AEW All Elite Wrestling....
a new promotion seems to be heading up in Florida with in the next year and the early names on the roster can't be ignored as it seems the end of 2018 early 2019 will see many of ROH/NJPW stars are going to be leaving their home when their contracts expire.
names banded around are Kenny Omega, the Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes, Chris Jericho, Adam Page, Marty Schurll, Kazarian, Christopher Daniels. Michael Elgin, Jim Ross's name is hinted at being attached when his contract is up with where he's at. some of the wrestlers dissatisfied with their time in NXT are rumored to be heading there but no names were listed yet but maybe Dolph Ziggler who hasn't renewed off the main roster and maybe some Impact/Lucha Underground with LU season 5 up in the air as unlikely. names like Pentagon Jr. & Fenix were tossed around.
anyone hear anything more about this Bullet Club spawned idea that seems to have started off Chris Jericho's cruise?

There were rumors about something like this prior to the Jericho cruise but it sounds like AEW is a new fed being run by Jacksonville Jaguars ownership that is starting sometime next year. AEW recently filed for some trademarks including something called Tuesday Night Dynamo which to me sounds like a TV show. If so, I wish them well.
I especially liked the AEW trademark for Double or Nothing as that is for All In 2 rumored to be taking place next year at the Orleans Arena here in Las Vegas (and also teased as such by Cody Rhodes and the Bucks at the end of the recent ROH TV tapings here in Las Vegas.)

It could be good, but with that many cooks in the kitchen, would anyone other than the already top names get a chance to move to the top? As well, after a while, it might feel like, been there, seen that multiple times. Most of the matches would likely be good though. Would be curious if it would be a full time thing (basically removing them from ROH though probably not New Japan) or just an occasional show.

I want to see them succeed. ROH and Impact are the big league with WWE even with their pre-taped shows but if AEW can get a live show and avoid the glass ceiling and ego traps they could in a three year plan push wwe's dominance

Part of me expects this to be an elaborate work so that they can either continue to work ROH and New Japan out of more money they absolutely are not worth (don't hand me that 'american expansion' bullshit either, Cody and Kenny couldn't come close to a sellout at the Cow Palace and an Omega/Okada tag failed to sell out Long Beach...and then there's all the ROH shows in huge buildings that haven't sold out at all this year) or to ratchet up the price on whatever WWE offer we all know is headed their way in January because goddammit they can't start their own company if they work for us! Haven’t heard any more than you mentioned. This would be so awesome if it happened tho. It kills me when guys go to Vince. The names rumored to be involved could really make things interesting (as far as competing w the “E”). I would love for poor Chris Hero to get a new home.. Ziggler & Hero would be nice w those guys, for some new faces into the mix w all the (soon to be) former ROH guys. Michael Elgin as well. Hopefully Joey Janela (who I think has the most potential to be a star of any of the Indy guys I can think of right now sans The Elite). ROH should’ve went after Trevor Lee. God how I hope AEW happens. "Poor Chris Hero"? Yeah I'm sure he's crying his eyes out being paid a ton of money knowing he's gonna have a job for life as a trainer in the PC after his in ring career is over. Poor guy, let me tell you. I do agree Ziggler fits in well in a promotion full of jackoffs who idolize Shawn Michaels.

Ok he has job security. Cool. Can’t say I blame him. Just wish he had one good run there. My response was as a fan, as I usually watch for the action & rarely think about the wrestlers finances when things get heated. I mean I like seeing wrestlers I enjoy get pushed as much as anyone else but saying "poor Chris Hero" like he's being paid nothing and being treated like a comedy act when he's probably happier to be helping develop talent and still get a chance to show what he can do is kind of a ridiculous thing to say. Like hey, poor Samoa Joe. Guy just can't get a WWE title run. He should leave and go do jobs for Kenny Omega!

To do what? Be a jobber to Omega and Cody? I'm sure he's perfectly content where he is.

for about 1/4 of the cash. I think at Joe's age, he's where he wants to be.

Shawn Michaels and any of his clowns could work circles around Don Kernodle. And WWE sux. Could care less about how much money someone makes. I never watch anything for that reason. Stupid logic. Joe should go too. Wasting his time in cartoon land. No, stupid logic is wanting to see guys who are being paid well leave said job to do the job in shitty matches with Kenny Omega and Cody. Nobody here is watching wrestling 'because of how much money someone makes' but if you seriously think any of the guys you named should leave a job where they're guaranteed really good money and worldwide stardom that literally no other promotion can offer them just so you can star rate their matches higher because they're not in the fed, you might need to take some time to think about shit. Also nice shot at my username but no, Shawn Michaels and literally every one of the guys who ape his bullshit style of wrestling f ucking suck. I'd rather watch The Final Conflict over literally anything Shawn and the guys who try so hard to be him have ever done.

You're probably one of those fans who wants to see every big star from a smaller promotion in Japan jump to New Japan...aren't you? Somehow that's not the same thing as not wanting to see people jump to WWE despite New Japan literally doing everything possible to be exactly like WWE.
