I was always liked good heels, and Ron Bass was a great heel. I never liked Brutus Beefcake's barber gimmick, so i really enjoyed when "The Outlaw" attacked Beefcake with the spurs. They had to put a big X on the screen because it was so violent. We could use more heels like Ron Bass that made you believe in kayfabe. RIP

Good old Pretty Boy. Have watched a few of his matches in the WWWF in the late 70s early 80s but clearly his greater accomplishment was as a trainer. RIP.

It is always sad to see someone from the wrestling community pass away, and one who is a part of this great game as well. I have fond memories of Larry Sharpe growing up watching WWWF and WWF television that is for sure. I also saw him live a few times. His training resume is top notch that's for sure. RIP to the "Pretty Boy".

Larry Sharpe is a mainstay in my partner's FPW where he is, somewhat surprisingly a one-time FPW 'Gladiator' champion. His antics on the undercard with Mr X and his complete failings when he was temporailiy handed the 'book' have made this perennial heel a much forgiven baby face.
Mr X will be gutted...
In real-life, 'Lar' seemed like a real character with a decent promo too.
Sad news
