The undercard has a sparse writeup, but the matches at the top of the show have more in-depth recaps. Gonna use this format for big shows.
Enjoy.

TV Static; the crashing, distorted white-noise of eras past.
Then pictures.
At first still photos, then moving pictures - black and white; Grainy and out of focus.
The clips play, each given their proper amount of time.
Gradually the picture quality begins to improve.
From slick, clear, black & white footage of pro-wrestling in the early second half of the 20th century to the vivid technicolor from the end of that century, legends of bygone eras are paraded out reel by reel.
The crystal-clear HD realism of the 21st century footage marks the final transition from eras and we are nearly current.
The footage abruptly stops.
The moving pictures give way to a black screen.
Softly – in the background – strings are being strum from an electrified acoustic guitar.
The playing settles unnoticeably into the background.
The
UFSP logo fades in from the blackness, bogarting real estate as it does.
The
DEIMOS ALL-SYSTEMS PRO-WRESTLING standard follows.
The soothing accompaniment of the background acoustic strings are shattered and thrown asunder as the music explodes to life!
‘Fight Fire with Fight’ by Metallica thrashes forward out from the darkness.
Highlights from the first 7 weeks of the Galactic Carnival leading up to tonight’s show are played along with the music.

The Deimos Olympic Auditorium is filled to the rafters with the screaming and sweating masses of pro-wrestling fandom. 1.Paladin Power (Moonstrike & Solar Flare) vs. The Wind Riders (Tano & Rama)
What this opening bout lacks in technical prowess or presentation is made up by the sheer will and endurance of both teams. This thing moves at 100 mph and sees a lot of lightning-fast spots that both teams chain together and because of that, the match builds a very good ebb and flow.
The Wind Riders are able to best Paladin power just short of the 8-minute mark when Tano catches Solar Flare in the DEIMOS DRIVER.
Winners: The Wind Riders
--
2.The Estorians (Parsec & Tantalis) vs. Cross-Currents (Thetis & Vortex)
This match features what are probably the 2 top tag teams in the entire galaxy and the work they do against each other in this bout goes a long way towards backing that up. Both teams have their shots, but it’s a back and forth affair for the duration. It’s Crosscurrents who eventually come out on top when Vortex lays Parsec out with WATERY GRAVE.
Winners: Crosscurrents

3.-Triangle Elimination Tag Event-
Jammer & Ricken Prince vs. Hechilles & Silvar vs. The Mensans (Cordsar & Trotarus)
This bout proves to be a mostly sloppy affair. The ref does his best, but he’s way in above his head and the wrestlers simply run rough shot over him. A lot of spontaneous and wild brawling between the teams and ringside fighting. The wrestling that does take place is brief, but impactful every time. Jammer and Ricken Prince are bounced from the match first when Silvar gives Jammer his TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER.
The match carries on in a predictable fashion, but does feature a couple hit spots that keep the wavering fans into it. Hechilles and Silvar emerge victorious when Cordsar is pinned following Hechilles’ finish, THE END.
Winners: Hechilles & Silvar --
4.-2 Out of 3 Falls-
Santon the Loner vs. Torin Caelum The fans buzz in anticipation as the ref calls for the bell and this match gets under way. The early going is slow with both wrestlers testing the waters and feeling one another out. The action gets started and is very deliberate. Things build to a point, where Santon escalates things by spiking Torin with a fireman’s carry cradled into a head drop. The suddenness of the impact rocks Torin and he is visibly shaken. Santon, despite the clear opening, opts to not go for a pin and instead taunts his rattled opponent and the fans watching in a stunned glaze.
Torin is slow to his feet and needs the support of the ropes to balance himself on rubber legs. Santon sends Torin up and over the top ropes with a Decapitator Clothesline and the shooter from Sagitta crashes and tumbles onto the concrete floor at ringside. Santon arrogantly doesn’t follow Torin out and instead waits center ring for Torin to either crawl back in himself or be counted out. Fans shower Santon with boos in response, but the mysterious hooded brute doesn’t seem to care.
Torin crawls back in just north of the 10-count and Santon moves in for the kill.
Winner of the 1st Fall: Santon the Loner
Torin continues to be difficult to get a clean shot on and absorbs an almost obscene amount of punishment while managing to fire back in short bursts and do some damage of his own. Torin’s offensive flurries wear hard on Santon and he finds himself winded and hurting barely 5-minutes into the 2nd fall. Torin senses that he has Santon nearly on the ropes and begins to push the pace and lean on his much bigger opponent. Santon keeps up with the Sagitta shooter, but tired and not conditioned for a marathon, is worn out and mistake prone. Torin expertly capitalizes on Santon’s mistakes and punishes him for every single one. Despite the beating, Santon is able to manage several offensive surges which force Torin to back off, but Torin keeps at it, working the masked loner over methodically and with purpose and it becomes apparent that its only a matter of time. Finally, Torin sees his opening as Santon attempt to fight his way out of the corner and is caught in a cradling school boy. Santon struggles to kick free, but Torin has him grapevine and gets the 3-count to wins the 2nd fall.
Winner of the 2nd Fall: Torin Caelum
Well passed the 25-minute mark, the final fall opens with both men testing the waters and attempting to conserve as much energy as possible. The going is slow, almost to the point of boredom until, around 6-minute mark, things suddenly pick up when Torin surprises Santon with a spinning toe hold into a stiff elbow drop for a very close nearfall. This lights a fire under Santon who fires back at Torin, and they’re off to the races towards the finish.
Both wrestlers trade offense, but only in short bursts. Neither can maintain their flurries for very long but it lends itself to a nice back and forth pace. Finally though, after many long minutes the fans can see the end of the tunnel as the match transitions suddenly into the finish.
Santon drives Torin into the canvas with the SPIKE PILEDRIVER but to the shock of both Santon and the fans watching, Torin manages to just kick out at 2. The crowd pops big for Torin and begin to get behind the Sagitta shooter, hoping to rally him, but Santon nixes those hopes when he scoops Torin back up and drives him again with the SPIKE PILEDRIVER. Santon cockily covers Torin, but has underestimated his opponent, who again just manages to kick free at 2. Fans gasp in shock and Santon, just as shocked as the fans watching, turns to the ref and argues the count. Torin, the savy ring-veteran he is, attempts to seize the opportunity and school boys a distracted Santon, who easily gets away from the surprise pin attempt, rolls free, storms to his feet, and violently stomps on Torin in the process. Santon finishes up with the boots and then hauls Torin up into position for his finish for a third time. The fans stir in anticipation, but Santon hesitates and then decides to take Torin to the 2nd rope which brings the stirring fans to their feet. Santon pulls Torin into position and hits an AVALANCHE SPIKE PILEDRIVER from the 2mnd rope. The impact is devastating and visibly rocks the ring, the impact echoing throughout the arena, even above the cheer of the crowd. Santon quickly follows up and covers Torin, hooking the leg for good measure and easily gets the 3-count to win the 3rd fall and the match.
Winner of the 3rd & Final Fall: Santon the Loner

Clutch’s ‘Binge & Purge’ brings out Dorado Sundown.
Blacklash and Bullwhip stalk ringside, engaging the fans - taunting them and attempting to instigate an altercation. Deimos security, however, is ‘johnny-on-the-spot’ and sees to it that tensions don’t escalate too much between the fans and the Dorado heels.
‘Dialogue with the Stars’ by In Flames cues up.
The fans pop as they recognize the music that’s heralding in the promotion’s two aces. As the music kicks in after the intro piece Omega and Morpheus step through the curtain to the adoration of the fans in attendance.
5.-Titan Death Match-
Dorado Sundown (Blacklash & Bullwhip) vs. Morpheus & Omega of Cetus
Dorado Sundown kick off the proceedings quite unexpectedly, attacking their opponent’s during the in-ring introductions. Blacklash and Bullwhip are all over Omega and Morpheus, battering them with all their fury. Omega and Morpheus appear overwhelmed by the suddenness of Dorado Sundown’s assault and are forced to back way off. The Dorado rule-breakers manage a ton of heat during the early going and have the fans in attendance on the verge of rioting. Sundown slam Omega and Morpheus around and taunt the fans and even shove the ref around a little for good measure.
Dorado Sundown are all smiles until the Guardians of the federation rally and get the house really rocking. Omega and Morpheus feed off the fans and go to town on Blacklash and Bullwhip. The Guardians slam Dorado Sundown from pillar to post and then some. Dorado Sundown, finally having taken all they can, roll out of the ring to the floor to escape the sheer onslaught of the Deimos Wrestling aces. They get only a momentary reprieve as Omega and Morpheus follow them to the floor and lay back in. The two teams fight on the floor with near reckless abandon.
Blacklash whips Omega into the steel ring post. The Cetus war hero comes up a crimson mask and is very likely standing on rubber legs. Blacklash moves in for the kill and sends Omega into the laps of several fans in the front row, clotheslining him over the railing kamikaze style. The fans nearby attempt to come to Omega’s aid, but are viciously fought off by Blacklash who uses a steel chair to keep the riotous masses at bay.
Morpheus and Bullwhip have settled in, in the ring and its obvious from the very start that Morpheus is in every way Bullwhip’s superior. Morpheus simply beats up Bullwhip and its all the Dorado cowboy can do to keep from being pinned in the center of the ring. After having worked Bullwhip over to his satisfaction, Morpheus calls for the finish. That’s when Dorado Sundown’s trap is sprung. Bullwhip manages to pull something from his boot and with the flick of his wrists, tosses a white powdery substance into Morpheus’ face! Morpheus staggers backward and right into the waiting arms of Blacklash who snuck in via the back door when everyone was distracted.
Morpheus is caught and Blacklash, seizing the opportunity, drops him with SUNDOWN. Blacklash hooks the leg and grabs a handful of trunks and gets the 3-count pinfall and the victory of Dorado Sundown!
Winners: Dorado Sundown
Blacklash and Bullwhip attempt to do more damage after the bell, but are sent heading for dodge when a bloody and possibly delirious Omega dives back into the ring wielding a heavily mangled steel chair. Dorado Sundown escape back through the curtain, gloating the entire way as Omega stumbles over to check on Morpheus who is beginning to stir.

Toxic Holocaust’s ‘Red Winter’ fires up =and distortion screams out into the Auditorium through the PA. The music plays for a full minute and then, right on cue, Mangus and Torpor lumbering heavily through the curtain as the music kicks into high gear.
Mangus pulls a terrified fan over the guardrail and begins raining spiking elbows onto the back of his exposed head. Torpor hurries over to help with the assault. The attack only lasts a matter of seconds, but the damage is done before ringside Deimos Security can break it up. Security separates the Thrashers from the now injured fan and are forced to call to the back for medics. Magnus yells something at the now incensed and irate fans spitting and throwing garbage at him. He threatens to come into the crowd which only further riles up the fans but smiles and laughs it off as merely a taunt. Torpor gets Mangus’ attention and reminds him of what they’re there for tonight. The camera hangs on the pair for a moment before an abrupt cut takes the scene backstage.
Commander Sam and K.O. Keller are preparing to make their entrance into the auditorium.
COMMANDER SAM: “Tonight, its The Cage!
Sam, teeth exposed and nearly growling, revels in the thought.
“The Cage! The Cage! The Cage!!! I can’t freakin wait!
Sam pauses, his attention pulled away from the promo. His eyes dart towards the gorilla position and he stands there, as still as possible – motionless - and listens as the faint murmurs of the stirring audience just beyond filter through. A wild-looking smile slowly spreads, ear to ear, across Sam’s face. Sam draws a dead-eye on the screen and by extension, the fans watching at home.
“It’s a madhouse out there! I can already hear them wild frothing SOBs and I love it! I tell ya what Keller, I’m beginning to think that tonight is gonna be a good night for a old fashioned bloody fight.”
Sam’s passion is offset by Keller’s grim calm. He speaks slowly, but with direction and intention. Keller, though not as brash and wild as his young counterpart, is beyond intimidating or threatening. He is something else.
He’s dangerous.
KELLER: “I’m a prize fighter by nature. I have been for as long as I can remember. Been fighting since I was old enough to throw a punch. Fighting is, my grim business. I leave sentiment and emotion at the door and just do my job. But tonight, inside of that cage with those two Cygnus war criminals, that won’t be the case. No, in fact, I’m bringing with me every bit of hate, every bit of anger, and every t drop of disgust and loathing I have inside of me to the ring tonight. Because tonight, its not business. Its personal.”
--
‘2-Minutes til Midnight’ by Iron Maiden races over the PA system and the already raucous Deimos fans turn their attention away from the much-hated and reviled Cygnus wrestlers to the entrance ramp where they expect their heroes to emerge from. Sam and Keller burst through the curtain and receive a gigantic pop as the house goes totally nuts at their appearance on the ramp. Sam and Keller allow themselves a moment to take it all in and then turn their focus squarely on their opponent’s inside of the Cage and the ‘grim business at hand’.
6.-Cosmic Cage Scramble Tag Main Event-
The Cygnus Thrashers (Torpor & Mangus Destroyer of Humans) vs. Commander Sam & K.O. Keller
The house is rocking as the teams make their entrances and, surrounded by 4-sides of cosmic steel, are announced amidst the Olympic madhouse. Due to the layout of the auditorium, its as if the fans are hanging over the ring, the humanity forming a throng of swaying and chanting maniacs above the wrestlers inside the cage below. The entire building is on edge as the ref calls for the bell to start the match. The auditorium is alive with movement as the tornado tag event gets underway on Deimos.
The referee manages to maintain some semblance of order as all four men lock up in the ring. The fighting ebbs and flows, building to a series of crescendos that climax in a white-hot series of moves and pin attempts/nearfalls before the pace dies back down to crawl. At times, especially during the hot bursts of chaotic offense, its difficult to follow everything unfolding inside of the cage.
The Cygnus Thrashers draw first blood, busting Sam open after Torpor launches him head first into the cosmic steel. The sight of his own blood seems to enrage Sam who rallies and, with the fans popping big, unloads on the Cygnus rulebreakers. He hands out forearms and elbow with a burning passion before giving Torpor his receipt, driving the Cygnus war vet hard into the cage wall. Sam continues to do so until finally, Torpor comes up with a forehead covered in thick swathes of blood.
Soon all four men are bleeding to varying degrees and appear nearly winded as the damage done begins to exact a toll on their bodies. Keller has beaten Mangus’ face so badly that it has swollen to an unrecognizable point. Mangus in return has broken Keller’s nose and jaw after repeated ANNIHILATORS some time earlier. Sam and Torpor are dead on their feet, having traded finishes multiple times and pushed their constitution beyond sane limits.
The final minutes see a frenzy of action and spots. Everything happens quickly and suddenly and has white-hot heat. Mangus and Keller trading THE ANNIHILATOR and THE TEN COUNT, leaving both wrestlers little more than bloody heaps on the canvas. Torpor meanwhile gains the edge on Sam and pummels him in a mad, almost homicidal psychosis.
Torpor in his battle frenzy tries for the CYGNUS AIR RAID from the cage but Sam, still live and kicking, wisely throws his body into the structure, causing it to shake and sway. Torpor losses his footing and falls, crashing wildly down to the canvas. The very walls of the Auditorium seem to shutter against the pop in response. A tired and red Commander Sam, with his last ounce of strength, crawls over and slumps on top of Torpor’s prone and mangled for the easy 3-count to a raving ovation.
Winners: Commander Sam & K.O. Keller

Omega and Morpheus sit – alone- in the backstage locker room - their heads hung low. Everyone else has long since gone home. A bloody towel hangs over Omega’s head.
Morpheus looks up and acknowledges the camera, revealing a face twisted and contorted by the grip of anger.
MORPHEUS: ‘Tonight - Dorado Sundown; Blacklash and Bullwhip - you not only disgraced yourselves, but this promotion, the sport of pro-wrestling, and most of all, every single one of those fans out there tonight who spent their hard earned cash to come see the matches.”
Suddenly Omega’s voice is heard off screen.
It booms and echoes inside of the vacant Deimos locker room.
OMEGA: “…and that I simply cannot let slide!
Omega removes the crimson stained towel, revealing a deep gash in his forehead.
Its still bleeding.
“You two have zero honor and integrity and are exactly the very thing that brought this sport to its knees and lead to its outlaw over 20 years ago!
Omega wipes the fresh blood away from his forehead before it can accumulate.
“And we won’t allow it to happen again! We won’t allow you two to destroy this promotion and the sport of pro-wrestling! The days of rule-breaking and cheating going unpunished are over!”
Morpheus shoots Omega a confident and eager smile. His veins surge with the rush of adrenaline.
MORPHEUS: “That’s right.! You see, Omega and me, we’re gonna punish you. We’re gonna stretch you. We’re gonna hurt you. Hurt you so bad that you don’t ever wanna come back. So bad that you wish you never even met us or were foolish enough to test your mettle in the sport of pro-wrestling. You pulled a fast one on us tonight, so go ahead, gloat and enjoy it. Make proper fools out of yourselves. but its not over. Its not over because, regardless of what may go on out there in the wider galaxy, here, on Deimos, inside of that ring out there, cheaters always get whats coming to them! And me and that man, Omega of Cetus, are the tax men, and we ALWAYS collect!
Morpheus allows a beat to pass for emphasis.
"You two cheats understand? Enjoy yourselves, but know that its not over...NOT UNTIL I SAY IT IS! - - And me and Omega, we haven’t even gotten started yet."
