Tremendous show Crossbones! All the pots are starting to boil on the stove on all fronts. The Natives (and it's starting seem like the tag ranks in general) are getting restless. Killer Queen is trying to take Moonlight out of the picture so he can be the bell of the ball. Commissioner Encubus tells Powerslam that all will be revealed. Very curious to see how PSI will fit into all of this and just what his role will be. Captain Crossbones plays massive head games with Disciple of Terror and causes DOT's first loss. Doomsayer tries to send a powerful message to Crossbones and he just relishes in the fact that he's above that whole life and death thing - and telling Doomsayer so. Rock on!

You and Pariah hit the nail on the head. Everyone of us have our own form of baggage we carry around with us in life. We all grew-up loving wrestling on tv, and if you listen to all the wrestlers from today they connected with someone as a kid. Well, DOT connected with Comrade Terror, because they are the same race, they look similar, and they are from the same planet. So, I thought what if Comrade Terror was his idol going up? What happens if this guy has inferior thoughts about repeating those same tragic patterns that happen to his idol? Where he put his own body at risk for his wrestling career. When Tom wrote that I'm pretty sure he uses real life to inspire this story of wrestlers who do that same exact thing. It's something we learned in Psychology 1101 class about life patterns and are we Doomed to repeat the mistakes of those who are our main influence. So, I thought that would be an awesome storyline to tackle with DOT. Thanks Bri for enjoying what I chose to write about. I know some people don't get my writing style or like the issues I make the main focus of my plots and that's fine. Chris Jericho once said, that wrestling was made up of more than just matches, you had to have a reason to put butts in seats. As a wrestler, he was going to do storylines that interested him and if others didn't like it that was fine too. After hearing that, plus Pariah is always encouraging me to write the stories I want to tell, then that's what I'm going to do. I going to stay over here on my little section of the boards and be creative. Well said my friend. The most powerful stories are human stories that we can relate and identify with. Create On! I just bought my season ticket to FTR: Evolution!

I wanted to bring in Totalis instead of PSI, but when I ran matches against several of the FTR roster against Totalis... Totalis won 96% of the matches. So, I looked though the 2133 roster and PSI was at the right level to try and run some matches against some of the upper guys in FTR. PSI was about 50% for his matches. We will see how the Master of Mind Games will fair in the FTR, and will he want to get in the head of someone like Crossbones? I found that when I ran some of the tag matches, that The Natives and Meteor Storm were at the bottom of the ranks. I thought these two would be good dancing partners for one another. Let me ask you a question, Who are the characters that you are connecting with Bri?

Psi is a very good choice there. Yeah, Totalis would pretty much cruise with only Captain Crossbones and Disciple probably giving him much competition at all.

This conversation is turning into the many conversations that Pariah and I have in text messages. Which I really like talking shop with. I wanted Totalis cause I thought he could add something to the roster. Totalis has that Bobby Rhoode heel feel to me and that's how I would have played him in my fed. But, maybe PSI will be the right fit of what the FTR needs.

Psi can be another classic Bobby in my opinion..Bobby Heenan....he's smarter than all you peons and he'll show you in the ring that brains can defeat brawn every time.

Let me ask you a question, Who are the characters that you are connecting with Bri? Hey Crossbones! Interesting. Disciple of Terror - because of his inner as well as outer obstacles. Captain Crossbones - because of his overall wickedness. Doomsayer - for seeking redemption. Blue Chip - because he reminds me of a very very young Bob Backlund if he was from Cetus. Moonlight - because she is the only woman there. That's gotta be rough. Really, the more you tell, the more I like. I am even rooting for the penguins. Because they're - well penguins. And I betcha most penguins don't have these problems. Right on Crossbones, good stuff!

Thanks Bri for sharing that with me, as it helps me to see which characters have gotten over and which ones I might need to focus on in the future. It's interesting that you see Blue Chip as a young Bob Backlund, I was trying to model him after a young Scott Steiner and possible transform him into a Kurt Angle. Stay tuned I think you will like what I do with Disciple of Terror. As I was doing by research on Doomsayer, I wanted to call on some past history in with him. I'm going to start writing up the big event today... so be sure to stop by the merchandise table and pick yourself up a FTR Galaxy Gauntlet t-shirt.

It was cool to have that dialogue. My brain cell is your brain cell my man any time. And I could see that Angle with Blue Chip as well. Im sure whatever develops with DOT is gonna be multi faceted cool. And will do about the tshirt stand, will wear it proudly. Stay cool Crossbones! Bri.
