The Stanley Cup this year is between the Washington Capitals vs my Vegas Golden Knights. Who wins the Stanley Cup this year? Even though I should be rooting for Washington (Vegas DID Eliminate my Jets afterall) but I think Vegas will take it in 6

Don't follow hockey... Don't even care for it that much... (Which makes me part of a severe minority considering I reside about 15 minutes away from where Sidney Crosby grew up)... So... I'm gonna wish Vegas luck with his hometown team in their very first season and agree... VEGAS IN SIX! |

Since I was born and raised for the first thirteen years of my life in Maryland, I have to go for the Capitals. I think they will take it in six games.

I voted Washington in 7, but I could easily see Vegas taking it in 7. Fleury will be the difference marker one way or the other. If he can keep Ovechkin from getting too many, that will be the difference.

One thing I think is really cool about this year's Stanley Cup is that regardless who wins there will be a first time champion. I know Washington has only been to the finals once back in the late 90s during the days of Olie the Goalie. Good luck to the Washington Capitals, their fans, and their temporary supporters. But you know who I personally really want to win the Stanley Cup- the Vegas Golden Knights. Go Knights Go! |
