Yeah... I must offer my apologies... Definitely an issue with the server at work - I can access the Filsinger Games site, but not FG online... Hoping it's only a temporary issue... Thanks to everyone for responding.

It's been about a month since an update.
Will Online be fixed by the time the time the new CHIKARA drops, or will Online players just have to wait?

As we start to close out our 4th month, this online problem has become very frustrating. I understand that programming can be frought with testing time and surprising bugs that derail the system. I really feel we need a long term solution soon.
Thanks.

I will always support this company, but this needs to get fixed quickly. I was shocked in January that we would have to wait until March, but now I see this possible "even if it takes a year" talk. No! Each person that adopted this broken program have spent hundreds of dollars. We continue to support it. Now is not the time to wait on a sub-par helper or cheap tech guys. Get it fixed, even if you have to spend the money. Listen to our desires for simple things that are not going to take money away from the company. I'd pay to be able to use my own art or the amazing bootleg art that Swarm and others have been doing. This small company has been supported by a small group of loyal people and it feels like we are getting the shaft and expected to just hold on because people are good friends and have played for so many years. That's great, but this is a business with paying customers.
With that said: I love you, FG.

I don't mean to throw out allegations; I could have worded that better. I don't want to sound rude. But the program was never really fixed to begin with. We are frustrated. We just don't know. That's the issue.

We just don't know. Totally get the frustration on all sides. But to insinuate that Tom is being cheap, or not treating this as urgent, may be off the mark. The guys who created Online are pretty brilliant guys, and not even their brilliance could keep it working perfectly 24/7. A quick fix may be impossible.

I respect you whole-heartedly, Rob. However, if we can get tweets about new sets to buy, we customers could use some form of information and update. It's been a month.

Ok, you are starting to sound like the entire company should come to a hault because of this. Just because online doesn't work does not mean games don't get released. Filsinger Games will still release products. Because while you are apparently seriously upset because Online is still not 100% fixed (which I can understand), the bulk of Filsinger Games has always been, and should continue to be, the physical game. You spent a lot of money to play online, so did I, but that doesn't give you the right to whine about those of us who don't play online continuing to get products. And while yes, news would be nice (who the Q2 PP cards are, for instance) that things are pogressing, you can't just think that Tom and the online team are just sitting and doing nothing. Let them work and make announcements when they are ready to.
