...I can't properly thin a roster.
I even had LWF commissioner Charlie Cox run a PPV that led to someone on every losing team get fired...and after bringing in new talent I am starting my LWF Year 6 with 71 active male wrestlers.
Disgusting.

You just have a big heart and hate to see guys go without a virtual paycheck. Thats nothing to be down on yourself about.

Yeah...you're right. I mean, I have probably a dozen guys that I am just using as filler in larger feuds because I don't have the heart to cut them...*sigh*

Eh Tommy, don't feel bad. I use the official guys plus a few bootlegs *like the LOW Bootlegs and a couple of mine). It's time consuming, but I create another fed (like the NWA territories) because I don't have the heart to get rid of them either.
This way, I can incorporate everyone, but keep the rosters (from the different territories) trimmed.

I thought about doing that...kicking it off with a disputed finish in a World title match, one camp recognizing one guy as champion and the other camp recognizing the other guy...I may still...IF the right situation arises.

Not counting full time managers and lady wrestlers, my LOW fed Major League Wrestling (MLW) actually has a combined total of 118 wrestlers on its active roster.
But that's because my fed has 3 different major brands and 1 minor/developmental brand. And I like it because this way I get to maximize the number of official LOW cards I use without overburdening a single roster.
Major League Wrestling's 3 major brands are RAW (with 31 wrestlers), Smackdown (with 34 wrestlers), and the EAWA (with 29 wrestlers.) The minor/developmental brand is Minor League Wrestling (with 24 wrestlers).
To keep the rosters fresh, I have periodic drafts (at least 1 per year) and trade possibilities (and call ups and demotions in regards to Minor League Wrestling) between my different brands which are all inter-connected under the Major League Wrestling label.

In my Top Rope Wrestling fed I have 2 quote smaller feds of 8 or so guys each and that way I still use guys that would not overload my main fed the TRW. There are guys I'm not using, I just imagine that they are elsewhere till I add them to the roster and what not.
Note : I only run those smaller feds once a week calender wise, my main fed I run two shows per week...

I am bad about guys coming in and out of the CCW (which I have to post results for soon...way behind actual in posts for completed cards). I have my core guys, but with all the PNW guys, Shimmering Star girls, International Stars from Japan, and the NOTM, my roster has to be like 85 guys total. I mean, my core roster is like 25 guys, but I hear where you are coming from!

I still use everyone. I just try and cycle the pushes and who's on tv. So a guy might be in a feud and be on tv every week and then afterwards might get shuffled to the background and you might see him beating jobbers on tv but not really getting interviews.
Actually, the funny thing about my fed is that when I'm not doing anything with you is when you tend to win nonstop.

I use everyone as well. Sometimes I run giant cards, sometimes I just run a few matches. LOW is just fun for me, but it also makes it my most consistent fed.
