Bill Murray involved, the Lords of Flatbush tournament, the Dodgers coming back to Brooklyn, Sky Low Low pissed off after betting against Floyd "Money" Mayweather and Trish Stratus & Penny Banner winning clean over S.D. Jones & Yukon Eric. This could only be LXG and we wouldn't have it any other way. I absolutely loved that match with Bryan Danielson & Kevin Steen going to a draw with Sur & Bex plus the Rikidozan & Antonioki assault afterward. The Destroyer over Johnny Valentine was a huge win for the masked man. Let those dice "Roll, Baby, Roll" so we can have more LXG action! Hey cruefan68! Extremely glad you are enjoying my friend - you're enthusiasm is contagious brother. Lot going on with The LXG - many powerful people, miscreants and wannabes trying to claw their way up the ratings and into power here. Afghanistan Bananastan has just recruited Bill Murray to fend off the public - and he has some Murrayesque ideas that may or may not work - but in anycase I truly hope they entertain. The Time Limit Draw is definitely going to create repercussions - More to follow! You Rock Crue!! |

Absolute pandemonium following that tag team bout... Steen and Elgin were definitely lucky to escape the wrath of End of Days... They may want to lay low for awhile because I've gotta feeling that Sur & Bex have long memories... To say nothing of Rikidozan and Inoki... Like cruefan68 says... Let 'em roll! Hey Pariah! Yep - It's starting to be called The Draw That Started It All around The LXG. They are trying to book a rematch to attempt to settle all of this - but its getting messier by the moment: As of right now - Steen and Danielson have broken up their tag team, Steen and Unbreakable Mike are now a team and Danielson may or may not team up with another wrestler. You're right - Sur and Bex are absolutely livid over the cheap assault at the hands of Steen and Elgin. End of Days is so enraged he may Monolith out and start tearing everybody apart including Danielson. And to top it all off - Inoki and Rikidozan want Steens head engulfed in flames on a spike. Other than that - its just peachy š More to follow - most likely a very atypical special match is on the horizon. A million thank yous my friend! P.S. Severn's Last Chance:

With Dan The Beast Severn wrestling for his life...it definitely showed against the arrogant Harbinger. Although Harbinger almost scored near falls with his Leviathon move - A Forearm Hammer delivered from the Top Rope as well as his secondary finisher REST IN PIECES - a Spinning Spinebuster, Dan Severn powered out of both with authority...
Severn made a comeback against his captor via beating him senseless repeatedly with his fists outside the ring and threw the bloodied Harbinger back into the ring to apply his painful submission hold finisher - WAKIGATAME - His version of the Fujiwara Armbar. Harbinger came within a fraction of tapping out but the ref signalled that Harbinger touched the ropes (even though he actually didnt)...
Severn went full speed ahead now and hit his powerful Firemans Carry & Slam but soon after, Harbinger now made a desperate comeback via a few key reversals. Now in control offensively, Harbinger grabbed Severn and Irish Whipped him into the ropes to go for a powerful Back Body Drop but the determined and adrenaline filled Severn reversed that and trapped Harbinger in his Sunset Flip for a long slow three count.
Dan The Beast Severn Pinned Harbinger to win the match.
A furious Harbinger couldn't believe he actually lost and was just about to tell Severn that he isn't going anywhere...when both Harbinger and Severn both suddenly started screaming at the top of their lungs...

Many didn't even realize he was in Brooklyn, but he has been there for sometime, only she knew and the walls of her new apartment knew which now had cracks in them from the lovemaking.
A foreboding figure with a creepy underworld presence about him. Most in the neighborhood's of Brooklyn unofficially named him The Walking Dude...It just seemed to fit.
He surveyed all, because he wanted it all...for starters. Little by little, one at a time - his crew joined him and they all walked and discussed many things. The last member of his crew to join them was actually the most important, despite what his right hand man thinks and says.
It was with his right hand man and this last man who joined up with them, The Walking Dude had with him as he went to pay a visit to one of the power players in Brooklyn:
Smallie Biggs - So gentlemen...what can I do for you...
The Walking Dude - The Maffei are setting up here in Brooklyn and we are here to survey you're longtime operation.
Smallie Biggs - You guys are still around?...The last member of The Maffei that I used to deal with was a man named Epoch?
The Walking Dude - Epoch is no longer with us.
Smallie Biggs - So that means you're.
The Walking Dude - Sly Drury.
Smallie Biggs - Everybody leave us! (He yells out to all of the scantily clad women on the couches that encircle Biggs room...you too Mr. Hitchhiker...)
(After they all leave)...
Smallie Biggs - I've only heard stories about you...I've never met you before...
Sly Drury - I am now the only boss of The Maffei...and since you reported to Epoch, who used to report to me, guess what that makes you...
Smallie Biggs - Anything you say Mr. Drury...me, my crew and my ladies are here to serve The Maffei...without questions asked.
Sly Drury - Good...wouldn't want anybody to disappear...again.
(Shayne and Monolith exchange looks towards each other as they stand with their arms folded behind Drury).

(2 of 5) One Turban, One Cop and One Deer:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bill Murray sat in the back seat of a taxi cab as it made it's way from JFK Airport down The Belt Parkway towards The LXG, he was reviewing a large file folder jam packed with issues and problems currently facing The LXG which he has now inherited.
He has some ideas but is also getting a really interesting contact high from what he believes to be the taxi driver, you know it's strong because the driver even has the windows partially rolled down. Bill thinks its coming from the turban his driver is wearing. The driver was playing The Beatles White Album and the song playing was - Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except For Me And Monkey.
Just as Murray was about to start talking to the driver about the smell - a large deer with antlers ran straight into the side of the taxi and partially into both the drivers and rear passengers side windows.
As the car now started to quickly veer off the road and into some trees - Murray was dodging the flailing deer leggs and the driver took his hands off the wheel and quickly grabbed his turban to protect his potent stash. The car was slowed down by the foliage and then came to rest against a large tree. The frightened deer freed itself from the cab and started to run back into the trees running parrallel of The Belt Parkway.
As the Cop that had been following the cab carefully pulled up behind the taxi - Murray seemed to be the only one who noticed what had aparently frightened the deer - a hungry zombie, with half a bird in one of its hands...which slowly chased after the deer through the trees.
The Cop came up to the drivers side and said - Swami are you ok? (He then said the same to Murray who said I'm fine) Then again he focused on the driver who took off his turban and as Murray noticed many multiple bags of mother nature inside the turban.
The Swami replied - Everything is in order, its all still here...thank God.
The cop said...I'm here to tell you Swami that... we need 10 bags, (and hands him a decent amount of money). After The Swami counts the cash, he hands over the 10 bags and thanks the officer for their business.
The cop said can you still drive this car Swami? (The Swami starts up the car and although it sounds and looks horrible...says he thinks he can drive it).
Bill Murray talks to the officer and says Hello officer I'm from out of town visiting on business and (now says to The Swami) you know what Swamster...you look tired...how bout I drive the cab and you just hold on to your hat and tell me where the garage is?
As the paranoid Swami agrees, he goes into the backseat with both hands on his turban as Murray takes his LXG folder with him into the drivers seat.
The cop, asks Murray (who is really young and doesn't know who Murray is) - are you enjoying your stay in Brooklyn so far sir?
To which Bill Murray says - It's been...a little boring so far...kind of dissapointed...but the night is young, (Murray starts to reverse the cab)...but I feel just...excellent to outstanding!

She saw the bug on her purse and Phantasy felt like her guts were going to fall out of her.
What did they hear - whoever put this bug here?
She freaked out...Sly will kill her...or she will just dissappear...like the others.
Then she had an idea...she attached it to the end of The Sandman's Singapore Cane.
Perfect! This way it will be his fault and not hers...what ever that may be.
She quietly left the aromatic Whiskey and Feet smell of The Sandman's apartment for the last time.
And for the last time, she heard him fart in his drunken sleep, and left for her new apartment - with the last of her things...she didn't want to keep Sly waiting...

Nurse Hatchet - Were losing him!
(The machinery hooked up to Dan The Beast Severns body started to beep and hum loudly).
Father Don Leo Jonathan sprang into action, he started the ritual (that seemingly only he knows) for resurrection but it doesn't appear to be working fast enough.
Nurse Hatchet - Presses the intercom in Severns room...I NEED A DOCTOR HERE STAT!!! And runs out of the room.
The Wicked Monk - (who just arrived with his bodyguard Behemoth) Father - what the hell is this steaming bucket full of?
Father Don Leo Jonathan - Holy Water...(and keeps on performing the ritual - which doesn't appear to be working)
The Wicked Monk thinks for a minute assesses that this is probably more possession than resurrection...knows that the doctors and nurses can't be caught up in time and acts immediately...Taking the bucket of Father Jonathans Holy Water...he tosses all of it onto Dan The Beast Severns body...at first nothing happens and then the room explodes in bright white light...now on the floor of the hospital room are Dan The Beast Severn and Harbinger screaming in pain...The Monk says to his immense body guard Behemoth - QUICK!.
Behemoth slams the door shut, locks it and traps the screaming Harbinger in a Bearhug, the shocked Father Jonathan grabs Severn and tries to remedy his burns with whatever he can find in the room as The Monk immediately raises both hands and chants some sort of very old and powerful magical/mystical spell...Harbinger and Severns burns somewhat subside but Harbinger head butts his way out of Behemoths hold and runs through the door and over the doctor on his way hurriedly down the hall...Father Jonathan picks up the grateful to be alive but still in shock Severn and puts him back onto the hospital bed - out of his coma but dazed.
As a few nurses and the trampled doctor enter the room - the doctor yells out - Who the hell was that? And why the hell is my patient so soggy?
Father Jonathan and Behemoth look at each other as The Wicked Monk speaks - Apologies doctor, on behalf of him - that was Dan's in-law - real piece of work - Dan's family calls him The Recently Crowned King Of Assholia...

The New LXG Head of Public Relations - Bill Murray - met with Little Beaver and Sky Low Low and were originally going to discuss many things but after sharing a bag of Swami's Stash that Bill had just bought - they really didnt get much done, except the following:
Since a zombie problem is seemingly inevitable and could really be so apocalyptic to Brooklyn, the world as well as being just a real pain in the balls (Little Beaver is laughing) - Murray suggested a partnership that was phoned in and agreed to on the spot internally as well as externally via a conference call. The LXG and The Bronx Zoo proudly present - Zombie Town, an animal exhibit quite unlike any other. "See The Zombie Craze Up Close For Yourself - It's All Happening At The Zoo!".
Since the island of Bermuda and potentially The U.K. is all over The LXG with the whole HO LAND debacle, preliminary discussions have been started to capitalize on all of the free publicity by creating a joint (Little Beaver is really laughing now), business venture between The LXG and the Bermuda officials. Floating just offshore from the island of Bermuda - in international waters will be an ocean liner called HO LAND - complete with room accomodations, restaurants, casinos and escort services. Half of all the profits will go towards infrastructure, health care and education - believe it or not.
Lastly in jest - Sky has said he will be changing his name officially to Sky High High. (Little Beaver wets himself at this point - and takes laughing to a whole new level now - by falling on the floor).

As always, the storytelling is clever and has more depth than can possibly be reached during a single viewing... Actually quite surprised that Severn managed to win his freedom - Thought Harbinger had the number of the Beast... Also enjoyed that subliminal nod to George Thorogood... I said I know...
Everybody funny... Now you funny too.
Bill Murray's proposed joint venture with the Bronx Zoo seems to have some real earning potential... Wonder if we might see Murdok attempt a recruiting run... Or maybe an appearance by Jimmy Jacobs?
Excellent lineup for the next card... Always great when the Aethran Loose Cannon is in action... And here's hoping The Sheik gets a chance to 'light it up' against Bex... Awesome stuff!

Liked the way you put that...playing the part of Randall Flagg...when that part of the overall tale was coming to me I pictured Drury would spend time surveilling his new surroundings and I pictured how his appearance and that of Martial Law would look and all I kept hearing was Anthrax's Among The Living in my head in particular the lyric - I Am The Walking Dude. Many Thanks for the storytelling complement my friend!! A peek behind the curtain on Harbinger vs Severn - since this was his last chance I thought it warranted a switch to their cage match pin numbers (which I also use for hardcore/extreme matches). Harbinger goes from 1 to 2 and Severn went from 3 to 1. I thought that was appropriate on both sides because of Harbingers arrogance and Severns determination. Murdok for the time being has only harvested the seagull eating, deer chasing Gustav to his service. But more to follow. He's just warming up. Glad you are looking forward to the next card - I too enjoy whenever Havok (The Minister Of Revenge) is in action and if The Sheik can indeed burn his way through his opponent that would be sweet.
