KC’S FINEST PRO WRESTLING CIRCA 1920’s SHOW 14 KANSAS CITY CLUB KANSAS CITY, MO
(Promoter ‘Big Daddy’ Marco Epstein is in the center of the ring, flanked by the Associates.)
Epstein: Welcome to Kansas City’s Finest, the best pro wrestling in the Midwest. I’m going to get right to it and get the two masked men that have been a thorn not just my side, but the sides of The Locals in Favor of Prohibition as well to come out here so I can address this situation once and for all.
(No less than five constables lead the duo from the dressing area to the ring. As soon as the two men had entered the ring and the constables dispersed, The Locals in Favor of Prohibition and The Patriot make a bee-line for the ring. The Associates exit the ring and form a wall blocking their path.)
Epstein: Now wait just a damn second. We are going to handle this civilly for now, so you just hold your line. Trust me, you will have your opportunity to get things settled with these two men in due time. Now, let’s see if we can get some information from these two masked men. Please tell me who you are and why you have decided to interrupt my wrestling events and attack The Locals?
Masked Man 1: We call ourselves the Marauders and we have a score to settle. The Patriot came to Kansas City to enforce a federal law, which we support, but he has completely overstepped his bounds. His actions have been no short of mercenary-like. He attempts to forward his agenda with intimidation and violence, an agenda that I believe ultimately differs from the Federal laws he claims to enforce.
(The Patriot hollers something from ringside, but Epstein silences him.)
Epstein: Fair enough, but why parade in masks and attack from behind?
Masked Man 2: Tactical strategy sir, tactical strategy.
(Again, The Patriot hollers something from ringside.)
Epstein: I guess I can understand that. Patriot, if you please. I understand your fervor, but I do not believe your outbursts help this situation. I have the information I was looking for and I am not against allowing these masked men their day in the ring against The Locals in Favor of Prohibition.
(The fans cheer loudly.)
What I do have a problem with is not knowing the identity of these two masked men.
Masked Man 1: Mr. Epstein, if you please? If you were to grant us a match against these dirty, rotten scoundrels that parade around this town under the guise of supporting Federal laws, you have my word we will reveal our true identities posthaste following said match.
Epstein: Sir, I believe you have yourself a deal. Patriot, you best get your team ready because they will be facing these two masked men later today.
(After a few choice words, The Patriot and The Locals returned to the dressing area.)
Epstein: Now that we have gotten that piece of business out of the way, I invite The Associates back into the ring for today’s opening contest.
Isaias Velasquez & Craig Mitchell vs. The Associates (Bruno ‘Baby Face’ Moretti & Niles ‘Sozio’ Young) w/Biff Busick Velasquez and Mitchell used a blend of speed and power to gain the early advantage, but The Associates recovered and gained several near falls. The match continued and Mitchell was able to gain a couple of near falls. The Associates numbers eventually proved to be too much as after multiple successful attempts at interference Moretti pinned Mitchell after delivering a SIDEWALK SLAM on the hard floor outside the ring.
Billy Roc vs. Jeff King King was all over Roc and delivered Roc his first loss after making him submit to a BEAR HUG.
The Vagabonds (Robert Baines & Mike Jones) w/ Cymbal Monkey vs. Robert Orton, Sr. & Robert Orton, Jr. The Vagabonds never stood a chance as they were completely over powered by their opponents. Senior pinned Jones after a PILEDRIVER.
Mary Elizabeth & ‘Ox’ Baker Monroe vs. Heidi The Riveter & ‘Big’ Sue Jackson Heidi The Riveter has continued to spew her venom toward Mary Elizabeth Monroe and has enlisted the services of Jackson to show Mary Elizabeth’s father he should have never stuck his nose into her business. At 6’5” the big ‘Ox’ loomed large over the other competitors. The ladies started out the fight and it didn’t take long before Mary Elizabeth put Heidi’s shoulders to the mat for a three count following a DDT. The Monroes celebrated as Jackson left his partner lying, barely conscious in the ring.
Dasher Hatfield vs. Marion Fontaine Hatfield dominated Fontaine, but Fontaine held tough. Hatfield’s onslaught eventually proved to be too much though and Hatfield beat Fontaine with a Jackhammer.
Jazz Kings (Bobo Brazil & Koko Ware) w/Conrad ‘Special Delivery’ Jones vs. The Upper Class (Maxwell Jacob Friedman & Logan Easton Laroux) This match broke down after the referee was knocked down. While the ref was out, Laroux and Brazil waged a brutal war outside the ring, where a metal pipe was introduced. Brazil was busted open, but it didn’t stop this brawl. The ref eventually recovered and the action returned to the ring. Ware entered the match and Laroux took the fight to him. After several minutes of brutal brawling, Laroux finished off Ware with the GENTRIFICATION.
Dr. Sam Sheppard vs. John Abraham Lincoln Sheppard started out fast, but Lincoln countered with his power. Lincoln continued to overpower Sheppard, but Sheppard proved resilient and just kept coming. Lincoln proved to a be a little too aggressive in his offense and collided with the turnbuckle as Sheppard moved out of the way. Sheppard took advantage of the miscue and quickly rolled Lincoln up for the win.
The Marauders vs. Locals In Favor of Prohibition (Gavin Q. Volstead & Cammeron S. Sheppard) w/The Patriot The crowd was buzzing as this match started. They seemed intrigued by The Marauders and anxious, as everyone was, to find out who these masked men are. This was nothing more than a brutal fight as The Locals were brutal in their assault. The Marauders gave as good as they got though and looked to have this match won, but The Patriot’s interference prevented that from happening. The action continued back and forth inside and outside the ring. All four men were beaten and bloody by the end of the match. Volstead had just smashed one of the Marauders with a wooden chair and preparing to make the pin when The Associates hit the ring and attacked … The Locals. The Patriot quickly entered the ring, but a five on three assault was too much for The Locals to overcome. The beat down was complete as The Associates and The Marauders cleared the ring of the bodies.
(The Marauders stood in the ring flanked by The Associates. The Marauders looked at each other then slowly began to peel off their masks to reveal … Hugo Lexington and Dick J. Lahart. The crowd was in shock as Marco Epstein thanked the crowd for their attendance and invited them to return for the next show.)

Circa 1920's
EXTRA ... EXTRA ... READ ALL ABOUT IT!
SHOCKER MASKED MEN’S IDENTITY REVEALED
Everyone left the last KC’S FINEST WRESTLING event in a state of shock as the identity of the two masked men was revealed.
The event began with Promoter Marco Epstein demanding answers from the two masked men and the duo did not disappoint. They bargained if they received an actual match against the men they had spent the last couple of months attacking they would indeed reveal their identity.
“I figured I had nothing to lose and I wanted answers,” explained Epstein. “I had no problem negotiating the deal.”
The masked men called themselves The Marauders and indeed received their match, but what occurred could not have been foreseen by event the most accomplished fortune teller. The match was nothing more than a bloody fight that took its toll on all four men involved in the match. The Patriot could not be stopped from interjecting himself in the match, but what happened next left everyone in attendance stunned. The Associates appeared and attacked The Locals as well as The Patriot. The five men beat The Patriot and The Locals until the trio could fight no more. That wasn’t the last surprise as The Marauders finally revealed themselves to be none other than Hugo Lexington and Dick J. Lahart.
“I am sick and tired of The Patriot’s antics,” stated Lexington. “I have formed a group of men that will rid KC’S FINEST of those three pieces of horse dung.”
“I am happy to be back by my good friend’s side, fighting for what we believe in,” said Lahart on his return to the ring. “We will not stop until we force those three arses to leave town once and for all.”
In other action fan favorite Jeff King delivered Billy Roc his first loss.
“You can’t win ‘em all,” said Roc, “but I love the competition here in KC’S FINEST, so I won’t let this loss get me down and be back in the ring soon.”
Also at the event the father of Mary Elizabeth Monroe, ‘Ox’ Baker Monroe made his in ring debut along side his daughter. The duo made quick work of the team of Heidi the Riveter and Sue Jackson.
“I am so proud of what my baby girl has done in the ring,” beamed ‘Ox’. “I couldn’t let her have all the fun though and look forward to the competition KC’S FINEST has to offer.
Others gaining victories at the event were The Associates, The Ortons, Dasher Hatfield, The Upper Class, and Dr. Sam Sheppard.
It was also revealed that for reasons unknown that Dr. Sam Sheppard has resigned from his duties as ringside doctor and has presumedly left the Kansas City area.

KC’S FINEST PRO WRESTLING CIRCA 1920’s SHOW 15 KANSAS CITY CLUB KANSAS CITY, MO
(Promoter ‘Big Daddy’ Marco Epstein is in the center of the ring.)
Epstein: Welcome to Kansas City’s Finest, the best pro wrestling in the Midwest. Things certainly got interesting at our last event as Dick Lahart and Hugo Lexington revealed themselves. They are again with us today, as are The Locals In Favor of Prohibition, so that is why we have an increased police presence here today. Also today we have to title matches as both the Kansas City’s Finest Tag Team titles and Pride of Kansas City title will be defended here today.
(Suddenly, Epstein is surprised by the appearance of The Marauders and The Associates, who hastily make their way to the ring. All five men enter the ring and stand directly in front of Epstein. Several constables make their way to ringside.)
Gentlemen, I’d like to remind you of these fine constables surrounding the ring before you do something you might regret.
Lexington: Mr. Epstein, you have my word that it will not be us who cause an unwanted disturbance today, but you must also be aware that we will not hesitate to defend ourselves.
Epstein: Very well. I assume you have something to say?
Lexington: You would be correct. I am here to put The Patriot and our former mates, Gavin Q. Volstead and Cammeron S. Sheppard on notice. You have used your numbers to your advantage to this point, but now the numbers are in our favor. We are the Gang of Five and we will not rest until the three of you have been destroyed.
The Marauders (Dick J. Lahart & Hugo Lexington) w/The Associates (Bruno ‘Baby Face’ Moretti, Niles ‘Sozio’ Young & Biff Busick) vs. Jazz Kings (Bobo Brazil & Koko Ware) w/Conrad ‘Special Delivery’ Jones The Jazz Kings quickly gain the advantage and have Lexington in trouble. The Associates try to interject themselves, but the referee quickly puts an end to their interference and orders them to the back. The action then spills out of the ring and all hell breaks loose. The Patriot and The Locals come out of the crowd and attack The Marauders. The Locals quickly gain the numbers advantage, but The Associates immediately make their way back out to ringside and run off the attackers.
‘Ox’ Baker Monroe w/Mary Elizabeth Monroe vs. Nicholas Valentino ‘Ox’ made his in ring debut at the last event, tagging with his daughter, but he didn’t get much ring time. The fans are eager to see what this big man can do inside the ring. Monroe gained the early advantage, but Valentino battled back. Monroe was stunned, but eventually turned the tables. It was all Monroe from that point on. Monroe delivered the HEART PUNCH, but Valentino managed to get his foot under the bottom rope to break the count on the subsequent pin attempt. After barely making it back into the ring following being slammed on the floor outside the ring, Valentino suffered another HEART PUNCH and fell rather easily to Monroe.
Heidi The Riveter vs. ‘Big’ Sue Jackson Heidi was very frustrated following her match at the last event, stating Jackson did not hold up his end. She was very outspoken on how she thought Jackson was a talentless wimp, and it was no wonder he hasn’t accomplished anything in KC’S FINEST. Jackson responded by saying he had no problem putting a beating on a big mouth bimbo like Heidi. Not surprisingly Jackson had his way with Heidi, but Heidi did not relent. Heidi surprised Jackson with the Heidi Ho and made the quick pin. The fans were shocked as Heidi berated Jackson after the pinfall. Jackson seething, quickly made his way to his feet to face Heidi and grabbed her by hair. Jackson reared back as if he was going to punch Heidi in the face, but paused as the crowd gave a mixed reaction. In an act of mercy, or perhaps something else, Jackson released Heidi, quietly exited the ring and returned to the back.
Tracy Smothers & Zoey Skye vs. Gregory Iron & Jessica James Smothers and Skye were up to their usual antics to start out the match, but soon got serious. The duo wore Iron down after isolating him in their half of the ring. Smothers attemptd a pin, but James tried to intervene. She was intercepted by Skye and Smothers was able to get the three count.
Marion Fontaine vs. John Abraham Lincoln Lincoln attempted to recover after the tough loss he suffered at the last event. He would face some tough competition in Fontaine. Not tough enough, though, as Lincoln quickly dispatched his opponent with a THROAT LIFT SLAM.
Locals In Favor of Prohibition (Gavin Q. Volstead & Cammeron S. Sheppard) w/The Patriot vs. The Upper Class (Maxwell Jacob Friedman & Logan Easton Laroux) The fans were waiting for The Locals to come to the ring when all of sudden they appeared from the back, along with The Patriot, in an all out fight with the Gang of Five. Marco Epstein quickly rose from his seat at ringside, summoning the constables to restore order. Epstein also attempted to break up the brawl and inadvertently was punch in the mouth by Hugo Lexington. Epstein backed away as more constables appeared from the back. It was a struggle, but order was finally restored.
(Epstein returned to his seat at ringside, where he was tended to by Nurse Britt Baker.)
Dasher Hatfield vs. Dr. Jacob Omen w/Nurse Britt Baker Both men battled back and forth throughout the match. Hatfield seemed to have a slight strength advantage when the match started, but Baker administered Omen’s special elixir to him during the match and it seemed to increase his strength, eliminating the advantage. That’s all Omen needed as he eventually put Hatfield away with a JUMPING NECKBREAKER.
KC’S FINEST TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH The Jackson County Jeepers (Clean & Jerk) vs. KC’s Finest Tag Team Foreign Legion (Martin Scurll & Robert Mailett) The Jeepers were looking to right the ship and regain the titles. Unfortunately it was not to be. Jerk started out quickly, gaining an early advantage, but an ill-advised move attempt from the top rope led to Jerk being slammed to the canvas. Scurll delivered the GRADUATION then locked in a CROSSFACE CHICKENWING. Clean tried to make the save, but he was met by a clubbing blow from Mailett. Jerk was left with no choice but to submit.
PRIDE OF KANSAS CITY TITLE MATCH ‘Burly’ Bill Taylor vs. Pride of Kansas City Matthew Cross Taylor looked ready for this long awaited chance to challenge for KC’S FINEST’s top prize. Cross was also all business as this match got underway. This was a fantastic match as both men battled back and forth. It was Taylor’s strength that proved to be the difference. Taylor beat Cross with a SIDE SLAM to win the title.
(Marco Epstein, whose eye was nearly swollen shut, entered the ring and presented the Pride of Kansas City title to Taylor. Cross shook Taylor’s hand, congratulating him, but told him not to get comfortable with the belt because he’ll be getting it back. Epstein thanked the fans for attending and invited them to return for the next event.)
