Better late than never to make the announcement of the 2008 Las Reinas de la Ring tournament! What is Las Reinas, you ask? The Las Reinas de la Ring tournament is THE premier bootleg tournament and without a doubt the longest running one as well! In this tournament, promoters can enter a female tag team of their own creation and see if they're the best of the best. There's just a few rules...
1. the team must either be of your own creation or you must have the permission of the creator(s) to use their wrestlers in this tournament. You can use COTG or LoW bootleg wrestlers.
2. wrestlers don't have to fully comply with Tom's creation guidelines but don't send in anyone that's too stacked. Cards will be edited as I see fit.
I would like to get 15 entries (last year's winner gets an automatic entry). If I don't, we'll either do three way matches or I may put in teams of my own creation to round out the field. I'd love if we got more than 15 and would arrange matches based on the number of entries. The tournament is going to be held somewhere around Christmas day depending on my work schedule so start submitting teams as soon as you can. You can either post your wrestlers, email them to me or if you're reading this on one of the boards, PM them to me. Good luck to all!
