Jimmy Snuka defeated Roddy Piper via Pinfall, Snuka pinned Piper courtesy of his SUPERFLY LEAP finisher...

Piper wasted no time trapping Snuka in a Two Handed Choke even before Snuka was inside the ring, but unlike the last premptive strike, this one just pissed Snuka off; after Powerslamming Piper through a table and breaking his head open on the ring post, Piper was basically done - another Power Slam inside the ring set up Snuka to hit a near perfect version of his finisher for a quick three count...

Randy Savage & Chris Candido wrestled LXG Hardcore Champion Ted DiBiase & King Kong Bundy to a Time Limit Draw...

Savage and Candido slowly beat DiBiase & Bundy to bloody pulps over the course of this Time Limit Draw, with a ferocious Randy Savage on offense for the majority of the match the only reason the match lasted as long as it did was due to massive interference from Martel. Martel later had to be told via phone to her hospital room exactly what happened and how the match ended, DiBiase told her for us a Time Limit Draw, for you, it ended when Sytch pulled your legs out from under you (As Sytch grabbed them from her position underneath the ring) bringing Martel back of the head first - onto the concrete floor knocking her out cold...

Father Jonathan & The Wicked Monk wrestled Kevin Sullivan and Godsend To A Time Limit Draw...

Another Time Limit Draw wherin all of the in ring action was between Jonathan and Godsend, while a frustrated and eager to help his partner Wicked Monk as well as a content to leave the heavy lifting to Godsend Kevin Sullivan never even entered the fray, Godsend wanted no part of The Monk and Sullivan didn't want part of anybody, he left it to the determined to prove himself Godsend as well as the slow & fast counting Gustav to make this match go away...

(Sitting in the seats was new LXG Public Relations Guru - Bill Murray who came under immediate questioning from someone from the Mayor of New York City's Office regarding this undead looking guest referee. Murray fended him off by saying - please don't let him hear you...we just hired him...apparently the poor guy was exposed to some sort of strange waste spill somewhere by Rockaway Beach and we found him wandering down The Belt Parkway...of all places...its a miracle he wasn't killed...he still showed up for work and still did his job...to be honest with you...The LXG needs more men like him. As the stunned and confused man from the Mayors office was processing this and even looking at him in a new light from his seat...Murray politely excused himself, looking as though he needed a minute to compose himself. Once out of earshot he immediately texted Sky Low Low and Little Beaver - "That ref is The Zombie From The Belt Parkway - We've Now Gone Code Zoo".)

The LXG New House Band - The Soft Parade Performs their first live gig !

The Soft Parade just knocks em dead at The Barclays Center with a killer three song set - Break On Through, The Soft Parade and finishes with L.A. Woman.

They also made a few announcements in between songs:

They introduced the new members of the band - Raven (Pariah)! and Mr. Mojo Risin himself Jim Morrison who when people said we thought you were dead he simply said - Nope, I ain't done yet - I just split for a while...

Then Jim announced that starting in December of this year we're going out on tour, we are supporting (joebreakdown)! and also these guys as our headliners - can you please give a good ole Brooklyn welcome to some very cool cats...Jason Bonham...John Paul Jones...Jimmy Page and Robert Plant...(as they made their way into the ring)...Jim then said "Hey man...what's that up in the sky...Its a bird...its a plane?...No...It's a Led Zeppelin!!

The place exploded...everyone was ecstatic except for the grumbling Wince McCan't - Owner of The World Wide Empire...who said rhetorically...we got Kenny G for our next show...and they get Jim Morrison and Zeppelin...Led...Ucking...Zeppelin!!

4.  Martial Law - Sly Drury, Overtime, Phantasy & The Sandman  vs  Whips, Chains & Fire - She Devil, Sabu, The Sheik & Bruiser Brody In an Eight Man Tag Team No Disqualification 1 Fall Match !:

She Devil, Sabu, The Sheik & Bruiser Brody defeat Sly Drury, Overtime, Phantasy & The Sandman via Count Out...

With much malice these two teams tore into each other with the offenses carried by She Devil and an exceptionally irate Bruiser Brody on one side and Martial Law leader Sly Drury and The Sandman on the other. The Sandman broke up a key pin attempt against Drury by hitting Brody with his Singapore Cane, prompting an uncontrollable all 8 wrestlers in the ring brawl (as well as forcing Massif to now co-referee the match) and then rolled Drury on top of Brody to almost seal a sneaky reverse pin. Then everything went downhill for The Sandmam as he was then told by Phantasy that Sly is and always was her man and The Sandman is "yesterdays booze" - Brody then regained control, threw The Sandman over the ropes and piledrived him mercilessly onto the concrete floor...

5.  The Minister of War  -  Of The New Aethran Empire  -  Disaster  vs. The Ninth Wonder of The World  -  Bigfoot In a Steel Cage Match - First Wrestler To Escape Over The Top Of The Cage Wins - If Disaster wins, he becomes a Challenge Wrestler for The LXG - in the future - if you would beat Disaster you would earn a shot at The LXG Intercontinental Title.

Disaster defeats Bigfoot by being the first wrestler to Escape The Cage...

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Bigfoot was a foot taller and 225 pounds heavier than Disaster and the only thing more awe inspiring than Bigfoots offensive arsenal in the first half of this match was the fact that as battered and as bloodied as Disaster got, he kept getting up and came back - got stronger - and was actually the first one to attempt to escape the cage. As Disaster started to outpace Bigfoot, he almost escaped two times, once halfway up the cage wall and the second time - Bigfoot pulled and fell with him from the top of the cage back into the ring. The impact of which was actually felt through the ground by some in the first row. What turned to tide was Disaster finally being able to hit his finisher - RAMPAGE - A Chokeslam truly unlike any other. As Bigfoot twitched spasmodically on the canvas and Disaster slowly climbed over the top of the cage, most in attendance were expecting the cage to collapse from all the impacts, strain and visible damage done to the creaky cage...

(Disaster becomes an official LXG Challenge Wrestler - taking this status away from Bigfoot...)

6. Triple Team - 12 Man Tag Team Brooklyn Stickball Bat Rumble Match - No Disqualifications, Stickball Bats at ringside are permitted to be used as weapons. Once a team has lost by Pin, Submission or Count Out then they must leave the arena. Last team left unpinned, submitted or counted out wins. Special 6 sided heavily reinforced ring 25' x 25'. No manager, valet or other wrestler allowed at ringside or permitted to interfere !

A furious start to this Three Way Dance Triple Tag Team saw Bryan Danielson and Michael Elgin gang up on Harbinger stunning him inside the ring. But once Danielson and Elgin turned on each other and they couldn't gain an advantage over one other despite Danielson's Mixed Martial Arts offense and Elgin's brutality - including blasting Danielson in the head with a Stickball Bat outside the ring, Elgin then overwhelmed Harbinger with his finisher as Danielson assisted by Roundhouse Kicking Bex in the jaw as he tried to interfere...

(Soon after - Sur and Harbinger got in each others faces until End of Days eventually was able to get in between them)

SECOND TEAM ELIMINATION:

Team 1 Eliminated Team 2 - Antonio Inoki defeated Unbreakable Michael Elgin via Submission, Elgin submitted to Inoki's Bow And Arrow Hold...

(Just before the start of this fall, Rikidozan huddled up Danielson, Inoki and Omega and told them emphatically - whoever starts first for that side, above all - do not let him tag out).

Following Rikidozan's lead, Team 1 did just that - with the final fall starting with Omega of Cetus and Michael Elgin, they isolated him from his team and systematically wore him down. Omega did the majority of the damage to him even when Kevin Steen was able to break up a TOMAHAWK THRUST pin attempt by punting Omega in the head. Once Omega tagged out to Antonio Inoki, he finished off Elgin with his ENZUIGIRI and then his Bow And Arrow Hold as Rikidozan visciously chopped Road Warrior Hawk in the throat taking his feet out from under him...

(What soon ensued was a full blown Stickball Bat warring duel between the two sides. After Road Warrior Animal broke a bat over Omega's head, Danielson, Inoki and Rikidozan unleashed a ferocious assault leaving The Road Warriors, Elgin and Steen bloodied and out cold.)

Out of The Darkness - Talk Show Segment - With Your Host - The Dark Menace - With his Special Guest - Sly Drury !:

The Dark Menace kicked off his show with some cheesy one liners as well as welcomed and introduced his guest Sly Drury.

From there The Dark Menace got right into it and said we have a couple of suprises for you and they consisted of; David Lee Roth playing back over the Barclays Center p.a. system the conversation between Phantasy and Drury where Drury incriminated himself in the whole abandon Epoch on a planet to die debacle and then told him we have a special suprise guest tonight as well.

Epoch came out from behind the curtain and greeted The Dark Menace with a fist bump - and then they both slowly turned towards Drury - who looked like he probably had a load in his pants. Before Drury could flee, Kill Prey blocked his escape allowing Epoch to pick him up and Powerslam him through the glass table on the set.

7.  From The Planet Castillex  -  Moog  & Sentinel  vs  From Martial Law -  The Real Ordeal  -  Shayne  &  Monolith In a No Disqualification No One Allowed At Ringside Tag Team Match For The Following Conditions:

If Castillex wins - Sly Drury becomes a 5% owner of The LXG.

If Martial Law wins - Sly Drury becomes a 10% owner of The LXG.

In either case he will sease all persecution of Moog, Sentinel and Burning Man - they are free to remain in Brooklyn as desired.

Four of the most dangerous wrestlers in the universe squared off in a match that had a lot of money riding on it by many, as well as created a division within Martial Law. The first half of the match consisted of Monolith unleashing what appeared to be a cataclysmic amount of damage on Moog which included several of his I BREAK YOU (Over The Shoulder Backbreaker) secondary finishers as well as his primary finisher CATASTROPHE - A Shooting Star Press from the top rope. But Moog was able to shrug off all of this including kicking out of CATASTROPHE effortlessly...

Confused and enraged, Monolith hit Moog with a second CATASTROPHE which indeed would have won the match had Sentinel not interrupted the pin. From this point on Sentinel absolutely controlled the match, cutting off Shayne from his partner and slowly wore down Monolith to the point where when he clamped on his NIGHTWATCH finisher - the greatest Sleeperhold there is, Monolith dropped to his knees, and then passed out in the hold...

(Once Monolith came too, Shayne started to blame Monolith for the loss saying he was too fn slow and should have tagged out. When t.v. announcers Jim Solie and Gorilla Ventura saw the look on Monoliths face, they both said - Uh Oh...)

(Monolith trapped Shayne in his I BREAK YOU secondary finisher and did not let go until a dozen security guards were finally able to make him...Shayne collapsed to the arena floor - barely conscious and barely moving).

(Sly Drury now owns 5 instead of 10% of The LXG).

THE FIRST FALL:

Lou Thesz took a beating at the hands of Bruno Sammartino via multiple forearms and power moves, but after Thesz countered an attempted Piledriver from Sammartino he turns the tide; Thesz rallies and sets up Sammartino via his Dropkicks into his primary finisher - GRECO-ROMAN BACKDROP for the first pinfall to the face of a furious Wince McCan't.

THE SECOND FALL:

After hearing it from Wince, Bruno Sammartino came out with a blistering offense that lasted quite some time, scoring four near falls on Thesz via his Power Forearms and (3) Head First Body Slams, but as in the first fall Thesz reversed the tide by countering Sammartino - In this case Sammartinos Arm Drag and Twist with a crippling Hammerlock that set up his secondary finisher - THESZ PRESS for the second and final fall to the face of an ecstatic Sky Low Low. Sky ran into the ring and Thesz Pressed Lou Thesz back onto the canvas and proceeded to repeatedly kiss his laughing champion all over his face...

Haven't had much chance to play lately (or post) unfortunately - I'm glad you enjoyed the PPV card - I had a blast rolling those matches out especially the main events!

The LXG is definitely my passion and plan on keeping it going indefinitely - but unfortunately I will probably have to start posting a little less often than I'd like.

Congrats to Wrestling's Worst Nightmare on that big Battle Royal victory - Especially after his team's disappointing loss earlier in the show... Still can't believe Havoc was the first eliminated...

Back to back time limit draws... Something you don't see every day... Sullivan is certainly relieved...

And of course, it was a blast getting to perform with the Soft Parade... A true career highlight!

Since I haven't had much time to keep up I just want to say that I read the results of Lucky 13 and agree with everything Pariah said. The Cinderella Man Battle Royal was a great concept and Kevin Steen as the Cinderella Man winner is both great and hilarious at the same time, hilarious due to being able to refer to Steen as the Cinderella Man winner. Looking forward to Steen challenging RVD for the LXG championship.

The non-wrestling highlight for me was seeing JIM MORRISON and our own Pariah, er Raven, perform with The Soft Parade. What a set - three true favorite Doors songs of mine especially the Soft Parade - we have wrestled before with Lions in the night, out of sight! The introduction of Led Zeppelin was incredible and the reaction of Wince McCan't was funny. Kenny G is a fine artist but nothing can top The Doors, or Soft Parade, and Led Zeppelin. Rock on my friend, the LXG is the place to be!

Back to back time limit draws... Something you don't see every day... Sullivan is certainly relieved...

And of course, it was a blast getting to perform with the Soft Parade... A true career highlight!

Lou Thesz was the man - even after Sammartino started to turn the tide Thesz turned it back. And one of the results is whether he likes it or not now, Wince McCan't is now down to only 25 letters in the alphabet. Now he can't get the F In 😊

Kevin Steen was no joke as batteted as he was to rip through that Battle Royal. B. Brian Blair I must say was very tough and almost eliminated Steen just before that in ring collision. I knew Havoc being the first to go was going to be a bummer - that one was by far the most shocking elimination - and by Mr. BANZAI! Fuji of all people.

I must say you rocked most successfully with The Soft Parade at the show. Could you imagine a tour supporting Zeppelin - you could tour once and probably retire!

Since I haven't had much time to keep up I just want to say that I read the results of Lucky 13 and agree with everything Pariah said. The Cinderella Man Battle Royal was a great concept and Kevin Steen as the Cinderella Man winner is both great and hilarious at the same time, hilarious due to being able to refer to Steen as the Cinderella Man winner. Looking forward to Steen challenging RVD for the LXG championship.

The non-wrestling highlight for me was seeing JIM MORRISON and our own Pariah, er Raven, perform with The Soft Parade. What a set - three true favorite Doors songs of mine especially the Soft Parade - we have wrestled before with Lions in the night, out of sight! The introduction of Led Zeppelin was incredible and the reaction of Wince McCan't was funny. Kenny G is a fine artist but nothing can top The Doors, or Soft Parade, and Led Zeppelin. Rock on my friend, the LXG is the place to be!

I should have asked Bill Murray to be the ring announcer for the Cinderella Man Battle Royal - "He's a Cinderella Boy.." but then again Steen would have PACKAGE PILEDRIVED him into the hospital. I can picture Blair as The Cinderella Man and It's actually evocative of Russell Crowes portrayal of Jim Braddock, but with Steen it's more like - whoever tells him this - tell him only from a distance!

Glad you liked the set our man Pariah and the boys played - what a tough three song set to pick! I knew The Soft Parade had to be in the middle of it but man that was rough.

Thats true - Kenny G is great - but The Doors and Zeppelin...is The Doors and Zeppelin!
