Hoyt would come in the ring and just clean house with a nasty lariat to Brookes, Lykos would however come off the top rope with a vertigo DDT spiking the big man right on his head! Brookes would connect with a sling shot cutter out of nowhere to Haas who you could see the longer the match went the injury he sustained by Rocky Romero in Defiant was weighing on him
We can not forget about the ladies as McKenzie and Hayden tore into one another! An overdrive by McKenzie was thought to be the match winner however Barbie not only kicked out but came back with a nasty high knee strike for a near fall of her own.
The end came in breathtaking fashion as Brookes connected with a missile Dropkick from the top rope onto Hoyt who was stunned so much so Lykos rolled up the big man and was able to hold him down for the three count to the shock of everyone for the victory!!
Hoyt went ballistic after the match so much so that even Haas and Hayden looked for cover, Hoyt was a maniac he smashed Brookes as McKenzie looked on in horror with a F'n Slam dropping him from the ring to the concrete!
Hoyt was not done he then saw Kid Lykos and took his head off with a big boot...then press slamming him over his head out of the ring and into the second row of fans at ringside!!!!
Officials and security came storming into the ring as some escorted Hoyt out of the building and others quickly attended to Kid Lykos who after several moments was helped to the back"SAMANTHA HEIGHTS vs. THUNDER KITTY "Kitty extends her hand to Heights to begin the match only to have Samantha slap it away....when suddenly the lights go out and after a moment or two...they flicker back on to find TESSA BLANCHARD standing in the middle of the ring!!!!!!
She drops Thunder-Kitty with a hammer lock DDT than a DOUBLE FACE KNEE BREAKER Finisher to Heightsand as officials again stormed the ring she leaves the building as the crowd cheers loudly"TRADITION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH(C) MATT RIDDLE vs. JEFF COBB "A 35 minute masterpiece between two athletes that are at the top of the independent circuit, everyone thought the match was over quickly as Riddle hit his Brostroyer but Cobb was able to withstand it and escape the pin and catch Riddle with a shoulder tackle as the champ hit the ropes which propelled him threw them and to the concrete!
Cobb went out to get his opponent only to get caught via a super bro punch followed by a powerbomb on the concrete! Riddle went for the cover but to his amazement Cobb once again kicked out and stood toe to toe with him as they exchanged open hand strikes, when out of nowhere Riddle hit his Pele kick and got Cobb down and quickly went for his cross arm breaker submission.
Jeff would crawl and scratch to the ropes finally to force a break, both men laid in the ring exhausted, the Tradition Champion would get to his feet first as he looked to finish Cobb off but Jeff would catch Matt with a head butt that cut Riddle! followed by a pump handle fallaway slam, which led to a moonsault & shooting star press combo for the victory to regain the TRADITION Championship!
A standing ovation from the crowd as Jeff quickly went to Riddle and motioned for medical and officials to attend to a man he respects greatly as Riddle chants echoed throughout the building as he was getting help to the back.
Jeff Cobb asked for the house microphone to address the crowd as once again Tradition Champion when LANCE HOYT came to the ring and went face to face with the new champ words were exchanged when suddenly Hoyt went low with a nasty kick!! Then he took off his leather belt and began whipping Cobb over and over again until blisters began forming and bursting on the back of the champion...security finally made there way into the ring and force Hoyt out of the building to end the show"-END (27) |

"NOT TO MANY STORY-LINES, JUST SOME GREAT INDEPENDENT PRO WRESTLING MATCHES THAT YOU WILL HOPEFULLY WANT TO SEE" RISING SUN: DEATH MATCH EVENT-FIRST BLOOD MATCH CONTRACT SIGNING"Cherry Bomb & Tomoka Nakagawa are in the center of the ring face to face...the legendary Bill Apter welcomes everyone and goes threw the big announcement of the match. The two rivals refuse to not lock eyes the whole time. Both sign the contract with no words between the two just the continued stare down.
It should be noted that Tessa Blanchard was shown in the isle way watching the proceedings as both Cherry Bomb and Nakagawa left the ring...the match is now official for August 8th in Japan. Tessa watched each of them leave with a smirk and stare of her own.
Suddenly Samantha Heights took out Tessa from behind! slamming her head first into the steel guard rail! and then face first on the concrete! Officials stormed from the back to break up the attack.
CHARLIE HAAS (w/ Barbi Hayden) vs. MATT KNICKS"One hell of a matcjh between these two that got real physical as it progressed to the point that Haas lost a tooth thanks to a vicious lariat by Haas in which he quickly followed up with his HAAS OF PAIN Finisher BUT the 2018 MIDWEST MANIA Tournament Champion was able to make the ropes forcing the break which really frustrated Haas despite encouragement from Hayden at ringside.
The two would eventually would both connect with haymakers as they traded shots back and fourth, Knicks would get not only the advantage but eventually the victory thanks to his Wolf Fang Fist followed up quickly with his FALLING STAR Finisher for the hard 3 count.
After the match Haas would slowly get back to his feet and after a intense moment or two extended his hand to Knicks and the two shook hands in a great show of respect...then Haas asked for the microphone..and said that Matt Knicks is the future of this promotion and the future is here...and if anyone thinks that this loss has me flustered you got another thing coming, I been in this game to long to let what happen to me effect me to the point where on August the 3rd in DEFIANT WRESTLING Timothy Thatcher and Kraven have hell coming for them in Haas and Hayden...do you here me Thatcher HELL!
With that Haas slams down the microphone and the two out of three members of HHH head to the back."NO REMORSE CORP (ROCKY ROMERO & DAVY RICHARDS) vs. CRAIG MITCHELL & DOMINIC GARRINI (w/ Dan Severn)
"A huge pop for Richards who reunites with Romero but it has to be said that Severn's "Young Boys" were not intimidated as a matter of fact early on they really had the pace of the match and there for the advantage especially on Richards.
Dominic would avoid a pump kick and take Richards down with a triangle choke out of nowhere! Romero would make the save but pay for it as Mitchell connected with some big knee strikes followed up with a dead lift German Suplex, Garrinni then applied his Kimura submission but Richards recovered threw Mitchell violently out of the ring and climbed to the top rope and delivered a double stomp from the heavens crashing down on Dominic and even his partner to break the hold!
Rocky then recovered and the 2018 Sweet Science 16 Tournament champion would hit some nasty forearm shots in the corner busting the mouth and lip open of Dominic! Mitchell and Richards would slug it out at ringside as Mitchell would eventually slam Richards on the concrete go up on the apron and come off with his big man moonsault onto Richards on the concrete!
Rocky looked to apply his Diablo Arm Bar submission on Dominic when Severn and he had words which was enough for Mitch to get back in the ring and come off the ropes to deliver a sick knee strike to the head...BUT Romero refused to stay down for three!
Dominic suddenly dragged Richards in the corner and took his hand to "make the tag" to Romero who was slumped in the corner...Dominic then threw Richards in the ring as Mitchel delivered a Power Bomb Piledriver for what some think was a huge upset victory
After the match Rocky slowly got to his feet and was furious as the show ended" -END (28) |

"NOT TO MANY STORY-LINES, JUST SOME GREAT INDEPENDENT PRO WRESTLING MATCHES THAT YOU WILL HOPEFULLY WANT TO SEE" BARBI HAYDEN (Haas & Hoyt in her corner) vs. THUNDER-KITTY"A physical match to say the least to kick off the night, as Hayden looked to carry the momentum of her mixed tag victory with Haas at the last DEFIANT Show taking out rivals Vanessa Kraven and Timothy Thatcher. It was Kitty however that really controlled the contest from the jump, thanks to getting Barbie in the corner and delivering a series of nasty headbutts followed by chops and a sick DDT for a near fall!
Hayden then got caught off the ropes and taken down hard with a Iron Claw submission! it looked like Barbi was going to submit but as Haas distracted the official, Hoyt dragged his teammate to the ropes and put her foot on the bottom as the official turned around the hold had to be broken!
This brought out Samantha Heights with a steel chair in hand as she sat in the corner of Thunder Kitty...Hayden and Kitty would exchange massive chops in the center of the ring and Hayden would deliver out of nowhere a vicious high knee strike right in the face of her opponent leading to a tilt a whirl slam for the hard fought three count and victory!"*AFTER THE MATCH WITH HAAS & HOYT BY HER SIDE, TOLD VANESSA KRAVEN THAT THEIR SINGLES MATCH ON THE DEFIANT SHOW ON AUGUST 17TH WILL END THE SAME WAY THE MIXED TAG MATCH ENDED ON THE SHOW...BARBI HAYDEN STANDING TALL AND YOU ADMITTING IN FRONT OF THE SOLD OUT CROWD THAT YOU ARE MY BITCH!* STEVIE FIERCE vs. CHRIS BROOKES"An outstanding singles match between two gentlemen we have seen in tag team action in Absolute Freedom, Brookes started out quickly with a slingshot cutter and a near fall! That seemed to be a wake up call to Fierce who responded after the kick out with a slap in the face followed by a more impressive knee strike right into a Blue Thunder Bomb!
The Hollywood native then climbed quickly to the top rope and hit a sky defining elbow drop from the heavens for a NEAR fall! As the match progressed their began a lot of Stevie chants as opposed to the beginning of the contest where it was all CCK. Fierce however made one mistake and that was all it took as he came charging at Brookes who moved as Fierce crashed into the turnbuckle then quickly ate a Yakuza Kick right in the face!
That led to a Michinoku Driver by Chris dropping Stevie on his head for the hard fought 3 count and victory, both men got a heck ovation from the crowd after the match" ROCKY ROMERO vs. DAN SEVERN W/ Dominic Garrini & Craig Mitchell in his corner"These two rivals look to finally find out who is better in what some believe will be their last confrontation in an Absolute Freedom ring for quite some time. It should be noted that Severn told Dom and Craig to leave the ringside area and not be apart of this match! So it will be one on one! "The 2018 SWEET SCIENCE 16 Tournament Champion started out quickly with a quick elbow jab that caught Severn flush and busted open his nose! This led to Rocky getting the Beast in the corner and connect with several lariats over and over again! Romero then went for a knee strike in the corner but Severn caught in in mid flight and dumped his rival right on the back of his head with a nasty judo throw.
Then again with another throw this of the German Suplex variety dumping Romero right on his head not once but twice..a few suplex city chants echoed throughout the crowd...Severn went for his heel hook but Rocky escaped before it was fully applied and he came off the ropes with a picture perfect springboard tornado DDT for a NEAR fall!
Romero quickly applied his DIABLO ARMBAR and seemingly had the combat sports legend dead to right in the center of the ring BUT Severn would somehow withstand the hold and eventually make it to the ropes for the break...Rocky would then deliver a forearm and come off the ropes but this time get back dropped over the top rope cashing hard to the concrete!
Severn would go out after his downed opponent and deliver another German suplex this time dropping Rocky on the concrete floor! Severn then picked up Romero and rolled him back in the ring for the cover and three count! Officials and medical staff came out to check on Romero who was bleeding from the back of his head.
After several moments Romero shoved away the officials and stood toe to toe with Severn who after a tense stare down with his rival finally extended his hand in a great show of respect which Romero accepted as he waved to the fans leaving the ring to get checked out in the back"SUDDENLY AS DAN SEVERN WAS ACKNOWLEDGING THE CROWD AND ROMERO.....FRED YEHI STORMED FROM THE CROWD AND HIT THE RING AND ATTACKED SEVERN! LOOKING FOR REVENGE AFTER SEVERN ATTACKED HIM ON THE LAST DEFIANT SHOW...FRED YEHI RETURNS TO ABSOLUTE FREEDOM LEAVING DAN SEVERN IN A POOL OF HIS OWN BLOOD! CRAIG MITCHELL AND DOMINIC GARRINNI STORMED FROM THE BACK BUT THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY DONE BY FRED WHO STOOD IN THE CROWD ANNOUNCING HE WAS INDEED BACK TO END THE SHOW! -END (29) |

"NOT TO MANY STORY-LINES, JUST SOME GREAT INDEPENDENT PRO WRESTLING MATCHES THAT YOU WILL HOPEFULLY WANT TO SEE" COURTNEY RUSH vs. TESSA BLANCHARD"Tessa makes her official in ring debut for Absolute Freedom after making a shocking appearance during show #27 but Rush really took control early and often in the match catching a charging Blanchard right out of the gane with a T-Bone suplex right into the Indian Deathlock submission!
Tessa struggled but finally was able to make it to the ropes for the break, and quickly rolled out of the ring to catch her breath only to get blind sighted by SAMANTHA HEIGHTS who stormed out of the crowd and delivered a cutter smashing Blanchard face first on the concrete!
Officials stormed from the back and before anymore damage was done to Tessa the escorted Heights to the back and out of the building! Meanwhile Courtney dragged her opponent back in the ring...a wicked smile dawned her face to find out Tessa was bleeding from the forehead and Rush started throwing down hay makers from the mount position, Tessa was able to get her opponent off of her and deliver a short arm clothesline followed by a hammerlock DDT but only for a two count!
Rush established dominance again after a vicious forearm smash in the corner which led once again toi the Indian Deathlock submission right in the center of the ring...Tessa with blood continuing to pour out of her forehead passed out and the official called for the bell to stop the match...medical staff rushed to the ring to attend to Blanchard who after a moment or two got slowly to her feet and refused any help and stormed to the back
Meanwhile again with that eerie smile and looking down at the blood on the mat left by Tessa Courtney looked as though for a moment she was in a daze before heading to the back"TIMOTHY THATCHER vs. CHARLIE HAAS (w/ Barbi Hayden in his corner)"The war between H.H.H and RINGKAMPF continues not only in Absolute Freedom but multiple promotions throughout the King of Indies promotions. Give major credit to both Haas and Hayden being here after just hours ago being apart of DEFIANT #5 and finding new threats to their dominance. Regardless what a technical masdter piece between these two tough as nails pro wrestlers.
Thatcher had the early advantage thanks to a sick head butt knocking Haas into the ropes which led Tim to connect belly to belly suplex! Thatcher quickly went for the pin but only was able to get a 2 count as Charlie escaped to the glee of Hayden. Unlike Thatcher but he took his eyes for a moment off of his opponent and started yelling at Barbi and when he turned around he walked right into a superkick which looked to knock one of his teeth out!
T-Bone suplex nearly got the victory for Charlie and as he went for another variation of a suplex he got caught by Thatcher and his cross breaker armbreaker! Haas was in big trouble Hayden knew this and looked to distract Thatcher but was foiled as Timothy would not release the hold, however the young official sure got distracted by the screaming of Hayden. The official took his eye off the submission and went face to face with Barbi and screamed that she was gone from ringside!!!! H Thatcher broke the hold and went up to the official and screamed at him to do his job and pay attention to the match this enabled Charlie to recover and roll up his opponent from behind for the three count!!!"FRED YEHI & ? vs. CRAIG MITCHELL & DOMINIC GARRINI (w/ Dan Severn in their corner)"The crowd in attendance went crazy as WALTER made his way to the ring and shook hands with Fred as this Main Event was ready to get underway! Again it should be noted that Walter, Fred Yehi and Dan Severn all were apart of the Defiant show as part of the King of the Indies the fact they are stepping in this ring to compete must be commended,
Yehi and Mitchell just tore into each other, While Walter dismantled Dominic early and often withj chop after chop after chop along with a devastating slam on the ring apron! Mitchell faired a little better for his team getting a leg up on Yehi thanks to big knee strikes followed by a deadlift German for a near fall!
While that was going on WALTER went face to face with Severn both whom will be apart of DEFIANT'S BONO Tournament, the two went at each other and Severn was actually able to take the big man down! Yehi went to get after his rival Severn only to get nearly killed by the Bone Collector who caught him in a spine buster right on the concrete! Mitchell rolled Fred back in the ring but could NOT hold Fred down for the 3 count!
Officials stormed to ringside and took Severn off of Walter and forced the MMA legend to the back! WALTER was pissed and got back in the ring and cleared house nearly decapitating Mitchell with a lariat followed up with a big boot to the face!
Walter then looked at Dominic and despite his tag team partner Fred Yehi saying he has got it..Walter ignored the request and shoved Yehi aside and delivered a ring shaking POWER BOMB Finisher for the three count and victory...Walter stood alone in the ring with his hand raised in voctory as Yehi looked on outside of the ring only to get attacked from behind from Severn who dumped him on his head via a German suolex!
Severn then immediately got in the ring and he and WALTER went face to face with an intense staredown as officials made their way again to the ring to stand in between the two to end the show!"-END (30) |

 CHERRY BOMB DEFEATS TOMOKA NAKAGAWA IN JAPAN AS PART OF THE DEATH MATCH RISING SUN PAY PER VIEW"Reports are coming in to Absolute Freedom that what people consider the biggest feud in this promotions short history has grown to a fever pitch thanks to the actions of Cherry Bomb during their FIRST BLOOD MATCH as part of of the DEATH MATCH; RISING SUN PPV put on by gabe72 & @madkanter
Absolute Freedom has learned that Cherry Bomb will be apart of CARD #31 in some shape or form...we hope to get more information...stay tuned...also... JEFF COBB RETAINS TRADITION TITLE IN A BRUTAL STRAP MATCH AGAINST LANCE HOYT"Also at that event, H.H.H member and Absolute Freedom main stay Lance Hoyt failed at his attempt to win the TRADITION Championship in what turned out to be a vicious strap match....Absolute Freedom has been contacted and allowed the TRADITION Champion Jeff Cobb be present at our next show Card #31...stay tuned for more updates involving his appearance as well" |
