Maybe they're planning to use Cody as a transitional champion so they can put the belt on Kenny Omega when the inevitable Cody vs. Kenny match happens.

The problem for him appears to be working with ROH. |

Looks like Donovan Dijak is the next ROH guy moving to NXT. Dijak left a while ago (February?). He's been in that EVOLVE, no-tampering holding pattern WWE has been using. |
