COMBOT-2: Before we begin, One, we need the news!

COMBOT-1: Right! After the ending of our last episode, The Rattlesnake's team captain, Stone Cold Steve Austin, was fined for his team causing a riot once again. He was reached for comment, but it was brief. And I quote, "I don't give a damn what those son's a ******* think, we're the toughest team on this damn planet and I'm the toughest sum***** on this planet and there ain't a damn person that's gonna stop us."

COMBOT-1: As charming as he is, we have matches to watch! Let's get into it!

Division 3
King’s Road(2-0) defeats Psycho Circus(0-2) 3-1
Nigel McGunniess defeats Psycho Clown
Inoki & Baba defeats Murder & Monster Clown
Terry Funk defeats Pagano
Command Bolshoi defeats Awesome Kong
Notes: Nigel and Psycho had a quick stare-down before the bell rang, and after it rang, it was all Nigel. A Jawbreaker Lariat put down Psycho. The same happened with Inoki/Baba and Murder/Monster Clown. An Octopus Stretch quickly made Murder tap out. Now Terry Funk vs Pagano was the most interesting showdown here. The Funker brought in two steel chairs and tossed one to Pagano before they got started. The action was mostly based around those two chairs. Sword fights, tossing them at each other, bending them, breaking them. After a wicked shot that broke the second chair over Pagano’s head, Funk got the win for himself and his team. Bolshoi started the match with a rolling senton on Kong, taking the bigger opponent off guard. A Mariko Spike put Kong down, but unfortunately, it was all futile.

Notes: What a game! First we had a hugely anticipated contest between Tetsuya Naito and The Rock. The two took turns just being more charismatic than anyone on the planet. When the match finally got going, it was such a fast back and forth. The Rock hit an out of character exploder suplex on the apron, sending both men crashing to the floor. Naito was able to recover from this, hit a beautiful missile dropkick and a Destino for the win. The Briscoe’s started their match off the way The Briscoe’s do, fighting. They charged at EVIL & SANADA as they were entering the ring. Most of this took place on the floor, but what little did happen in the ring was spectacular. SANADA and Mark got into a strike contest in the middle of the ring that left SANADA baffled by Redneck Kung-Fu. 2 Jay Drillers let Jay pick up the pin on SANADA. Kevin Sullivan isn’t one to be out done, and attacked Takahashi before anyone could really object. He tossed the surprised opponent around the ring, using his spike to open him up, and was able to put him away with ease after a double stomp. Havok was almost in a trance all game, glaring a hole through Stratus. So, when they finally got in the ring, the tension was boiling over. Stratus used her quickness to evade the viciousness of Havok for most of the match. Havok was finally able to catch Stratus slipping, and a buckle bomb into a Havokiller ends the match and sent us to the tiebreaker. Sullivan almost immediately rushed Takahashi again, with The Briscoe’s following his lead. The rest of LIJ quickly came to his aid and helped fight off The Queen’s Army and protect their hurt partner. The action remained on the floor, mainly around Takahashi. Takahashi actually managed to sneak away and pull off a huge senton from the top rope to the rest of the competitors on the outside! Naito recovered and pulled Sullivan into the ring and hit a Destino for the win.

The Pitbulls defeats Edge & Christian
The Sandman defeats Raven

Notes: Before the match, Raven and The Sandman were found brawling in the back while their teams were trying to separate them. This was proven futile as The Sandman chased Raven down The Flock’s designated entrance way, and the two teams just decided to start the match while they fought through the arena. Michael Elgin and Tiger Mask officially started us off Elgin made this a tough match for Tiger Mask, as the Japanese star didn’t know how to deal with an opponent with such a big power advantage of him. Even with his speed, it seemed Elgin had Tiger Mask’s number. But a swift kick to the face, that busted Elgin open, and 2 consecutive Tiger Suplex’s allowed Tiger Mask to pick up the win. The Pitbulls and Edge & Christian was a relatively standard tag team match until the half way point, then they kicked things up to 11. The ref decided to let the two teams have free reign as it came to the legal man. This caused Christian to get tossed to the crowd and left Edge to eat a Superbomb for the fall. The Sandman and Raven were directed back to the ring when it was time for them to officially fight, but the two had been well busted open by then. The Sandman defeated Raven after a DDT onto a folded out chair. Kelly Klein made very short work of Apache, with the End of the Match. The Pitbulls took advantage of a weak Apache, and made short work of Edge & Christian again. The Pitbulls once again Superbombed Edge, this time on top of Apache! They pinned Apache for the quick win.

Sting & Lex Luger defeats The New Age Outlaws
The Sheik defeats Triple H with a Camel Clutch hold while jamming a spike into Triple H’s eye
Mia Yim defeats Chyna
Notes: Dr. Wagner Jr and Shawn Michaels surprisingly shook hands, seemingly acknowledging what was about to happen. And that was easily the best match of the league, and will most likely remain that way. 37 minutes and 42 seconds of pure in-ring perfection. Shawn Michaels was caught in a moonsault into a Wagner Driver for the pin. Before the next match-up in the game, the two shook hands again. Afterwards, Sting and Billy Gunn took the ring in a quick series of grappling. The two teams had the same ideas, trying to cut-off the ring and control their tag-ins. The New Age Outlaws came out on top in that game, cutting off Luger. Luger regained control by catching a Fame-Asser into a Torture Rack! Sting made the tag as Road Dogg broke the Torture Rack up, and was able to apply the Scorpion Death Lock on Gunn for the win. The Sheik, being The Sheik, started his fight with Triple H before the bell. Triple H was ready for him, and the fight spilled over into the crowd. The Sheik terrified the crowd to force them out of the way, and buried Triple H in a grave of chairs. He tossed himself on top of Triple H causing just as much damage to himself. The fight came back to the ring, and Triple H gained control. He brought his sledgehammer into the mix, and Sheik pulled out his spike. The Sheik took control and locked in his camel clutch. Triple H tried to fight out, but Sheik started digging in Triple H’s head with his spike! Hunter had no choice but to submit. When Mia and Chyna got in the ring, Mia used her speed and agility to take control and make quick work of Chyna for the sweep. An off night for DX.

Division 4

Team Stallion(1-1) defeats The Dudleyville Destroyers(0-2) 4-0
Brunno Sammartino defeats Matt Cross
The Blackjacks defeats The Dudley Boys
Bull Curry defeats Dusty Rhodes
Mercedes Martinez defeats Jazz
Notes: Matt Cross almost handed Sammartino another upset loss. But a missed shooting star press allowed Sammartino to lock in a bear hug that Sammartino refused to let go until Cross gave up. The Blackjacks and The Dudley’s wasted no time in getting to the action. There really wasn’t any technique going into this tag match, this more of a 2 on 2 fight. Lanza tossed Bubba into the post allowing both Blackjack’s to apply tandem clawholds on Devon for the pinfall. Bull and Dusty proved to be a pretty tame match as far as weapons go, but the two fought almost exclusively outside of the ring. Bull hit a knockout punch for the win. Mercedes Martinez showed she’s going for the crown of Queen of the League outmaneuvering Jazz and getting the win.

The Warriors of Doom(2-0) defeats Team Extreme(1-1) 3-1

Power Warrior defeats Yoshihiro Tajiri
Mummy Warrior defeats Lita
Notes: Jerry Lynn does it again! Ultimate Warrior had Jerry beat a few times, but he was too close to the ropes each time and Jerry got second, third, and fourth chances. He ended up taking advantage of the fourth chance and got the win after a sunset flip powerbomb! Jerry upsets two legends in two weeks. Hawk & Animal were taken off guard when Jeff & Matt slid in the ring and dove into them from the ring! The Hardy’s kept the offensive until Jeff got caught by Animal from a crossbody, and tossed into the barricade. Hawk & Animal ganged up on Matt and hit a Doomsday Device for the win. Power and Tajiri had a hard hitting affair. Elbows, knees, and kicks flying everywhere. Tajiri pulled out a table and went for a moonsault, but missed! Power went for another table, and put Tajiri through it with a Northern Lights bomb for the overall win. Mummy overwhelmed Lita quickly and put her down with Witchcraft.

Devil Masami defeats Dump Matsumoto
Notes: Lou Thesz and Jushin Liger didn’t get a feeling out process because the Moondogs tried to attack Liger with their bones while Thesz had him tied up on the ropes, but Liger got out of the way so Thesz got hit instead. Liger hits a Shooting Star Press and Thesz eats another loss, this time in under 5 minutes! He flips out and leaves ringside. The Moondogs continued their “charge in first, ask questions later” approach, but Kawada and Taue aren’t the people to do that with. A Stretch Plum with stomps to Spot got the win. Mick Foley didn’t enjoy seeing his handpicked team perform like this, and attacked New Jack. Luckily for New Jack, he’s used to fights like this. We saw everything from a barbed wire bat barrage to New Jack stapling dollar bills to Foley’s head. New Jack missed a 1-8-7 and ate a double arm DDT on a chair for the win. Devil Masami mocked Matsumoto as they entered the ring. Masami knew she was better, at least in her mind. She tried to outwrestle Matsumoto early in the match, but she got overpowered. Matsumoto cheated just out of sight, stabbing Masami several times in the side of the face for her mockery. Masami was able to get control again and powerbomb Matsumoto into the bottom turnbuckle for the win, for herself and her team.

Dynamite Kansai defeats Saraya Knight
Notes: Mil entered the arena with his team in full suits. It was clear he wanted the eyes to be on him, again. He was so wrapped up into himself, that he barely noticed Cero Mideo enter. Mil’s opponent Drew Galloway was sharing the ring and Mil was occupied soaking up any attention he could. This bit him when the bell rang and Galloway blindsided him, hitting a Future Shock for the quick easy win. Claudio was so outraged at his captain that he rolled in and booted him from the ring! Chris Hero and The Eliminators joined him in the ring, and the tag match was on. Great tandem offense and defense was on display, until Chris Hero caught Saturn with a rolling elbow and then Kronus with a KRS ONE for the pin. Pentagon rushed Hero with a baseball bat, but both Kings bailed from the ring. The Crusher tried to take advantage but was caught with a bat to the gut. The bat would trade owners throughout the match, until Pentagon caught The Crusher while he was on the apron. Pentagon was able to hit a Fear Factor on the apron for the win. Dynamite and Saraya rolled into the ring and came up swinging. The two swung haymakers at each other and threw each other into the corners for several brutal minutes. Saraya went for one last big punch, but Dynamite ducked and hit a big headbutt to Saraya’s jaw. Dynamite deadlifted her limp opponent for a big Splash Mountain for the pinfall and the overall victory!

COMBOT-1: Hello ladies and gentlemen! Welcome back to The Crockett Cup!

COMBOT-2: Shut it, Rustbucket! They don't wanna hear us talk! Let's get the news outta the way and get right into it!

COMBOT-1: I agree partner! After those two surprisingly easy nights of The League, there wasn't much of a news feed going. Jerry Lynn is the biggest story coming out of those two days, as he has beaten two massive opponents so far. We caught up with him for his thoughts.

We see cameras running up to Jerry Lynn in the halls of the arena

COMBOT-3: Jerry! Jerry! You've beaten Sammartino and Ultimate Warrior in two straight weeks. What are your thoughts going into Week 3?

Jerry Lynn: My thoughts? My thoughts are that I'm on a wave of momentum, and I'm not gonna get off it. I need to focus on this week, so if you excuse me.

COMBOT-2: Well that Jerry Lynn is sure a lot more humble than Stone Cold, but he's laser focused on this week. And ya know what, so am I! Let's go!

Division 1

The Undisputed(2-1) defeat Worldwide Underground(1-2) 3-1
AJ Styles defeats John Morrison after a Bloody Sunday
Miracle Violence Connection defeats PJ Black & Jack Evans
Mike Awesome defeats L.A. Park
Taya Valkyrie defeats Fabulous Moolah
Notes: Styles/Morrison was the high flying encounter everyone expected and wanted. Morrison took to the sky early and was astounding, but AJ proved to be…phenomenal! Morrison jumped onto the top rope with Styles seemingly down for the count, but Styles leaped up and did a second rope springboard version of the Phenomenal Forearm, knocking Morrison to the outside. Morrison found a way to land on the barricade and jump back onto the apron to deliver a jumping kick to Styles. Morrison went for a sunset flip that lead to a flurry of roll ups. Out of the flurry, Styles hits a huge lariat. Styles hit a Styles Clash to end Morrison. Gordy and Williams were out for blood as they rushed Black and Evans to begin the match. Black and Evans were forced to fight the big men’s game and lost, being overpowered. L.A. Park stormed in with a chair and smashed it over the head of Mike Awesome, and Awesome just absorbed it while Park turned his back and started dancing. He turned around to the big man standing and tried again. Awesome took the chair and kicked Park in the face. He then climbed the ropes and hit Park with the chair off the tope rope. After, Awesome hit an Awesome Bomb for the win. This time it was Moolah who stormed their opponent and caught Taya off guard. She was in control for most of the match, until Taya caught the veteran with a right hook. Taya worked on Moolah until they got into a grapple sequence that ended with Taya hitting a Road to Valhalla for the win. Moolah loses again, while her team wins overall.

Burning Souls(1-2) defeat World Class Dynasty(0-3) 4-0
Kenta Kobashi defeats Kerry Von Erich
Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff defeats David & Kevin Von Erich
Rob Van Dam defeats Fritz Von Erich
Candice LeRae defeats Judy Martin
Notes: The Burning Souls were out first, with the Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff leading the charge, waving their flags. When they got in the ring, they asked for a microphone, something we haven’t seen anyone do in the ring yet. We hear over the speakers “Nikolai Volkoff would like to ask all in attendance to please rise, while he sings the Russian National Anthem.” Kobashi, Van Dam, and LeRae look at each other questioningly. Kobashi just makes an “I dunno” face and shrugs. Volkoff starts singing but the crowd gets louder than he can get while the World Class Dynasty make their way out! Sheik and Volkoff are livid, feeling disrespected by their opponents. Kenta and Kerry start their match with a handshake into a lock-up. They trade headlocks and takedowns. Kerry chops Kenta and Kenta demands a harder one. This sparks a violent strike battle, with neither man wanting to back down. Kenta hits a spinning chop and Kerry is visibly shaken! Another one and Kerry crumbles! Kenta picks him up and hits a Burning Lariat for the pin! Sheik & Volkoff charge into the ring and demand their opponents meet them immediately! David & Kevin don’t back down, however, and charge right in and take the fight to their opponents! They hit an assisted powerbomb on Sheik and he rolls out. David grabs hold of Volkoff and starts a series of suplexes and hip toss maneuvers. He tags in his brother and more of the same. Volkoff gets his licks in, but it’s mostly double teaming by the brothers. Sheik is finally able to get a blind tag in and blindside David. He tosses David’s shoulder into the post and back into his brother! A running boot to David’s face makes him collapse. Sheik locks on the Camel Clutch and David has to give up to protect his shoulder. Fritz, not happy seeing his boy’s taken down like that, grabs a chair and throws it at Sheik. Van Dam runs into the ring to usher Sheik out for his own safety and Fritz blindsides him! The action is centered around the chair. Van Dam was busted wide open by the vicious opponent’s repeated chair shots. Van Dam gets off a Van Daminator and a Five Star Frog Splash with the chair laying on Fritz for the pin and the win for his team. Martin walks over to LeRae and extends a hand to her. The two opponents shake hands and enter the ring together in a show of respect. The two wrestlers put on a clinic countering each other, hold for hold. LeRae hits a reverse frankensteiner and uses it to set up a LeRae’s Wild Ride for the win!

Team Wristlock(3-0) defeats Hulkamaniacs(1-2) 3-1
Bryan Danielson defeats Hulk Hogan
QuackenSAW defeats Demolition
Freddie Blassie defeats Eddie Gilbert
Wendi Richter defeats Manami Toyota
Notes: As the two teams came down their respective entrance ways, both teams seem hyper focused. Hogan, usually hamming it up for the fans on his way out, keeps his gaze on the ring while keeping his hands out for high fives. Bryan and Hogan get right into each other’s face. These two couldn’t be more different in the world of professional wrestling, but this inter-galactic crowd knows their stuff and know that these two are two of the greats. After some smack talk, Bryan slaps Hogan, sending the crowd into a frenzy! Hogan goes off the ropes and we get our opening sequence. Bryan gets his kicks in, and Hogan answers back with a big boot. We see mat wrestling, with Hogan actually getting the upper hand and almost pinning Bryan. Bryan is visibly frustrated and throws himself off. Hogan tosses him to the outside and goes after him, but Bryan catches him as he exits. Bryan goes for a suicide dive but Hogan uses his momentum against him and throws him into the barricade, hard! Hogan rolls Bryan in and goes for the kill, a big leg drop! But Bryan rolls off and transitions into a hold with elbows to the side of Hogan’s head! Hogan stops fighting back and the ref calls for the bell! Demolition begrudgingly help Hogan out of the ring, but QuackenSAW jump them! Quackenbush lays in open palm slaps to Smash while Jigsaw puts the boot to Ax. The ref is telling them one in, one out, so Jigsaw leaves while Ax rolls to the apron. Quackenbush keeps on striking and busts open Smash’s lip and nose. Finally, Smash grabs Quackenbush by the waist and rushes him into the corner, slamming his elbows into Quack’s face. Quack has to cover up, and Smash throws him across the ring. Ax tags in, and they hit a double clothesline. Jigsaw intervenes with a running knee to Ax. QuackenSAW is showing some sudden aggression! They set Smash up and hit him with double knees! Assisted Quackendriver II! It’s over! QuackenSAW continues to dominate. Eddie Gilbert and Freddie Blassie make their ways into the ring and immediately start exchanging shots. Eye rakes, hair pulls, strangle holds, heel tactics showcase! Gilbert and Blassie the both pulled out forks! They both brought forks to the match in their tights! They notice each other at the same time and sort of..pause. They then charge and hit each other in the hand and the forks fly out of their hands! They each shake their hands, but Blassie says “F*** IT” and bites the hand he just stabbed! Gilbert pulls Blassie while his teeth are still in his hand and reaches for one of the forks. He grabs it and digs it into Blassie’s face! Blassie keeps the bite on! It’s just a battle of biting and stabbing! There’s blood dripping from both wrestlers. Blassie has to back off to the outside with Gilbert following quickly but he eats a chair shot. Blassie sends Gilbert into the ring post and back into the ring. Blassie hits a neckbreaker and that seals the deal. Wendi Richter and Manami Toyota stare each other down before entering the ring. The two have been telling press this is the match they’re waiting for and they won’t back down from each other. The two ladies entered the ring and the fans expected to get a slobberknocker, the two women put on a mat wrestling clinic. Toyota was in control for a lot of this, but Richter surprised many and held her own. It was kicked up a notch when it was made a contest of speed. Again, Toyota controlled most of this exchange as she outsped her opponent. Richter’s number seemed to be called as Toyota looked to hit a Victory Star Drop, but Richter held on and Toyota crashed onto her neck! This was Richter’s opening and she took it! Richter Bomb! 2.9! Toyota tries to get her composure, but Richter won’t let up! Richter goes for a suplex but is stopped and receives a huge kick to the face and Toyota follows up with an Ocean Star Suplex! But Richter turns it into a victory roll and gets the pin! Richter is greeted outside of the ring to the cheers of fans, all the while Toyota stews in the ring while her team comes in to celebrate the overall win.

SICK Soldiers(3-0) defeats The Mega Powers of Positivity(1-2) 3-1
Randy Savage defeats Dean Malenko
reDragon defeats The New Day after a Chasing the Dragon
Nick Mondo defeats Buzz Sawyer
Madison Eagles defeats Penny Banner
Notes: This encounter started…well it started like a New Day match. Xavier Woods treated the fans to a clap along while he played the trombone. The rest of New Day danced to the ring, followed by a confused Randy Savage, Buzz Sawyer, and Penny Banner. Penny seemed to be into the dancing, but even at their craziest, Savage and Sawyer were unsure how to feel about what they were seeing. The SICK Soldiers made their way to the ring looking as serious as ever. Savage and Malenko started off with a handshake and a lockup. Dean attempted to wrestle Savage to the ground, but Savage was able to muscle Malenko to the ground himself. When Malenko didn’t have control of Savage on the mat, this match was Savage flying around the ring like a mad man. Savage hit a double axe handle to the outside and was able to roll Malenko in the ring for a BIG elbow drop for the pin. New Day was Kofi and Xavier, who tried to dance up to the ever-serious O’Reilly and Fish. The New Day Swivel was interrupted by big elbows to the face. reDragon worked on the neck of Kofi all match, cutting Xavier out of the picture for most of the contest. This seems to be a common tactic the teams of the league are employing. Xavier countered it by tripping O’Reilly off the apron as Fish was going in for a tag. Xavier followed it up by putting Fish into the ring steps! A little aggression from New Day! Unicorn Stampede! New Day’s running hot, as Kofi gears up for a Trouble in Paradise, but Fish blindsides him! Xavier tackles Fish out of the ring and the two brawl on the outside, as Kofi goes for Trouble in Paradise for a second time. O’Reilly ducks it and catches Kofi into ARMageddon! Kofi has to tap! Buzz jumps O’Reilly with his chain and beats him down until Mondo pushes him out of the ring. Mondo hits a big plancha and we’re off and running! Sawyer controls this one, busting open Mondo with the chain early. Mondo is able to slip away and grabs a bundle of light tubes! He picks one out and explodes it over the head of Sawyer. Sawyer fires back by swinging the chain across the face of Mondo. Sawyer throws Mondo into the ring post back first! Mondo’s head cracks on the post! Sawyer ties the chain around the neck of Mondo and rolls back in the ring to try and hang him, but Mondo is able to recover by getting on the apron and pulling Sawyer into him and hitting a brutal headbutt! He follows up by grabbing the bundle of light tubes and sliding it in. He boots Sawyer in the face a few times before hitting a Life Cutter onto the light tubes for the pin! What a brutal match!

Blissfits(2-1) defeat Black Devils(0-3) 4-0
Stan Hansen defeats Rick Rude
Bruiser Brody & Jimmy Snuka defeat Bad Intentions
Roddy Piper defeats Masato Tanaka
Alexa Bliss defeats Bull Nakano
Notes: Stan Hansen and Rick Rude had a classic brawl. The Ravishing One and The Lariat took each other to the limits, but a pair of lariats put Rude down. Keeping the heavy hitting hoss action going, Brody & Snuka took on Bad Intentions in a hard hitting fight. Through the entire match, Brody and Anderson were the only 2 legal men as the two teams went at it like this was under tornado rules. After disposing of Giant Bernard, Snuka hit a Superfly and Brody followed up with a Knee Drop for the pin and the 2 point lead. Piper started his match by bad mouthing Tanaka. He got right in his face, but the stoic death match king stood his ground with a straight face. Piper shoved him in the face, Tanaka laid Piper out with a heavy elbow shot and the fight was on! Piper was able to lay in a chair shot to the back of Tanaka’s head and lock in a sleeper for the 3rd point and the overall win. Alexa and Nakano didn’t get into the ring before Alexa used a chair to lay Bull out from behind. Alexa hits Nakano in the face and rolls her into the ring and covers the legend for a 4th point and the clean sweep.

Notes: ZSJ had a solid game plan in wanting to out wrestle The Rattlesnake, showing that he was the superior technician. But ZSJ made the mistake of following Austin to the outside and that’s where the tide shifted. ZSJ was pushed into the ring post and it was all Austin from there. A Stunner puts away ZSJ. Kingston and Archer start off the tag team portion, exchanging blow after blow. Quick tags, solid double team moves, and a nice back and forth made for a good match. Homicide stabbed Archer in the eye and hit a Gringo Killer for the pin and the 2-0 lead. Pillman controlled Suzuki early in the match, using the ring bell to weaken the arms of his opponent. But a series of low blows by Suzuki, stiff strikes, and a chokehold got the veteran the win and put his team back into the game. Baszler and Paige was just an ugly fight. Hair pulling, punching, bloody lips. The Queen of Spades was able to get the rear naked choke locked in for the tap out victory. Once again, Austin wastes no time in starting the fight for the tiebreaker. The two teams fought into the crowd leaving Austin and Suzuki in the ring to settle the score. The two exchanged wicked shots that you could just feel loosening some teeth. Brian Pillman reemerged and hit an Air Pillman on Suzuki, allowing Austin to hit the second stunner of the night for the overall win.

The Horsemen(1-2) defeats The Kingdom(1-2) 3-1

The Kingdom defeats Arn & Ole Anderson

Charlotte defeats Aja Kong
Notes: Two struggling teams face off, with Ric Flair and Adam Cole trying to outcheat one another. Thumbs to the eyes, low blows, and other general debauchery made for an entertaining match. Ric Flair got the tap out victory with the Figure Four. The Kingdom picked apart Arn & Ole and made them look bad. Ole was constantly kept out of the match, being attacked or pulled off the apron. The Kingdom hit a Hail Mary on Arn for the win and they tie it up. Tully was a little hesitant to get into the ring with a guy holding a chainsaw, but after the first failed swing, it was all Tully. He ever grabbed said chainsaw and beat Super Leather with it. A pinfall gets The Horsemen a second point. Charlotte and Aja face off in a dream match scenario. The match certainly delivered, as these two threw everything off each other. Two Natural Selections keep Aja down for 3, and The Horsemen win the game.

Million Dollar Inc(3-0) defeat The Bullets(0-3) 3-1

The Steiner Brothers defeats Ted DiBiase & IRS
The Undertaker defeats Atsushi Onita
Asuka defeats Crazy Mary Dobson
Notes: Moose did everything he could to take Andre down. Andre just wouldn’t be denied, however, as a Big Splash puts the former football star away. The tag portion was all Steiner’s, all the way. DiBiase and IRS tried everything to gain control, but power definitely overcame intelligence today as a Steiner DDT puts IRS down. Onita never even got a move off, as The Undertaker chokeslammed him on the apron upon the 3 count of the tag portion. A snake eyes/big boot combo and a tombstone was all we saw as The Undertaker takes the easy win. Then in an inspiring showcase, Dobson did everything she could to put Asuka down. But the juggernaut that is The Empress of Tomorrow proved to be too great, as an Asuka Lock seals the deal.

The Queen’s Army(2-1) defeats Almas de Apache(0-3) 4-0

Kevin Sullivan defeats The Sandman
Trish Stratus defeats Faby Apache
Notes: The League was created for these moments, bringing together dream matches nobody would ever even DREAM of! The Rock vs Tiger Mask! And what a match it was, with the electric personality and athleticism of The Rock colliding with the high flying, technical stylings of Tiger Mask. The two begin with a series of grapples and reversals, ending with the two kipping up and making eye contact, to the applause of the fans. Tiger Mask gets The Rock to the outside and hits a series of suicide dives into a beautiful Space Flying Tiger Drop. The two make their way back into the ring and Tiger Mask gets a pinning combo off, but The Rock kicks out at 2, and rolls Tiger Mask up himself. Tiger Mask also kicks out at 2. A little bit more of a struggle later, Tiger Suplex! Reversal, as The Rock flips back out and hits a Rock Bottom! 2.9! Another Rock Bottom! And a third Rock Bottom gets the win! Dem Boys square up with E&C and there’s immediate pushing and shoving. The ref gets the peace back and rings the bell. This is a classic tag team match between two of the best. A brawl on the outside results in Mark Briscoe getting driven face first into the ring post, and his front teeth get knocked out! Christian distracts the ref, and Jay, as Edge finishes Mark with a conchairto! This sends Jay off into a flurry as he decks the ref and tees off on E&C! Christian gets beat down and when Edge tries to stop him, Jay goes after him too! Jay grabs the ring bell and decks Edge, followed by a Jay Driller! The rest of The Queen’s Army and Almas de Apache understand what’s going on and stay back, letting the two tag teams settle it themselves. Jay checks on Mark before going back to Christian, who low blows him! Another ref has finally been found and is running out just as Christian rolls Jay back in the ring. The two give what little they have left to one another in a fire ball of hatred for each other. 2 Jay Drillers get Dem Boys the pin. The remaining competitors help their respective teammates to the floor and the side as Kevin Sullivan and The Sandman prepare for their matchup. And what a matchup it was, as everything short of the kitchen sink was used. A flying double foot stomp and a two handed strangle hold saw Sandman pass out, giving Sullivan the victory for not only himself, but his team. Stratus vs Apache might have been a formality, but the two women brought it, as they had instant chemistry with one another as opponents. A well placed Chick Kick got Trish the win, and the sweep.

Notes: Michaels and Elgin was a classic speed vs power affair, as speed won out when Michaels hit a Sweet Chin Music for the win. The Pitbulls controlled the pace versus the New Age Outlaws, but Pitbull #2 got rolled up by Billy Gunn for the flash pin. When Raven and Triple H stepped in, that’s when all hell broke loose. The two men’s match turned into a gang war when there was slightly too much interference and the two teams came to blows. Among the chaos, Raven hit his DDT for the win. Chyna and Kelly Klein came into the ring amidst the fight outside, and Chyna controlled the fight all the way. A pedigree took the win for DX, while The Flock laid them out, leaving them to be helped to the back.

Notes: Dr. Wagner Jr continues an impressive string of wins, beating Nigel McGuinness in a blitz of hard hitting strikes and throws from the two. Inoki & Baba used impressive tactics to keep Luger in the ring and Sting cut off as Luger went down to an Octopus Hold. The Sheik and Terry Funk were savages tonight, but it was a fireball to Funk that saw the end of the match. Mia Yim showed up big as she put down the legend Awesome Kong in a major comeback victory that sealed the game for her team.

Notes: Jushin Liger put an end to the hopes Lynn had of a perfect season, as he beat him in two moves! A tombstone started the match and the following shoot star press won it! The tag team portion was more of a tornado occasion rather than a traditional, but Matt Hardy and Kawada were the legal men the whole match. The two teams went back and forth in the chaos with various double team maneuvers. One of which was an assisted powerbomb to Jeff, sending him over the top rope and crashing onto the floor. A chokeslam and a stretch plum was all she wrote for Matt. New Jack acted in New Jack fashion as he jumped Tajiri well before the bell, tossing anything he could find at the Japanese Buzzsaw. New Jack got close and got caught with a kick to the head, and the melee began. The two flew and crashed all over the ringside area, but Tajiri hit a brainbuster on a chair for the victory. Devil Masami vs Lita was just the classic it sounds like it would be, as Lita used her speed to counter Masami’s heel tactics. However, a thumb to the eye and a roll up while grabbing Lita’s pants for leverage did Team Extreme in tonight.

Notes: Thesz and Mascaras came into this match with two different mindsets. Thesz came in all business and Mascaras came in being as grandstanding as ever. Thesz kept to this mindset and it worked out, as a hard powerbomb got the win. Instead of sticking around, Thesz made no eye contact with his team as he left the building after his win. The King’s laid WASTE to the Moondog’s. It was no contest, as The King’s hit both Moondog’s with elbow after elbow. The Moondog’s were helped out of ringside, until Thesz came charging back and attacked both of them! He sent his teammates into the guardrails head first several times before Foley and Matsumoto, along with security, were able to pry him from the Moondog’s. Foley reluctantly went back to the ring for his match with Crusher, and the two beat the hell out of each other. Foley caught Crusher with a double arm DDT for the win. Matsumoto and Knight went to war, but it was a chair shot from an enraged Foley that put Knight down for the pin.

The Warriors of Doom defeat Team Stallion
Notes: What a strong man battle! Two men the size of trucks tossing each other around like they were children. Amazing to watch, but only one can win! It was Bruno who gets the W when he caught Warrior out of mid-air for a bearhug. The Road Warriors vs The Blackjacks was an old-school rasslin’ match. A reversed double piledriver into a Doomsday Device got The Road Warriors the win to tie things up. Bull Curry went berserk in a match versus an equally crazed Power Warrior, but Curry edged out Power with a few well placed chair shots. Mummy Warrior came in to win, and she did just that. Mercedes brought all the fight she had, but Mummy brought a little more tonight. In the 10-man tag, it was a FIGHT. The Road Warriors caught Bruno in a Doomsday Device for a match that saw Bruno pinned for the second time this tournament. The two teams shook hands in a sign of respect afterwards.

Notes: In a clash of styles, the high flying Matt Cross was able to beat the bruiser Drew Galloway with a beautiful shooting star press. The Eliminators repeat history, as a TOTAL ELIMINATION put down Devon. The Son of a Plumber defeats the Man with Zero Fear after an elbow drop through a table. And Jazz was not about to let this one go to the tiebreaker, as she took the beating Dynamite gave, and gave it right back for the amazing victory.
