Anyone else watching? I'm only three episodes in but I'm digging it. Iron Fist is more tolerable here than in his solo series in my opinion.

Yep. I am maybe 5 episodes in and I'm liking it much more than I did Iron Fist or Luke Cage. 8 episodes might be a sweet spot for these shows. Most of the 13 episode seasons (save for Daredevil's 2 seasons) have felt VERY stretched out. I also think there seems to be a lack of understanding from the writers/producers that we are tuning in to watch a super hero show, not a super hero origin show. Super hero movies boil down origin stories to 20-30 minutes. These shows are taking 13 episodes or more to give us a super hero at times. How is Iron Fist still not wearing any sort of costume?
