yeah the dice sometimes go sideways. we had a match of Chaos vs. Ursa Major got 2 wins over him. thankfully it wasn't a show either time.

Vlad Hammer controlled most of the match and pinned Vanity following a knee drop.

DARKOS VS TERAK
The two team leaders start the Battlezone off for their respective squads. Darkos punished Terak (3 tokens) but frustrated with the inability to put him away caused him to get disqualified.

WHIPLASH VS TERAK (
The Savage Kingdom was up three to two now but Terak was pretty beaten up. Terak still tried to fight and it took a little help from Darkos to set up the Backside Beheading but eventually Whiplash got Terak in the THUMBSCREW and made him submit.

WHIPLASH VS SECTARIAN
Sectarian put up a fight but Whiplash is more experienced and eventually got Sectarian to also submit to the THUMBSCREW.

Former tag team partners. Remember the Royal Creeps? At one time they were the Interplanetary Tag Team Champions. Jester pinned Queen after hitting him with a foreign object.

MAD JESTER w/ROYAL OVERLORD VS MESMER, MASTER OF THE OCCULT
Will Jester defeat the Court all by himself? He pinned Mesmer following the JAGGED EDGE.

MAD JESTER w/ROYAL OVERLORD VS KING LEAR
King Lear came in and was in control the majority of the match. But the big man seemed more interested in punishing his opponent than beating him and it cost him as Jester came back, hit the JAGGED EDGE and completed the sweep.

OVERLORD: If Exo-King and Killer Queen would have just listened to me! It didn't have to be this way! When Exo-King is banished for two years, he'll have no one to blame but himself!

LORD NEXUS w/TRAINER JIM VS SPLATTER w/MUTANT
Lord Nexus thoroughly dominated Splatter (4 tokens) and overcame interference by Mutant to score the pinfall following the TITAN DROP.

"Introducing next. Also being joined at ringside by Mutant. The second member of the Society of Death. Death's Head!
LORD NEXUS w/TRAINER JIM VS DEATH'S HEAD w/MUTANT
Death's Head attached early and went for a quick win but Lord Nexus came back and pinned DH following a dropkick off turnbuckle.

LORD NEXUS (1 token)/TRAINER JIM VS KRAKAN, HITMAN FOR HIRE w/MUTANT
Krakan could not have written a better script. Lord Nexus having to face two of his men before facing him. The crowd was on their feet. Nexus and Krakan punished each other. Mutant got involved. Trainer Jim got involved. In the end, Nexus (4 tokens) pinned Krakan (4 tokens) following the TITAN DROP.

"Coming to the ring now, being joined by Mutant. Representing the Society of Death, Mitsuko the Mongol!"
LORD NEXUS (+4) w/TRAINER JIM VS MITSUKO THE MONGOL w/MUTANT
The Society of Death was in big trouble. They were down to the two members of the Eastern Dynasty. Tag team wrestlers needing to find a way to beat five Titans in singles matches. The referee got knocked down in this one but it just delayed the inevitable as Lord Nexus pinned Mitsuko (4 tokens) following a flying leg scissors.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: LORD NEXUS
"And the final member of the Society of Death. With Mutant at ringside. Ghengis Khan!"
LORD NEXUS (+4) w/TRAINER JIM VS GHENGIS KHAN w/MUTANT
Surely this wasn't going to happen! Surely Lord Nexus would not beat the entire Society of Death by himself! The crowd was on their feet. Mutant interfered again. It didn't matter. Lord Nexus was on a mission. He caught Khan (4 tokens) in the TITAN DROP. 1. 2. 3! The Victory Gardens erupted. Lord Nexus had done it. Billy Jo Boxer, the Titan Express and Quasar hit the ring as a huge celebration took place. Cameras caught Krakan backstage just staring silently at the monitor.

BOUNTY HUNTER w/REYNARD B GUILE VS MASSIF w/COMMANDER SAM
There would not be a Lord Nexus moment in this Battlezone match as Bounty Hunter and Massif were the only members of their respective teams. This was a short bout. Massif missed a turnbuckle charge and Bounty Hunter rolled him up for the 1.2.3.

By the luck of the draw, the former Reptillo was the first wrestler chosen to face the AniMen. Unfortunately for the Rebels, the undisciplined creature got himself disqualified.

Iron Mane controlled this match as Antimatter is not a singles wrestler. The FINAL POUNCE ended it.

With frustration building, Doomsayer threw in the towel by calling for the Galactic Rebels to attack Iron Mane (3 tokens). The AniMen hit the ring as well and when all was said and done, Soldier of Fortune had laid out Dreadnaught with THE REVENGER. A very dissatisfied crowd booed the announcement of another disqualification.

DREGGS w/DESTRUCTION 3000 VS MASSACRE w/THE GUARDSMAN
Fans needing something to cheer for were given quite the battle as Dreggs (3 tokens) outlasted Massacre (4 tokens) with the TWIST AND SHOUT. It would be extremely difficult for Dreggs to run the table now.

"Introducing next. From the Gladiators of Aethra. Brute!"
DREGS (+3) w/DESTRUCTION 3000 VS BRUTE w/THE GUARDSMAN
Facing both members of the legendary tag team back-to-back. Brute went on the attack and beat Dreggs senseless (7 tokens) and then ended the match with the BRUTE FORCE.

"Now, coming to the ring, for the team of W.A.R. Galactic Punisher!"
GALACTIC PUNISHER w/DESTRUCTION 3000 VS BRUTE (+1) w/THE GUARDSMAN
These two know each other from the days the Gladiators feuded with the Galacticops. Galactic Punisher was a little rattled by a crowd booing him and chanting "RoboCop" at him. Brute (3 tokens) battered Punisher (7 tokens) and finished him off with the BRUTE FORCE. Punisher had to be carried from the ring on a stretcher.
WINNER OF THE MATCH: BRUTE
"Coming to the ring now, the next member of W.A.R. Justice!"
JUSTICE w/DESTRUCTION 3000 VS BRUTE (+3) w/THE GUARDSMAN
W.A.R. absolutely needed Justice to eliminate Brute and probably one more. Otherwise a tag team wrestler would have to beat three Gladiators in singles matches. The referee got knocked down, which cost Justice as he had Brute pinned a couple of times. Brute (5 tokens) came back to pin Justice (3 tokens) with the Runaway Cannon.

MACE w/DESTRUCTION 3000 VS BRUTE (+5) w/THE GUARDSMAN

Thantos grabbed a mic and said "looks like I'll be running the table on the Champions of the Galaxy. Starting with you, punk!" Two moves later, At-Las hit the MARTIAN MANHANDLER and scored the 1.2.3.

CHAOS w/MAGNUS COLBY VS LANCE AT-LAS w/SOLARIS
Chaos started off strong but At-Las (3 tokens) got one chance and hit the MARTIAN MANHANDLER and had just beaten Thantos and Chaos back-to-back.

With just a pair tag team wrestlers left behind him, Matador was going to have to carry his team if Destruction Incorporated was going to come back and win this Battlezone match. Matador was at his finest, wearing Proteus (3 tokens) down and then pinning him following the BULLWHIP.

MATADOR OF M83 (+1) w/MAGNUS COLBY VS ACTAGON w/SOLARIS
Magnus Colby was irate and accused the draw of being rigged so that Omega's sons would get the best spots drawn. Matador said not to worry. "If Lord Nexus, Brute and Whiplash can run the table, I already know I can!" Someone forgot to tell Actagon, however, as he locked Matador (3 tokens) in the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP and held on until he passed out.

ROGUE w/MAGNUS COLBY VS ACTAGON w/SOLARIS
Magnus Colby looked absolutely sick as he watched Matador be helped to the back. He now had to have the Keepers of the Stone win singles matches against Actagon, Star Warrior and Alpha Force. Rogue and Actagon went back and forth but Rogue not being a singles wrestler cost him chances to win it and Actagon eventually pinned Rogue (4 tokens) following a flying skullcrusher.

"The final member of Destruction Incorporated. Scourge!"
SCOURGE w/MAGNUS COLBY VS ACTAGON (+1) w/SOLARIS
And it was just a matter of time before Scourge (4 tokens) was worn down and succumbed to the GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP.

HAMMER TIME! Vlad shuts the Studs down making it Dud City as the Freedom Fighters take the match
would have been a shut out but Darkos got DQ'd. Masked Assassins making "monkey's" out of the Kingdom.
whoomp there it was. Mad Jester dismantled the King's Court all by himself. talk about a killing joke.
Lord NExus stands tall as he wiped out the Society of Death. man so far the night has been one sided. if Darkos hadn't been DQ'd in his match the whole night would be like that.
Bounty Hunter with a CLEAN win takes down the FDF.
Iron Mane survives against the Rebels who were their own worst enemies with several DQ's. man I'd hate to be in their locker room when Doomsayer blows his top.
thought it would be back and forth, but Brute was a wall and W.A.R. just went splat.
yawn... Chopper Mattock makes it look easy but then again Asylum isn't tooled for singles anymore like when they were the Norse Gods.
At-Las takes out two of the biggest names on DI but Matador stops him only for Actagon to show his chops.
man most of the others had easy nights watching their teammates clean up. if they were living breathing the psychological fallout would be staggering
great...one sided night

SPIKE w/THE GUARDSMAN VS MASSIF w/COMMANDER SAM
Massif had something to prove after Battlezone 94 and he tore into Spike (5 tokens) and had him beat but for The Guardsman. Massif kept the attack up and Mayhem had to come out and interfere to stop the beating. Mayhem then attached The Guardsman for "failing to do your job!"
WINNER OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION: MASSIF
THE TITAN EXPRESS AND QUASAR w/TRAINER JIM VS THE COSMIC FORCES AND DOOMSDAY CREATURE w/DOOMSAYER
This was unexpected. Doomsayer's team dominated Pulsar Prime (3 tokens) as neither Dragonmaster nor Quasar was able to tag in before Matter finished off Pulsar with the POSITIVE CHARGE. Then, Krakan had his team hit the ring and Ghengis Khan took advantage of the already stunned Pulsar Prime to deliver the TWIN THRUST and leave the Titan unconscious.

The Advance Guard owes a title match to the Titan Express so the belts were not on the line here. The match was very tough for a while but The Collector's men slowly wore Vlad Hammer (5 tokens) down. US Patriot eventually had enough and grabbed a chair and took it to the Interplanetary Tag Team Champions.

next show "B" show with the big matches of Gladiators vs. Titan Express (Gladiators natch) Titan Power & Quasaor over the SOD trio as they continue to shut down Kraken's thugs and the Animal Pack reeling after the beating by Infinity try to usurp the Guard who just get DQ'd and laugh
