Future Legends promoter prime idea ? Releasing three unreleased wrestler rookie card versions then in a few years time , updating them ?

McCord and The Texas Hangmen A good, solid mid-card guy and a great tag-team

As much as I want the Texas Hangmen, I went for Alexis Smirnoff and Black Glove Ted Dibiase

I know I am like never on here anymore, but I saw this and thought I would just throw in my 2 cents. As cool as color cards are, I always feel like anytime we are buying something NEW it should give us something we don't already have in another set. Different versions of a guy are totally fine but just color artwork for the same card is not NEW to me. I know that my point of view is not shared by everyone (or even popular) but it is honest.

I voted for McCord & Smirnoff I get what you are saying. A lot of the color cards have had their stats updated to hopefully be a better reflection of them. There are also those out there that only play color cards against other color cards. A bit silly but I'm sure those people are happy that we are getting some of these guys in color. I'm with you though, I'd prefer to get cards we've never gotten before. With the planned release schedule, we may only be 2-3 years away from color re-releases being a thing of the past.

Think it will be a little longer than that but yeah. I don't remember the exact numbers but I was looking at roughly 150 B&W cards have been released that haven't been colorized yet. 3 expected sets this year plus Promoter Prime every year. Essentially 4 sets per year, 10-12 cards per set. We're talking maybe 35-40 (maybe more, who knows) new color versions each year. I guess 2-3 years is a bit short but it might not be TOO much longer.
