confidence anymore. Her striking is lousy and it would take years for her to develop the necessary skills to even be able to compete just a little bit with someone like Amanda Nunes, Holly Holm or Valentina Shevchenko. She doesn't need to be as good as them but she needs to be good enough to not get hit with every single shot they throw and be able to get inside and use her grappling. If she has any chance to evolve as a fighter she needs to leave Edmond Tarverdyan. She needs humility and a brand new gym that will be honest with her.
That said, I'm pretty sure she will just disappear. I could maybe see her in WWE or doing some movies but I could also just see her completely disappearing from the public eye forever.
