[DMKII: 'The Revenge']

I'll try to post results from my classics fed here. I'm currently in the middle of the first stage of my GALACTIC CARNIVAL, which is a 14-man round robin tournament league to crown the first ever D.W.F ALL-SYSTEMS champ.

I'm running the fed very similar to the way Puroresu is done with a series of tours throughout the year. I've divided the year up into 4 Quarters, with each quarter coming to an end with a big Super Card. The entirety of 2074 will feature round robin tournaments to crown singles and tag champs. Eventually the Deimos Wrestling Federation will become the Galaxian Wrestling Federation. Probably around 2084 or 2085, right around the time Morpheus exits.


Card 8 is the Stage 1 finale. When I get a chance I'll post a recap of the first stage of my Round Robin tournament as well as the results for BATTLEMANIA.

I have several sets of house rules I use for my DEIMOS WRESTLING FEDERATION.

The first set is for Getting Color in matches. I use fatigue tokens and whenever a wrestler acquires a token, I roll 2d6. If the roll is equal to or less than that wrestler’s number of tokens + his PIN rating, he is considered busted open.

Also, whenever a foreign object is used in a match, I automatically make the 2d6 roll with 5 + the number of Fatigue tokens being the target number.

Post-match, I count up the number of tokens a wrestler has + their parenthesis PIN rating and that determines the amount of blood shed during the contest.

I have a 1-10 Muta style scale I refer to where 1 is a small cut and 10+ is a Bloody mess/crimson mask.

-Muta Scale-
1-3: Small cut

4-5: Light Gusher

6-7: Heavy Gusher

8-9: Crimson Mask

10+: Bloody Mess




DANGER ROAD (King’s Road Escalation Chart)
I’m also working on a ‘King’s Road’ style chart where a wrestler’s Fatigue Tokens determine and add onto rolls on a special ‘Escalation Chart (The Danger Road Chart)’, so that as a match progresses, the longer it lasts the more devastating the moves are that take place.

I’m also toying around with a way to increase the escalation results between two wrestlers who have met previously and/or are feuding.

Stages 1 and 3 feature League matches with Stage 2  featuring Interleague Matches between the Deimos and Phobos blocks.

I'd love to see new Classics sets released to fill out the huge gaps in the 12 years prior to 2087. I'm sure there are a lot of people who would happily pay for new Classics editions. Its such a cool era in GWF history. Not to mention we get Morpheus and Omega in their prime.

Right now, with such a small talent pool, running round robin tournament leagues seems like the ideal way to play through the very early years of Omega & Morpheus' wrestling fed.

Mike's EC set is awesome. Only problem is its out of print and impossible to find a PDF of it. That'd be the main motivating factor to produce a series of new classics sets. I think they'd be a hot seller. I know I'd pick them up.

The First Stage of the Deimos All-Systems Pro-Wrestling 2074 GALACTIC CARNIVAL, by all accounts, was a huge success. Almost a million fans from across the galaxy came to watch live and - for the first time in over 20 years - legal professional wrestling during the 7-week round robin league.



Deimos Wrestling now has its sights set on a return to the Deimos Olympic Auditorium for the big Galactic Carnival Stage 1 Final. The event is being advertised as ‘BATTLEMANIA’ and promises to be a night to remember with a Co-Main event that will feature the promotion’s top talents in action against one another. The event is expected to sell out; over 100,000 fans are projected to attend the event live, which would make it the biggest drawing pro-wrestling event in over a century. We may be witnessing the dawning of a new era for pro combat sports in the galaxy, ushered in by two men: Morpheus and Omega of Cetus, who just so happen to also be the promotion’s aces.

Pro-Wrestling has a storied history across the cosmos and is a sport filled with tradition. Morpheus and Omega of Cetus look to add to that storied history and tradition by bringing galaxy-wide pro-wrestling back to the alien masses from all sectors of the Milky Way galaxy. Only time will tell if this new venture, undertaken during the growing days of a new post-war era in the galaxy will not only survive and succeed, but flourish.


So far, the future looks promising.
