 "NOT TO MANY STORY-LINES, JUST SOME GREAT INDEPENDENT PRO WRESTLING MATCHES THAT YOU WILL HOPEFULLY WANT TO SEE" vs. CHRIS DICKENSON"If I may coin the phrase slobber-knocker of a match for the debut of both of these Independent stand outs! The dirty daddy got the early advantage as he showed off his pure strength via a Military Press Powerslam followed up quickly with a wheelbarrow German suplex for a near fall.
Chris would continue on the offense with a Dragon suplex which Crist withstood and began to mount some impressive offense of his own like his standing backwards moonsault...Dickenson after taking that blow would roll to the outside only to get caught by Dave via his diving halo over the top rope!
Both men would slowly get back to the ring and the two would trade open hand strikes until Chris connected out of nowhere with his Burning Hammer for a NEAR fall!
The crowd gave an applause to both men who just laid spent in the ring as the match continued, Crist after blocking another Dragon Suplex attempt by his opponent connected with reverse frankenstiener, dropping Dicinson right on his head to get the three count and victory."RENO SCUM w/ CHRISTNA VON EERIE vs. SAMURAY DEL SOL & EXCALIBUR"The masked duo who received the loudest ovation of the night when they got introduced started out off the charts with double team offense to a tee. At one point Sol connected with a Yoshi Tonic into Excalibur's ace crusher for a near fall on Luster the Legend. Even when CVE tried to interfere she would receive a springboard dropkick knocking her off the apron by Del Sol!
Excalibur would get caught however by Adam Thornstowe via a Superkick right into Mitchinoku Driver for a NEAR fall! Del Sol would come up from behind on Adam after the kick out and connect with his Samuray Kick right in the back of the head! DEL SOL DRIVER Finisher was delivered but only for another NEAR fall!
Luster connected with a forearm to the back of the head of Del Sol which led to a gut wrench powerbomb right in the center of the ring, Thornstone would cut off Excalibur from making the save to give Reno Scum the victory!"GAUNTLET MATCH CHARLIE HAAS vs. THE COLONY"Charlie demanded this match agianst the masked trio after what transpired in the four way match on Event #8 which the Colony gladly accepted....
GAUNTLET MATCH #1
Charlie started out with SOLDIER ANT who got caught off guard thanks to a low blow right into a T-Bone suplex to what Haas was a sure fire three count, which it was not as Soldier not only escaped the pin but fought back with a nasty spinning elbow strike followed by a suicide dive sending both threw the ropes and crashing to the concrete!
Haas was actually the first slowly to his feet and after Soldier went for a charging clothesline and Charlie ducked which led to the masked opponent to hit the ring post< Haas quickly took advantage and got the pin with a picture perfect German suplex with bridge!"GAUNTLET MATCH #2"FIRE ANT rushed the ring and caught Haas with a leaping kick right in the face busting Charlie open right above his left eye! A reverse TKO nearly got the victory for the Colony but Haas fought back despite the clear injury, the two would slug it out in the center of the ring for several moments, blood pouring down the face now of Haas who out of nowhere caught his opponent with not one not two but three consecutive T-Bone suplexes followed by a superkick for the three count!
Haas slumped back in the corner just covered in the crimson, exhausted...the official called for the medical staff to check on Haas who would have nothing of it, the official tried to stop the match but Haas told him he would snap his legs if he stopped it..the official and Charlie continued to argue when GREEN ANT came down to the ring and came up from behind on Haas and rolled him up for the three count!!!
Haas is full of shock and anger as the Colony come down to the ring and celebrate marching all sround the ring...Haas was furious and went after all three of his masked rivals despite the injury sustained when from the back LANCE HOYT & BARBIE HAYDEN stormed the ring and completly took out the Colony thanks to Hoyt choke slamming them all almost threw the mat and Hayden just kept delivering back elbow smashes repeatedly to the masked men who where totally blindsided by this assault."The team of Haas. Hoyt. Hayden stood victorious in the center of the ring to end the show! -END (9) |

"An opening contest that had everyone on the edge of their feet throughout, both ladies showing great respect for on another to begin the math but as it went one it very much got competitive and you could just feel it with every near fall. Ida had control early on and nearly advanced thanks to a flying headscissors dropping Danger right on her head!
Danger was out on her feet as she backed into the corner which really spelled doom for Martinez as she went in for a splash but Allison moved at the last possible moment and Ida crashed and burned head first into the turnbuckle....which led to Danger connecting with a flying knee strike coming off the ropes for the hard fought victory to advance in the bracket."
ROCKIN' ROBIN vs. APRIL HUNTER
"A standing ovation for Rockin' Robin as she made her way to the ring but her acknowledgement to the crowd was short lived as April took her out from behind with a nasty forearm shot to the back of the head! The two would trade stiff heavy shots in the center of the ring when Robin out of nowhere would connect with a standing dropkick and follow up quickly with a splash from the top rope BUT only for a pin of TWO!
Robin could not believe it as she looked over at the official that gave April time to recover to what she thought to connect with another nasty strike this time an elbow but the veteran played possum and caught her coming in with a elbow strike of her own followed up with a DDT but agian just a 2 count! Hunter then would go low on Robin and toss her violently outside the ring to the concrete!
Robin however would recover and would brawl with Hunter eventually into the first row of fans! The official would continuously warn the two ladies to get back in the ring but the two would just ignore the warning and tear into each other, after several moments of this continuing the official made the call to stop the match via a double count out..meaning neither would advance to the displeasure of not only the athletes who eventually separated thanks to some officials from the back but the crowd as well who did not like the decision...as LET THEM FIGHT chants rang out"
CHERRY BOMB vs. COURTNEY RUSH
"What a contest between these two fan favorites, back and fourth they went near fall after near fall for both, Cherry most certainly brought IMPACT to the match especially after connecting with her chin breaker and looked to follow it up with Bombs Away for a near fall! Courtney seemed to enjoy the physicality and pain she was suffering as the match continued and nearly broke Cherry in half via her Northern Lights Suplex!
This led to Courtney applying the Indian Deathlock submission, after a moment or two of sure panic and struggle Cherry got to the ropes and fell back for a NEAR pin on Rush! Courtney was in shock of the near pin and rushed Cherry who caught her opponent coming in wioth a Thesz Press followed with her Bombs Away for the three count!"
KELLY SLATER vs. NIKKI ROXX"Nikki has been on quite the roll in Absolute Freedom winning the battle royal at the Ladies Night Out event and having a terrific match with legend Jazz but Slater really had control of the match from the opening bell and would eventually hit her SKATE OR DIE Finisher but only for a 2 count as Roxx once again showed just how tough she is by not staying down!
Slater would continue to deliver offense only to be countered by Roxx continually getting back up, you could tell Slater was getting worn out the longer the match went..and it was clear Nikki was using the old rope a dope tactic! Slater was clearly frustrated and looked over and debated for just a moment weather to use her ROO-ROIDS! She decided against it after some deliberation and that moment of taking her eye off her opponent cost her in a big way!
Nikki would connect with all her might as Kellie turned around right into the Polish Hammer! Knocking her out cold, Roxx just collapsed on Slater for the three count to advance in one hell of a hard hitting contest."STAY TUNED FOR BRACKET B OPENING ROUND RESULTS....... -END (10) |

"The crowd fully behind Leva in this match as she yucked it up with them threw out, which seemed to get under the skin of Cruise who thought she had the match won early on catching Bates in a tombstone type pile driver in the center of the ring for a near fall!
Bates despite the kick out of the pin attempt was in real trouble as Cruise connected with a vicious knee strike out of the corner followed up with a sling blade type maneuver for another near fall! The end came when Cruise went to the top rop and looked to come down with another vicious knee strike but instead Bates moved out of the way at the last split second and followed up with her super-hero kick nearly knocking Cruises head off her shoulders to give Bates the victory seemingly out of nowhere to the shock and delight of the crowd."
SASSIE STEPHIE vs. EVIE
"Many say who were in attendance for this tournament said this was the match of the entire bracket under Absolute Freedom, for nearly 25 minutes these two tore into each other in and out of the ring. Stephie connected with her KISS MY SASS Finisher not once but twice and still could not keep the NXT star down, who showed tremendous heart and tremendous striking ability as she would fight and kick her way to several near falls of her own!
The Yakuza kick found its mark right into the face into Stephie who seemed out on her feet, Evie then connected with a top rope double stomp for a NEAR fall! Steph reached the bottom rope right before the 3 count came down to the shock of the crowd...Stephie slowly got to her feet and Evie lined her up for a missile dropkick in the corner but at the last moment Steph moved and Evie crashed and burned landing hard on the back of her head and neck which set up a vicious underhook DDT! to give Sassy Stephie the hard earned win to advance!"
TOMOKO NAKAGAWA vs. JAZZ
"The most anticipated first round match up in this promotions bracket no question and what a match between thwse two hard hitters, which the match itself did not last long because of the lumber thrown straight from the opening bell.
Open palm strike exchange in the center of the ring between these two which looked to give a busted nose to Jazz as the blood began to flow...that did not stop her however as she would get the advantage shortly after and deliver a sit out power slam for a near fall! Boxing punches in the corner would pepper the face of Nakagawa who would throw Jazz to the turnbuckle hard and as quick as a hiccup as Jazz bounced out of the corner she would get dropped via a German Suplex!
Jazz would however move out of the way of a elbow drop from her opponent and plant her with a head and neck jarring DDT for a NEAR fall! The two would slowly get back to their feet nose to nose and again begin striking each other with reckless abandon, The Japan legend would once again get the upper hand just enough to get and drop her opponent with bridging fisherman's suplex for the 3 count and victory"
THUNDER-KITTY vs. SAMANTHA HEIGHTS"This match much like the match before it did not last long but for a totally different reason as Thunder Kitty was making her way into the ring Samantha looked to get an early advantage on her opponent and went for a suicide dive but missed Thunder Kitty and landed horrifically head first on the concrete! Kitty quickly rolled Heights back into the ring and covered her for the three count. EMT's and officials quickly came to the ring to check on Samantha who was being cared for as the show ended in abrupt fashion."STAY TUNED FOR SECOND ROUND RESULTS... |

SECOND ROUND RESULTS BRACKET A NIKKI ROXX vs. CHERRY BOMB"Both ladies showed great respect with a handshake as the bell sounded to begin the match, some tremendous counter wrestling by both early on as the two seemed evenly matched. Cherry would eventually get an offensive advantage about 10 minutes into the match thanks to a turnbuckle smash which led right into her Heads Up for what would turn out to be a very near fall!
Cherry would continue her attack with a chin breaker but would get caught coming off the ropes flying dropkick square in the face followed by a leg drop and a cutie special knocking Cherry Bomb out of the ring and to the concrete floor! Nikki would follow her out and continue her attack which would be a nasty spinebuster on the unforgiving floor!
Roxx then covered her opponent back in the ring for what everyone thought would be a three count but Cherry would not only escape the three count but as Roxx questioned the official on the count she would roll up Roxx for the threee count and advance to the cheer of the crowd! Nikki was in shock but nodded her head to Cherry as she celebrated in the ring"CHERRY BOMB WILL NOW FACE ALLISON DANGER WHO HAD A BYE IN THIS ROUND IN THE FINALS OF BRACKET ABRACKET B LEVA BATES vs. SASSY STEPHIE"A hard hitting affair which in the end favored Steph but boy she had to earn it as Bates came out a house of fire, connecting with a super hero kick to a charging Steph to begin the match looking like she knocked a tooth out of Sassy in the process and nearly getting a three count!
Bates would continue with some visious strikes and look to finish her opponent off in convincing fashion coming off the top rope but instead she got caught in mid air and dropped via an over heasd throw and quickly felt the pain of a picture perfect snap suplex! Bates would take the punishment and fight back looking for a Yakuza Kick but Steph saw it coming ducked the strike and connect with a nasty neck breaker which set up her Lightning Spiral for the hard fought victory"THUNDER KITTY vs. TOMOKA NAKAGAWA"To begin the match Thunder Kitty had a arm band with the name Samantha on it in honor of her first round opponent Samanatha Heights who suffered a injury early on in their contest..we hope to have an update on her condition very soon as the crowd chanted for Samantha to the approval of both Kitty and her opponent throughout the contest. Kitty knew she was considered the heavy underdog in this match but she took it to Tomoko early on in the match attacking with several repeated headbutts to begin the match and delivering a splash in the corner leading to a DDT which nearly got her the victory to the excitement of the crowd! Thunder Kitty was most certainly using the crowd support as she continued to fuel her BUT she got caught in a nasty German Suplex which really was the beginning of the end as she slumped in the corner only to get hit hard with a sliding lariat to the face in which Tomoko dragged her to the center of the ring and covered her for the three count. After the match Nakagawa helped Kitty to her feet and bowed to her in a great show of respect to end the show... TOMOKA NAKAGAWA WILL FACE SASSY STEPHIE IN THE FINALS OF BRACKET B-END (12) |

BRACKET A FINALS CHERRY BOMB vs. ALLISON DANGER"A show of respect via a handshake between the two to begin the match, Danger would get the upper hand early thanks to consecutive shoulder blocks but Cherry would fight back via a turnbuckle smash followed up quickly with corner knee strikes in which Danger would take and shove Cherry away and go to the outside to stop her opponents momentum.
Bomb would not wait for her opponent she would dive over the top rope and crash into Danger to the delight of the crowd both womwen crashed hard down on the concrete! Danger despite taking the brunt of the move was first to her feet and chopped Cherry several times echoing throughout the building and tossing her back into the ring where she connected a flying knee strike from the apron over the top rope for a NEAR fall!
Cherry was out of her feet as a lot of people are wondering how she kicked out of the pin attempt after that vicious strike, Danger looked to finish the match and punch her ticket to the finals as she looked to tap out her opponent via the Lovelace choker! Cherry however would not submit as she was able to reach the ropes for the break, Allison pulled up her opponent after the break only to get caught with the cherry popper out of nowhere!!!!
Cherry Bomb crawled over to make the cover as the fans counted with the ref thinking this could be it only to get a two count! Some fans started chanting that was three but the match continued....Danger got up and delivered a vicious forearm smash looking for the Lovelace choker again but Cherry was able to avoid the submission and connect again with her Cherry Popper for the three count and a trip to the finals!" BRACKET B FINALS TOMOKO NAKAGAWA vs. SASSY STEPHIE"Another slobber-knocker, physical match up you will see in any division in any promotion as these two athletes just beat the hell out of each other for nearly 20 minutes real time.
Tomoko started out fast with a flying dropkick which lead to a basement dropkick crushing Sassy in the corner, the punishment would continue as the Japan legend would hit her sliding lariat in the corner as well for a near fall. Steph would continue to take punishment but refused to stay down and was able to turn the tide in her favor via a double ax handle to the face of her charging opponent in the corner leading to her snap suplex!
An underhook DDT atempt however was evaded and escaped quickly by Nakagawa who then delivered step up enxuigiri that rocked the Akron native to the point where the Japan star hit her FFishermans suplex with a bridge for a near fall of her own. Stephie came off the ropes looking to get back on the offensive attack but instead like many before her in this tournament got caught via the German suplex dumping her right on the back of her head!
Nakagawa quickly applied the bow and arrow submission to a defenseless Stephie who after a few moments had no choice but to tap out!"ABSOLUTE FREEDOM BRACKET FINALS CHERRY BOMB vs. TOMOKO NAKAGAWA"A standing ovation for both women as they stood toe to toe and face to face while they were being introduced. members of the KING of Indies promotions were seen sitting in the front row we thank them for being here as well. "No feeling out process as soon as the bell rang to begin the match these two went right at it! The speed and agility of both was on display throughout this tournament no different here in the finals as Cherry would avoid that deadly German suplex coming off the ropes and connect with a perfectly executed Thesz Press but Nakagawa would quickly throw her off and connect with a standing dropkick sending Cherry Bomb hard to the outside of the ring.
Tomoko would then go on the outside of the ring apron and attempt a flying dropkick from the apron to Cherry who quickly moved out of the way having her opponent crash and burn hard on the concrete! Bomb would throw her opponent back in the ring and hit her Bombs Away for a NEAR fall. Cherry knowing she has Tomoko down quickly went to the top rope and came off with a double stomp right to the chest for yet ANOTHER near fall!
Cherry looked to the crowd in amazement as she though for sure she had the victory...Nakagawa slowly got to her feet demanding Cherry to continue to fight and the two would exchange strikes with the Japan star get the upper hand on thinks to a vicious elbow strike opening up a cut right by the left eye of Cherry!
Nakagawa smelling blood in the water and literally seeing it went in for the kill and connectwith a lariat from hell turning Bomb inside out which led to her bridging fisherman's suplex for a NEAR fall of her own! The crowd stands in amazement as both of these athletes refuse to lose as a "FIGHT FOREVER" chant begins to echo throughout the building.
Nakagawa pulled Cherry back to her feet and screamed at her in Japanese which led to Cherry delivering an open palm strike knocking Tomoko back dazed! Cherry wiped the blood from the side of her face and went for a diving crossbody only to get caught right in the face a knee strike! right into another bridging fisherman's suplex pin for a Tomoko Nakagawa victory!
Needless to say a standing ovation from everyone as both laid flat on thier backs exhausted as confetti came down in celebration. Tomoko slowly got to her feet first and helped the bloody and battered Cherry Bomb to her feet, the two embraced in a show of respect as EMT's and medical staff came down to help Cherry to the back as Tomoko Nakagawa celebrated in the ring...we wish her the best on her continued journey in the King of Indies to be crowned Champion."ABSOLUTE FREEDOM WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE PROMOTERS OF THE KING OF INDIES FOR INCLUDING US FOR THIS PART OF WHAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE A HISTORIC QUEEN OF INDIES TOURNAMENT THROUGH THE OTHER PROMOTERS! -END (13) |
