(Promoter ‘Big Daddy’ Marco Epstein is in the center of the ring to welcome the fans.)
Epstein: Welcome to Kansas City’s Finest, the best pro wrestling in the Midwest. Our main event tonight is the much anticipated Pride of Kansas City title defense by the champion John Abraham Lincoln. I’d also like announce that The Patriot has been banned from the building. If he makes an appearance here tonight he will be arrested, as will anyone assisting him. Now, without further ado, let’s get to the matches.
The Jackson County Jeepers (Clean & Jerk) vs. Isaias Velasquez & Craig Mitchell
The Jeepers isolated Mitchell in their corner and wore him down. Mitchell was finally able to escape his opponents’ corner and made the tag. Velasquez held the advantage briefly before the Jeepers took it back. The Jeepers continued to dominate, almost toying with their opponents at times. The Jeepers’ over confidence came back to bite them as Mitchell eventually countered the assault and delivered multiple DELAYED PACKAGE PILEDRIVERS to Jerk. The action continued back and forth until the action spilled out of the ring and Clean planted Mitchell with a powerslam. Mitchell was hurt and the ref counted him out.
Nicholas Valentino vs. Dr. Sam Sheppard
Sheppard is usually more comfortable sitting at ringside and dispensing medical aid as needed, but showed he can handle himself as a competitor inside the ring as well. Sheppard delivered a running clothesline just as the bell rang then locked in the MANDIBULAR CLAW, quickly making Valentino give up.
The Associates (Bruno ‘Baby Face’ Moretti, Niles ‘Sozio’ Young & Biff Busick) vs. ‘Big’ Sue Jackson & Robert Orton, Sr. & Robert Orton, Jr.
Rumor has it this match was made as a result of Marco Epstein’s distaste with the way ‘Felino de Hierro’ Louis Lyndon was assaulted on the last show. The Associates singled out Jackson in their assault and brutalized the ‘Big’ man throughout the match. Both teams battled back and forth, but the focus on Jackson proved to be too much and Jackson was pinned by Busick following a Biff Blockbuster.
‘Burly’ Bill Taylor vs. ‘Old Timer’ Jeff King
It was Taylor’s strength that allowed him to keep the advantage throughout the match. Taylor beat King with a SIDE SLAM. The curious thing about this match is that Hugo Lexington was seen watching the match from the entry way.
Thunderkitty & Kimber Lee w/Hugo Lexington vs. Mary Elizabeth Monroe & Gregory Iron
It was a tenuous partnership at best for Thunderkitty and Lee in what was a wild back and forth contest, in which Iron was content to let the women duke it out. Monroe pinned Thunderkitty after delivering a neckbreaker outside the ring. Lee and Lexington began making their way to the back before the ref finished his three count.
Marion Fontaine vs. Martin Scurll
This was a brutal match that drew blood from both men. Both men used a weapon to batter their opponent, Scurll his umbrella and Fontaine a wooden chair, and that was before the ref when down to an unintended bump. After the ref went down, both men threw caution into the wind, using both a rope and a metal pipe outside the ring. As the ref recovered, both men were a bloody mess. Both men continued to brawl inside and outside the ring, mainly outside the ring. The end finally came as Scull caught Fontaine with GRADUTION to win the match.
Matthew Cross vs. PRIDE OF KANSAS CITY John Abraham Lincoln
This match began with a handshake offered by Lincoln and accepted by Cross. Lincoln was the taller and stronger of the two, but Cross actually seemed to use that to his advantage, countering moves and rolling up Lincoln for multiple near falls. Cross managed to disorient the champ with an airplane spin then quickly pinned him to become the new Pride of Kansas City.
(After the match Marco Epstein entered the ring and presented the title to Cross, congratulating him on his hard fought victory. Meanwhile Lincoln regained his feet and although still a little wobbly, made his way over to Cross and shook his hand, congratulating him as well. The two men engaged in a brief conversation as Epstein thanked the fans for attending the event, when suddenly a commotion began at the entry way. It was The Patriot, Gavin Q. Volstead and Cammeron S. Sheppard, being chased from the back by The Associates. All six men ran passed the ring, through the crowd and exited the other side of the building.)

You know Mad Kanter, this was my favorite card so far in this fed. Outstanding my friend! And not just because Matthew Cross beat John Abraham Lincoln to become the champion - which is outstanding unto it self and was a great match with a classy ending. The inside the ring action was tense and heated and the outside the ring politics and atmosphere suggest a world war. Great job! |

You know Mad Kanter , this was my favorite card so far in this fed. Outstanding my friend! And not just because Matthew Cross beat John Abraham Lincoln to become the champion - which is outstanding unto it self and was a great match with a classy ending. The inside the ring action was tense and heated and the outside the ring politics and atmosphere suggest a world war. Great job! Thank you sir. I wanted to change things up and concentrate more on the in-ring action for this card. The title match was outstanding and really fun to roll. I'm glad you enjoyed it. |

CLASSY COMPETITORS LEAD TO CLASSY TITLE CHANGE
KC’S FINEST PRO WRESTLING crowned a new Pride of Kansas City at their last event when Matthew Cross unseated John Abraham Lincoln.
The match began and ended with a handshake as Cross was able to disorient Lincoln enough with a hold called an airplane spin in order to get the pin.
There was far less drama at this event compared to previous events held by KC’S FINEST, which allowed many of the other spectacular matches to be the highlight.
Bill Taylor showed his strength in a victory over the always dangerous old timer Jeff King while the unlikely duo of Thunderkitty and Kimber Lee fell at the hands of the team of Mary Elizabeth Monroe and Gregory Iron.
Outside of the title match, the most memorable match had to be the encounter between Marion Fontaine and Martin Scurll. It was brutal, it was bloody and neither participant shied away from using weapons. Scurll eventually came away with the victory after delivering a move he calls the Graduation, which is a swinging suplex, in which he hooks under both arms to deliver.
Others gaining victories at the event were The Jackson County Jeepers, Dr. Sam Sheppard and The Associates.

Epstein: Welcome to Kansas City’s Finest, the best pro wrestling in the Midwest. We have some great matches scheduled for today’s event, including our main event. It’s a rematch between KC’S FINEST TAG TEAM The Upper Class, as they defend the championship against The Moonshin’ Men of Appalachia. Given the riff raff that occurred during their last match, I figured the rematch only fair. Speaking of that riff raff I can see the cause of it, The Locals in Favor of Prohibition, waiting at the entry way for our first match, so let’s get to it.
Foreign Legion (Martin Scurll & Robert Mailett) vs. Locals in Favor of Prohibition (Gavin Q. Volstead & Cameron S. Sheppard) w/Hugo Lexington
Lexington seemed to be a little on edge, as he has been dealing with a lot lately with his team trying to stay in the championship hunt, as well as what sems to be his differences with The Patriot. It was a litany of quick tags in the early going, but Mailett’s strength once again prevailed as he tossed the Locals from pillar to post. Some ill-timed interference by Lexington actually caused a distraction for his team and Mailett pinned Sheppard after a front suplex.
(After the match, a vociferous shouting match took place in the ring between Volstead and Lexington. Sheppard got in the middle and separated the two men, but the shouting continued and Sheppard ended up being the one to sucker punch Lexington, which sent Lexington to the mat. As Lexington attempted to gather his wits, Volstead and Sheppard returned to the back.)
Heidi the Riveter vs. Dasher Hatfield
Hatfield dominated early in the match, but Heidi countered and nearly pinned Hatfield with a quick roll up. Heidi continued her assault as the action spilled out of the ring, where Heidi was caught in the heat of the moment and smashed Hatfield over the back with a wooden chair. Once the action returned to the ring, Heidi went for the kill and scaled the turnbuckles. Hatfield recovered and tossed Heidi from her perch. Hatfield quickly capitalized and made Heidi submit to the SUICIDE SQUEEZE.
Maurice & Paul Vachon vs. The Associates (Niles ‘Sozio’ Young & Biff Busick) w/Bruno ‘Baby Face’ Moretti
The Vachon brothers have not had much success since making their debut in KC’S FINEST and look to change their fortune at today’s event. The have a tough test ahead of them as The Associates have proven to be violent and not care too much about the rules. The Vachons caught an early advantage and an early near fall after a QUADRUPLE FOOTSTOMP on Sozio. The Vachons isolated Sozio and showed some of their violent side as they brutalized Sozio inside and outside the ring. The Vachons delivered another QUADRUPLE FOOTSTOMP on Sozio and Paul went for the pin. Busick attempted to enter the ring to break up the pin, but was intercepted by Maurice. Moretti then entered the ring and began to viciously stomp Paul, drawing the disqualification from the referee. All five men continued to brawl all the way to the back.
Robert Orton, Sr. vs. Dr. Jacob Omen
This was a great back and forth contest as neither man held the advantage for very long throughout the entire match. Much of the action took place outside of the ring and that’s where the match ended as both men were counted out as they brawled at ringside. Both men continued to go at it after the bell rang and it took both Robert Orton, Jr. And Dr. Sam Sheppard to separate the two men.
Isaias Velasquez & Craig Mitchell vs. Gregory Iron & Mary Elizabeth Monroe
Velasquez and Mitchell isolated Monroe and concentrated their attack on their female opponent. Monroe had a lot taken out of her, but had enough wherewithal to dodge a turnbuckle charge by Mitchell. Monroe quickly rolled up Mitchell and gained the victory for her team before anyone knew what happened.
Jeff King vs. Nicolas Valentino
Valentino was all over King early, but King recovered. The action continued back and forth as both men tried to gain the advantage. King was finally able to get ahead and after wearing Valentino down was able to make him submit to a BEAR HUG.
Thunderkitty vs. Kimber Lee w/Hugo Lexington
Word spread after the last event that Thunderkitty felt that Kimber Lee disrespected her. Thunderkitty requested a one on one contest so she could teach Kimber Lee a lesson in respect. Fans also couldn’t help but notice the shiner Lexington was sporting as a result of being sucker punched earlier. Lee dominated Thunderkitty, but Thunderkitty recovered just enough to throw Lee out of the ring. That’s when things went sideways in this match. As Lexington was checking on his charge he was attacked from behind by Gavin Q. Volstead & Cameron S. Sheppard. Volstead and Sheppard completely destroyed the leader of the Locals in Favor of Prohibition. Lee was beside herself at ringside and it was actually Thunderkitty, who grabbed Lee and rolled her back in the ring. As Volstead and Sheppard worked over Lexington at ringside, the match continued in the ring. Thunderkitty continued her assault on a shocked Lee until the action spilled out of the ring and Lee snapped out of it. Lee went on the offensive, but Thunderkitty countered and battled back. Both ladies fought hard outside the ring and were eventually counted out.
(After Thunderkitty and Lee fought to the back, Dr. Jacob Omen, Dr. Sam Sheppard and Nurse Britt Baker all worked on Lexington before stretchering him to the back.)
Marion Fontaine vs. ‘Big’ Sue Jackson
Jackson’s ego once again got the best of him as he raised Fontaine’s ire by pie facing him as the match began. Fontaine was all over Jackson and pinned him following three PUGILIST’S HOOKS.
The Moonshin’ Men of Appalachia (Chuck Taylor & Jock Samson) vs. KC’S FINEST TAG TEAM The Upper Class (Maxwell Jacob Friedman & Logan Easton Laroux)
This was one of the most brutal matches seen so far in KC’S FINEST. The Moonshin’ Men were all business as the brought their rough house style into this match, but the champions proved to be up to the challenge. Both teams battled back and forth inside and outside the ring until Laroux caught Taylor with the GENTRIFICATION and made the pin.
(After the match Epstein entered the ring and handed the champions their belts as Friedman and Laroux shook the promoter’s hand. Epstein thanked everyone for attending the event and invited them back next time.)[/i][/i]
