Cross got up and questioned the official just for a moment but that was enough for Peter to recover a deliver 2 consecutive Kaasa drivers out of nowhere! leading to his KAASA TORNADO Finisher! However that was not enought to keep Cross down for the three count, and it was Peter who this time questioned the official which gave Cross the moment to connect with a hard elbow strive to the face of his opponent leading to a vicious double stomp, followed up quickly by another picture perfect shooting star press!
Matt Cross then connected with his Flag Pole Splash on the downed Kaasa for the three count and impressive victory. Matt Cross waved and thanked the crowd of a little under 200 people. He said that this is only the beginning and he will be back to delight of the fans."6 MAN TAG TEAM MATCH4 STAR HEROES & STEVIE FIERCE (Freelance Wrestling) vs. ROCKY ROMERO (ROH) GRAN AKUMA (Chikara) & DELIRIOUS (Chikara)
"A heck of a tag match that saw controlled chaos which give credit to official Bryce Remsburgh for that. Several near falls but the Freelance trio despite getting off to and hot start thanks in large part to Chris Castro and his muscle buster to Gran Akuma after taking a Yoshi tonic thought he had the match won but alas Akuma not only escaped the three count but made the hot tag to Romero who tore the house down no matter who was in the ring.
In the end Rocky would get Stevie Fierce to tap out to the ankle lock submission, which would lead to......."3-WAY ELIMINATION MATCH ROCKY ROMERO (ROH) vs. GRAN AKUMA (Chikara) vs DELIRIOUS (Chikara)"In a twist announced to the crowd the winning team now would face each other in an elimination which was met in a positive way to both the crowd and wrestlers, who went right after each other with reckless abandon. The FIRST ELIMINATION: Came at about 15 minutes into the contest when Delirious set up and delivered a second rope Praying Mantis Bomb from the second rope almost putting Akuma threw the mat for the three count!"
It all comes down to Rocky Romero and the masked Delirious and the two showed some tremendous mat wrestling and some crazy reversals to really stand even, until Delirious connected with a nasty elbow to the face of his opponent in the corner, dropping Romero to the canvas. The masked man then went to the top looking to come down with a splash BUT instead got caught as Rocky would be playing possum who would catch Delirious coming down right into the DIABLO ARMBAR Finisher right in the center of the ring with no other choice for Delirious but to eventually tap! Romero stood in the ring with his hand raised in victory to end the show."-END (1) |

JAZZ vs. SHERRI MARTEL"A standing ovation for two of the all time greats that have represented not only in women's wrestling but pro wrestling as a whole look to put one one more match to add to their historic careers and they did not disappoint.
Sherri started out strong with a picture perfect standing dropkick right to the face of her opponent who came off the ropes. Martel went to the top rope quickly and came off with a splash only to come crashing down to the knees of Jazz who then quickly applied a Boston Crab submission!
After a few moments Sherri looked as though she was going to reach the ropes to break the hold but Jazz pulled the Sensational one back to the center of the ring and sat back even deeper to increase the pain of the submission to force Sherri to reluctantly tap."SPECIAL ATTRACTION MATCH
NEVAEH (w/ Jake Crist) vs CHRISTINA VON EERIE "A hell of a match between two of the best in the independent circuit today, Christina took it to the Ohio native early who is just getting back into ring action after recovering from a knee injury and with her husband, Impact star Jake Crist of OVE in her corner Nevaeh was not only with stand moves like Dead Rising and a few sick knee strikes by CVE but deliver some offense of her own.
The people in attendance thought it was over when the killer from Ohio connected with her bridging German suplex but only for a NEAR fall. The two ladies would continue to counter one another for several moments when the tide shifted when ADAM THORNESTOW & LUSTER THE LEGEND collectively known as RENO SCUM came down to ringside and confronted Jake Crist who grabbed a steel chair in preparation to go to war with the two.
This distracted Nevaeh to allow Christina to come up from behind and connect with her 138 Finisher for the victory. After the match Reno Scum came into the ring and put Christina on their shoulders and celebrated as Jake helped his wife out of the ring and to the back." 10 LADY INVITATIONAL OVER THE TOP BATTLE ROYALORDER OF ELIMINATION:1. Rush would not tap and eventually reach the ropes but Nikki would continue the onslaught thanks to a spine buster and into her cutie special!
Rush would get thrown into the turnbuckle but catch a charging Nikki with a knee right into a butterfly suplex! Rush would then come off the top rope with a crossbody block but Roxx would kick out of the pin attempt not once but twice!
Nikki would get the upper hand on Rush thanks to a hard elbow strike and a splash in the corner right into a sit out spine buster! Courtney however to the delight of the fans refused to get pinned as she would kick out again but this led to Roxx connecting with her Polish Hammer strike that would finally keep Rush down for the hard fought victory. As Nikki celebrated her victory in the ring, Jazz is shown in the isle way staring right at her to end the show."-END (2) |

"NOT TO MANY STORY-LINES, JUST SOME GREAT INDEPENDENT PRO WRESTLING MATCHES THAT YOU WILL HOPEFULLY WANT TO SEE" OPENING ROUND MATCH-UPS BRACKET A LOUIS LYNDON vs. RICKY SHANE PAGE"The opening round of the tournament started out fast as Page was making his way down the isle Lyndon flew over the top rope and connected with a plancha followed by a rolling German suplex on the concrete!
He then dragged Page back in the ring and came off the ropes BUT got caught right into a ring shaking power bomb by Ricky who then went right into his CHOKE BREAKER submission in which Lyndon tapped to!"SAMI CALLIHAN vs. FRED YEHI"One of the most anticipated first round match ups in this tournament came and went within a blink of an eye which shocked many. Sami and Fred went face to face in the middle of the ring words were said including Fred's proclamation that indeed Sami was in BIG TROUBLE!
Sami responded with a smirk and a vicious chop to the chest of Yehi, in which Yehi responded with his Yehi special kick knocking Sami out on his feet!Fred then would show his strength by lifting Callihan up and planting him with a power bomb right in the center of the ring, which transitioned into his KOJI CLUTCH Finisher and Sami was out cold which led to the official calling for the bell almost immediately to stop the match!
Callihan after several moments laying on the mat after the match did indeed need some assistance to the back, as early reports would indicate that the kick by Fred earlier in the match resulted in a concussion of some degree"GREG "THE HAMMER" VALENTINE vs. RICO DYNAMITE"The fans popped for the legend Greg Valentine as he made his way into the ring which he acknowledged with a slight wave. Then it was all business as this was touted by many as a real stiff contest between the two with punches and forearms throughout. It got to the point of Rico applying a blatant choke on Valentine who broke the hold and began chopping the chest of his opponent breaking some blood vessels then delivering a falling elbow hammer and the FIGURE FOUR LEG LOCK Finisher.
Rico got to the ropes to break the hold and catch the hammer with a flying knee! Valentine would again fight back and catch Dynamite with 3 consecutive elbow hammers! FIGURE FOUR Submission, Rico had no choice but to tap out in the center of the ring!" CHARLIE HAAS vs. HAWAIIAN LION"Lion had the advantage early and often against the veteran thanks to a thunderous lariat right out of the gate that threw Charlie for a loop. ANKLE LOCK Submission almost immediately in which Haas escaped only to get caught via the Saito suplex right back into the ANKLE LOCK! Haas agian was able to roll threw the move and deliver a kick setting up a T-Bone suplex!
HAAS OF PAIN Submission applied! Lion escapes via the ropes but gets a super kick to the face for his efforts right back into the HAAS OF PAIN but again Lion gets the escape! The two slowly get to their feet and start throwing some nasty meat hooks to one another, just trading rights and lefts! A nasty few moments with neither holding back...when Lion took it to the next level by biting Haas right in the face!
Haas would respond with a sick kick to the face and a palm strike to the face of his opponent right back into the HAAS OF PAIN submission which eventually would give him the hard earned victory." STAY TUNED FOR BRACKET B OPENING ROUND RESULTS.... -END (3) |

"NOT TO MANY STORY-LINES, JUST SOME GREAT INDEPENDENT PRO WRESTLING MATCHES THAT YOU WILL HOPEFULLY WANT TO SEE" OPENING ROUND MATCH-UPS BRACKET B PETETY WILLIAMS vs. CRAIG MITCHELL "Big knees right out of the gate by the Freelance Wrestling star leading into a pile driver powerbomb! Camel Clutch submission applied but Williams was able to escape via the rope break! An exchange of right hands and Petey was able able to get the advantage and hit O' Canada!
Rolling Suplexes by Williams smashing Craig right into the Turnbuckle, Williams charges and gets a knee to the face and dumped on his head via a deadlift German suplex! Mitchell however would get thyrown into the turnbuckle again Williams cane charging in with a nasty elbow strike and got Craig down and in the Sharpshooter Finisher! Mitchell rolls threw the hold and gets Williams with a nasty elbow strike!
Petey responds with a spinwheel kick! Mitchell comes right back with a right jab to the face into an atomic drop/ back suplex combo, followed by several back elbows, Williams separates from the strikes and is able to throw Mitchell into the turnbuckle once again, and deliver a shoulder tackle...O' Canada and a Canadian Leg Sweep in rapid concession..leading into the sharp shooter submission for the hard fought victory!"GREEN ANT vs. J.T. LIGHTNING"Absolute dominance by Ant as Lightning got caught early on trapped in the Chikara special and really could not recover, it should be noted J.T> did escape the CLOVERLEAF Submission 3 times in the match and was able to deliver a superplex off the top rope but could not sustain any offense other than that as he would get caught in the CLOVERLEAF submissopn for the fourth time in the match which would prove to be to much as he would tap."JEREMY WYATT vs. JOEY RYAN"Right out of the gate Wyatt had the advantage after some brutal chops opening up the chest of Ryan who got caught via the Fisherman's Buster right into the K.C. Crossface! Ryan was able to reach the ropes for the break and went into the ropes and delivered a stiff knee to the face of Wyatt which led to his MUSTACHE RIDE Finisher!
Wyatt was able to get to the outside and collect his thoughts and as Ryan went out after him he got a stiff right hand to the face and a double hook face buster on the concrete! Wyatt then tossed Joey back in the ring and once again applied his K.C. CROSSFACE Submission for the victory!" DAN SEVERN vs. ROCKY ROMERO "A standing ovation from the home state crowd for the MMA and Pro Wrestling legend Dan Severn, Romero and The Beast shake hands as the bell sounds in a great show of respect. Then Rocky pokes his opponent right in the eye which led to a take down into an Ankle Lock!
Transition to the DIABLO ARMBAR Finisher! and in record time Severn taps to the shock of the crowd! Romero celebrates in the ring to the displeasure of the bias crowd as Severn sits in the corner getting checked out by the doctors to end the show."
