The Tar Pit
Powerslam: So, folks! Welcome to The Tar Pit! I’m Powerslam… This won’t be your every run of the mill wrestling show. Oh NO! I will only be asking the hard-hitting questions, that other interviews don’t have the horns to ask. Let’s bring out our guest tonight, Astarte.
Astarte comes out on to the stage set.Powerslam: Welcome to the show.
Astarte: Thanks.
Powerslam: You know I think I have heard that name Astarte before. Didn’t you have a dad named Astarte?
Astarte: Yes, I do. Actually, I took my name after him. To remind the Universe of the crimes that were committed to him.
Powerslam: I think I remember reading about this in an old GWF magazine. Wasn’t your dad the body that Doomsayer kidnapped all those years ago, so he could transfer his mind to your father’s body?
Astarte: That’s right! Doomsayer stole my father’s body for four years and the GWF did nothing about it for four whole years. Do you know how it feels to have him taken from you in front of your very eyes? Then, not see him for a whole year until he turns up on GWF wrestling? I remember going to see him at a wrestling event and not having him even recognize you? So, for 6 years I didn’t have a father. 6 long years! When we got him back, he was only a shell of his former self.
Powerslam: I hate to be the one to tell you, Astarte but Doomsayer left wrestling and the GWF in 2117. So, why did you come here for then?
Astarte: I heard there was someone, who praised Doomsayer for being a model alien. Any alien, who thinks Doomsayer was a great model, then I need to have a few choice words with him!
Powerslam: Well, I guess your referring to Disciple of Terror?
Astarte: Exactly, he even looks up to one of Doomsayer’s greatest allies, Comrade Terror. If he thinks, I’m going to let someone go around spreading terror like Doomsayer and Comrade Terror did; you got another thing coming to you!
Faller vs. Killer QueenKiller Queen makes Faller submit to BLACK WIDOW at 9:23
Match Notes: Faller, being the bigger man of the two, tried to use his power and strength to overcome Killer Queen’s speed and quickness. Faller had the upper hand of the match, until Killer Queen used a low blow behind the refs back. Killer Queen went on the offense and hit Faller with Queen’s Gambit and then BLACK WIDOW, a standing figure four to make Faller submit. Killer Queen looks into the camera, and says, “I’m the only woman in the FTR! How dare you Moonlight come to steal my spotlight!”
The Natives vs. Villains Inc. (Manic and Swerve)Manic defeats Ygorr with a CLINICAL DEPRESSION at 12:50
Match Notes: This was two teams that wanted to make a statement here in the FTR! The Natives took control early in the match, but the momentum went back and forth through out the match, until Swerve distracted the referee and Manic nailed Ygorr with an object from his trunks. With Ygorr on dream street, Manic delivers his patient finisher CLINICAL DEPRESSION, a brain buster for the 3 count.
Blue Chip vs. Disciple of TerrorDisciple of Terror beats Blue Chip with ATOMIC WARHEAD at 21:45
Match Notes: Disciple of Terror attacked Blue Chip early on in the match, he tried to go for a quick win with Cygnus Rising. Blue Chip was able to kick out of the pin attempt. Disciple of Terror did every cheap and dirty trick in the book that he could get away with. Blue Chip was able to make a reversal and comeback in the match. Blue Chip became a suplex machine dumping Disciple of Terror all over the ring. Terror rolled to the outside of the ring, after the eighth one. Astrate came running down to the ring and threw Terror back in the ring, but this ended up distracting Blue Chip as he was questioning Astarte’s motives. Terror used this time to blind side Blue Chip and deliver ATOM WARHEAD for the 1-2-3 count.
Astarte was livid as he rolled into the ring to get his hands-on Terror. Terror rolled out of the ring, thinking it was better to fight another day, when he was at full strength.
