Has anyone tried it? I am considering the purchase.

I am interested for sure but it looks like my computer won't be able to run it. Instead I will wait for the PS4 version and live vicariously through those enjoying it now on Steam. The price point is really nice at $19.99 so if your computer can handle it I would say go for it.

Update: Purchased the game, and I am loving it! Unfortunately I have not had a tremendous amount of time to play yet, but so far it is amazing. 2 thumbs up!

What are the pc requirements? Way below what is posted on the Steam store. My PC wasn't supposed to be able to run it and it did flawlessly. However, I just haven't had the drive to play. If anyone wants to record gameplay, FRAPS is a good program.

If anyone wants to record gameplay, FRAPS is a good program. I may have to look into it then, I didn't know that. I ran a check on my computer, which I found on a Fire Pro board, and the check said that I needed to update a few things in order to run it. I am patient so waiting for the PS4 release is not a problem but it is tempting when you see all of the great edits already available.

In addition to the Fire Promoter mode that's being released this month, this got announced on 1/3 and New Japan officially uploaded the trailer today. The New Japan roster + story mode will launch on Steam as DLC alongside the PlayStation 4 version. The PS4 version will, at launch, come with the Fire Promoter and New Japan DLC. Current release window for the New Japan DLC on Steam and the PS4 version is "in time for the G1", which starts July 14th.

I picked up the new Fire Pro when it came out of Early access on the 18th, unfortunately I haven't had a lot of time with the game. I wasted so many hours of my life on Returns when we got it here in the states back in 07 or so. World looks so cool. I need to set aside some time to really dive into it. I can already imagine the many, many hours I'll lose to the game once I really get into it.

By Steam's count, I've dropped 153 hours into World since it launched in July. Would have had a lot more but work/depression/other duties kept me away from it but I've been making up for lost time recently. If you liked Returns, this is pretty much a massive improvement over that game in every possible way. This game was worth the 12 (or 10 if you're going by the localized version) year wait. This is the best wrestling game ever.
