Teddy Long comes out and makes an impromptu match as Hackenschmidt & Lewis head to the ring!
4: "Russian Lion" George Hackenschmidt--1 fatigue vs. Evan "Strangler" Lewis--3 fatigue w/Ed "Strangler" Lewis: Hackenschmidt was all over Evan Lewis before submitting him with RUSSIAN BEAR HUG. 5: International Wrestling Council(Pepper Gomez--0 fatigue, Antonino Rocca--1 fatigue & Ilio Dipaolo--0 fatigue) vs. Sicilian Mafia(Lou Albano--2 fatigue, Big Bully Busick--0 fatigue & J.J. Dillon--0 fatigue): Sicilian Mafia started the match by blowing cigar smoke in the faces of IWC, but it was IWC who smoked Sicilian Mafia. 6: Jr. Heavyweight Champion "Rowdy" Roddy Piper--4 fatigue w/Johnny Valiant vs. Danny Hodge--2 fatigue: Piper & Hodge began exchanging punches in the middle of the ring during ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta's introductions, and the crowd went wild when Hodge won the exchange. Hodge went on to submit Piper with abdominal stretch to regain the title. After the match, Southern Television Champion The Destroyer came out and challenged the now 3-time champion Hodge to a Jr. Heavyweight Title Match next week. Hodge accepted the challenge, but Teddy Long came out and decided to make the match 2-Out-Of-3 Falls! WINNER: New Rebel Wrestling Jr. Heavyweight Champion Danny Hodge
7: Vintage Tag Team Champions Brisco Brothers(Jack Brisco--0 fatigue & Jerry Brisco--0 fatigue) vs. Golden Greeks(Jim Londos--0 fatigue & George Tragos--2 fatigue) in a Non-Tile Match: Tragos backed Jack Brisco towards the ropes to start the match, but Jack grabbed Tragos for an upper body throw and a quick cover for a near-fall. Jack Brisco got another quick near-fall with ROLLING REVERSE CRADLE. Jerry Brisco tagged in and pinned Tragos with OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLL in a short match where Londos couldn't tag in. Gordon Solie interviewed Briscos after the match. They challenged former champs Dan Severn & Ken Shamrock to an Ultimate Fight Match next week. Severn & Shamrock came out and accepted. While they were wrestling each other, Angle dominated Gotch before submitting him with ANKLELOCK. Then, Angle was all over Thesz before making him tap out to ANKLELOCK. Finally, a bloody Inoki took the fight right to Angle before pinning him with ENZUIGIRI to retain the Vintage Title in a hard-fought match! WINNER: Vintage Champion Antonio Inoki

Hawk finally pinned Fuji after a third consecutive DOOMSDAY DEVICE with Animal. 1: American Tag Team Champions Stan Hansen--1 fatigue & Dan Spivey--0 fatigue vs. Tiger Conway Sr.--1 fatigue & Tiger Conway Jr.--4 fatigue: This was supposed to be a Non-Title Match, but Hansen & Spivey decided to make it a title match because it would be "easy money" for the champs. It was anything but easy as Conways took the fight to Hansen & Spivey. The champs made a comeback, and Spivey busted open Conway Jr. with POWERBOMB for a near-fall as Conway Jr. put his foot on the bottom rope. Spivey tagged Hansen who picked up Conway for LARIAT that knocked him out of his boots for the 3-count! WINNER: American Tag Team Champions Stan Hansen & Dan Spivey

George says, "I was forced to dirty my hands by teaching that hooligan Billy Wicks a lesson last week when I injured him for insulting my perfume. I have no problem teaching that same lesson to a masked cretin like you tonight!". 5: Southern Television Champion The Destroyer--5 fatigue vs. Gorgeous George--4 fatigue w/Cherie Dupre: This was a back and forth match where both men were bleeding. After the match, Monster Factory's Gorilla Monsoon entered the ring and walked right up to Andre. Sharpe challenged Andre to a match vs. Monsoon next week--the irresistible force meeting the immovable object--and Andre quickly accepted the challenge! 7: Bobo Brazil--5 fatigue vs. The Crusher--5 fatigue (James Beard Referee): Beard has been assigned to referee this #1 Contender Match to American Champion Nick Bockwinkel. Brazil was all over Crusher until he was bleeding. That lit a fire under Crusher, and he went right after Brazil. Crusher busted open Brazil before submitting him with CRUSHER NELSON. After the match, Lance Russell interviewed Crusher who lit up a victory cigar and drank a beer from a ringside fan. He said he'll win the American Title anytime Tricky Nicky Bockwinkel wants to defend it. Bockwinkel came out and told Crusher, "You don't have to wait long for the privilege of losing to me. I'll defend the title against you next week, and I'll beat you because you're just like these fans--a worthless bum!". Then, Crusher spits beer in Big Time Bock's face and walks away laughing at him! 8: World Tag Team Champions Road Warriors(Hawk--9 fatigue 7 Animal--6 fatigue)w/Paul Ellering vs. Blond Bombers(Pat Patterson--1 fatigue & Ray Stevens--5 fatigue): Warriors made Stevens bleed with DOOMSDAY DEVICE. He was able to tag Patterson who led Bombers to a big comeback. Hawk & Animal were both heavily bleeding when Bombers hit a spike piledriver on Hawk. Ellering tried to interfere, but Patterson clotheslined him and then disoriented Hawk with airplane spin. Patterson covered Hawk for the 1-2-3 to win the World Tag Team Titles! Fans cheered as Patterson grabbed a mic and said, "Hey, Ray, guess who's just been talking about us? Everybody because we're the champs!". At the announce table, Lance Russell congratulated Blond Bombers, but Bobby Heenan refused to congratulate Patterson & former Heenan Family member Stevens! Congrats to the Bombers on winning the belts Glad you liked it, TTX ! I was surprised at how that match turned out. Road Warriors had their way with Ray Stevens, but Pat Patterson came in like the proverbial house afire. It will be interesting to see how Blond Bombers fare against some of the top tag teams in the other territories.

Then, Firpo placed a chair on the fallen Steele's face and jumped off the apron with an elbow drop onto the chair. Firpo threw Steele back in the ring and hit knee lift to pin Steele. Firpo was celebrating his victory, but Steele recovered and attacked Firpo from behind! Steele grabbed the chair and wrapped it around Firpo's arm for a chair-assisted FLYING HAMMERLOCK! Steele released Firpo so medics could attend to him. Then, Steele ripped open the turnbuckle pad and threw the stuffing at the medics. Steele grabbed Firpo and repeatedly slammed his arm on the exposed turnbuckle before applying another FLYING HAMMERLOCK! Security pulled Steele off of a screaming Firpo, but Steele stuck out his green tongue and wildly swung his arms to scare them away. Steele went back to the chair-assisted FLYING HAMMERLOCK before finally releasing the hold and leaving the ring. Firpo was taken from the ring on a stretcher and is injured for two fight cards!
