Card #23 - Hyperion Craterdome


We are almost to the Solar Flair PPV event. The next card will be the last before the event. The four men involved in the round robin tournament will be in action in single matches. Their opponents will be a mystery until their match. Two additional matches have been added to the PPV. Saboteur will defend the Aethra Carnage Title against Grovel in a Cygnus Adamantium Fists match. Only the champ will be wearing his special championship gauntlets instead of the adamantium gloves. The other match is Fraternity defending the Cosmic Tag Team Championship against Wild Boys.


Murtak the Merciless is walking in a hallway carrying his flag and a do container case that we have seen before this one is smaller. He walks up to Commissioner Magnus Colby's office, knocks on the door, opens it and goes in. Before the camera can see much the door is shut.


Star Slayer vs Vacant.


No one can get any momentum for first moment or so. Then Slayer does and finishes Vacant off with Mad Mat.

Winner: Star Slayer by pinfall.


The camera is focused on the Commissioner's door and muffled voices are heard having a heated discussion inside. Finally a flustered Murtak comes out. When he sees the camera he puts his hand to the lens and shoves the camera before storming off.


We see a promo video for a new tag team coming to CLAW. A powerful team that has been making a name for themselves on the indie scene. The team known as The Enforcers. It consists of the wrestlers Galactic Punisher and Tongsoon. They will be looking to make a name for themselves in CLAW and could be a contender for the Cosmic Tag Team Championship before too long.


Adam Traitor vs Doomsayer.


This is a long match as neither man would back down from the other. Finally Traitor starts gaining a decent advantage. He hit Turncoat Flyer and made the cover for three.

Winner: Adam Traitor by pinfall.


Level Up vs Colossal Connection w/Oracle and Zealos.


Level Up were working Tortured Soul over with high flying moves and top notch double teaming. They just could not put him away. Then Player Dos missed a move and Soul was able to tag out to Agony.

The giant stepped over the top rope and went to work. Agony used his power to work over the Level Up members who used their agility to counter some moves and do a small amount of damage of their own. Agony hit Player Uno with a backbreaker and his team was victorious.

Winner: Colossal Connection via pinfall.


In the Future Shock suite Magnus Colby, Adam Traitor, Prime Colonizer and Minister of War are relaxing, having drinks and watching the show. Splatter walks in.

Magnus: There you are. Where have you been? We need to talk about your recent actions.

Splatter: What are you talking about.

Magnus: What am I...are you serious? (he looks around the room) Is he serious? (the others just shrug their shoulders) Well Splatter I am talking about your recent attacks on Ursa Minor and Epoch. What is the game you are playing? Why didn't you discuss your plans with me?

Splatter: I have no idea of what you mean. I have attacked no one. I've just been waiting to hear when I had a match again. This is my first time at an arena since my last match. I heard you wanted to see me so here I am.

Prime Colonizer: Man give it up. They got you on video. They know you leveled those punks.

Splatter: I'm telling you it wasn't me.

Adam Traitor: (gets up and stands near Splatter, talking in a singing like voice) Join me Splatter. They caught me in the hallway over Minor, it's wasn't me. They found me in the parking lot standing over Epoch, it wasn't me.

Colonizer and Minister start laughing, joining in with the "it's wasn't me" part. Splatter shoves Traitor and stomps out of the suite.

Magnus: Well that well. And you guys were no help. Did you really have to go and make him angry? I don't like him when he's like that. Unless I'm unleashing him against our enemies.


Murtak the Merciless vs Ursa Minor in a non title match.


Murtak seems to want the ref to check Minor for foreign objects but the ref ignores him. Murtak looks worried. Then he attacks Minor before the ring. An early Conqueror's Flag almost got a quick win. Murtak kept the pressure on. It took a third Conqueror's Flag finisher but Murtak put Minor away for another win.

Winner: Murtak the Merciless by pinfall.

Murtak is celebrating in the ring, waving his flag, when an unfamiliar music plays. Murtak and all the fans turn their attention to the stage. A loud pop when Euritar walks out. He just stares at Murtak. It seems CLAW has a new member of it's roster and Murtak a new challenger for his Light Speed Championship.

[Pariah]

Big win for Murtak to close out the show, but I think the Merciless one is going to be out of his depth when he faces Euritar...

Enjoyed the interaction between Splatter and his juvenile cohorts... Fun times!

Pariah @kevinb thanks for following and the comments. As I'm sure you know from following me my mind takes some strange and often silly paths. When coming up with this story line for Splatter I thought of him saying "It wasn't me" and I thought of the Shaggy song. As far as if someone is setting him up, well we might find out soon. I do not name my episodes like other TV shows but if I did the next one might be titled "Suns out, guns out".

Card #24 - Phoebe Civic Arena


Minister of War is watching something on a big monitor when Adam Traitor walks in.

Adam Traitor: Whatcha watching? Aethran war porn? (chuckles to himself)

Minister of War: (ignoring Traitor's attempt at humor) I'm watching the clips of Splatter's supposed attacks. I found something interesting. Do me a favor. Make yourself useful and go find Magnus and Splatter. Let them I need to talk to them.

Adam Traitor shrugs his shoulders, grabs a beer from a mini fridge and walks off to find the two men as requested.


Sly Drury comes out for his match. His opponent is the Aethran wildman, Mayhem Unleashed.


Sly Drury vs Mayhem Unleashed.


The match went back and forth for a couple minutes. Then Mayhem grabbed his chain and started swinging it. He was thrashing Sly with it. The ref was giving him some leeway as he tried to get Mayhem to stop. Eventually the ref was left with no choice. He called for the bell.

Winner: Sly Drury by disqualification.

Mayhem had Sly down on the mat when the Street Soldiers came running down. He escaped the ring before they could get their hands on him.


Mister Centra is out next for his match. He rolls his eyes when Agony comes out. It sure seems he drew the short straw as he must face this monster of a wrestler. Agony, being lead by Oracle, slowly makes his way down as we go to commercial.


Adam Traitor returns to Minister of War with Magnus Colby and Splatter in tow.

Magnus: What is the meaning of this? What's going on?

Minister of War: I've been watching the video footage of Splatter's post attacks.

Splatter: I tolds yas that ain't me.

Minister of War: I agree.

Magnus and Splatter: Wait, what?

Minister of War: Look closely at this "Splatter". Notice anything unusual about his wardrobe? He's not wearing any sleeves. I have never know our Splatter to go around with his guns out like that. The outfit is almost a perfect duplicate except no sleeves.

Adam Traitor: Well then who the hell is that?

Magnus: Oh I think I know.

With that he takes off.

Adam Traitor: Well don't bother sharing with the rest of the class now.

Splatter: He should have at least told me who's playing as me.


Mister Centra vs Agony w/Oracle.


Mister Centra was taking it to his larger opponent in the beginning. Centra made the mistake of trying to toss Agony out of the ring. Agony's strength was too much and he didn't budge. Then Agony's power started to take it's toll on Centra. After an unsuccessful pin attempt Agony lifted Centra and threw him out of the ring. Agony stepped over the top rope and hopped off the apron. The two men brawled for a bit. Then Agony picked up Centra and delivered a Demonic Powerslam onto the announcers desk, flattening it. The ref saw enough and ended the match. What shape will Mister Centra be in for the Solar Flair PPV?

Winner: Mister Centra by disqualification.


As Mister Centra was getting some help to the back Magnus Colby and Splatter came out to the ring. Magnus looked serious, even mad maybe, but he did give a slight smile when he saw Centra and the shape he's in. Magnus and Splatter got in the ring and Maguns pulled a mic out.

Magnus: Recently we were led to believe that my man Splatter had attacked a couple CLAW wrestlers. (crowd boos) Well it recently came to light it wasn't him. (more boos) It seems someone is out to ruin his reputation. I know who but I don't know why. So it is time to find out why. I am calling out the man who was really behind the sneak attacks. Come out, come out...Splatter X.

Loud murmuring from the crowd at the accusations and what it could mean. Could we see a Splatter vs Splatter X feud? Magnus and Splatter are watching the entrance way but no one comes out. Then the Jumbotron shows Splatter X, his arms wrapped in barbed wire sleeves, standing among the fans.
Magnus and Splatter look around the arena and spot Splatter X in the upper deck. Splatter takes off to get at him before Magnus can stop him. As Splatter makes his way up the stairs among the fans in the lower bowl Splatter X turns and disappears thru a curtain dividing the seating from the concourse area.


The Cosmic Heavyweight Champion Total Anarchy came out with his title on his shoulder and Oracle slightly behind him. The title will not be on the line in this match just like it will not be in his matches on the PPV. He and Oracle were in good spirits. Some of it probably due to what their faction mate, Anarchy, did to Centra. Their spirits faltered just slightly when Prime Colonizer came out.


Total Anarchy w/Oracle vs Prime Colonizer in a non title match.


Anarchy and Colonizer go toe to toe. Each man had bursts of offense. A major swing came when Anarchy tossed Colonizer into the corner and charged at him. Colonizer moved at the last moment and Anarchy's shoulder smashed into the ring corner. Colonizer went to work and after a Simian Skullcrusher he made the pin for a three count.

Winner: Prime Colonizer by pinfall.

Colonizer got up and pumped his fist then pounded on his chest before looking for the title belt. When he saw the ref hand it to Oracle he was confused. The ref reminded him it was a non title match and it sent him off. He started beating down on Anarchy as security rushed down to pull him off. While he is mad this win should earn him a title rematch. As for the champ, how will this loss affect him going into the PPV and the round robin tournament?

Medical staff came out to check on Anarchy. They tried to walk him to the back for more tests but he waved them off. He and Oracle stayed by the ring as the staff returned to the back. Chaos Supreme came out to the ring for the main event and stared Anarchy and Oracle down. Turns out there was a reason they were still there.


Chaos Supreme vs Oracle w/Total Anarchy.


Oracle would start getting some offense going then Chaos would counter it. Then when Chaos would get something cooking Anarchy would distract him by either yelling at him or grabbing at his feet when he got close to the ropes. The distraction would allow Oracle to counter. Oracle hit his finisher a couple times to no avail. When he hit Face Your Future for the third time he made the cover. Chaos's legs were near the ropes and Anarchy reached under to hold them down. The ref did not see it and counted to three.

Winner: Oracle by pinfall.


Before the show ends one of the announcers says a reliable source told him that a huge name will be appearing at the card after the PPV. It will make the show must see TV as this will change the game and be talked about across the galaxy. When the announcer asks who it is the first one tells him he will have to wait and find out with all the fans.

Solar Flair PPV - Sagitta Forum


The announcers welcome everyone to the Sagitta Forum and the Solar Flair PPV. Music starts playing and out walks Vanity. The crowd cheers as he makes his way to the announcers table to join them. Then it is time for the first match of the PPV and the round robin tournament.


Total Anarchy vs Sly Drury.


A reminder that the Cosmic title is not on the line. The match was even for a minute or so then Anarchy started thrashing Sly. He applied Gehenna's Gate and when it looked like Sly might escape to turned it into a pinning attempt. A short while later he repeated the attempts and this time he got the pin.

Winner: Total Anarchy by pinfall.


Vanity gives props to Anarchy's special ring attire for the PPV while mocking Sly's duster.


Chaos Supreme w/Magnus vs Mister Centra.


These two had faced once before. It was a short match that ended in a DQ when Chaos went to far in a brawl on the floor. This match was not a repeat. The action went back and forth. Centra hit Vector One Verve, not very solid though, but it must have surprised Chaos as Centra was able to get the three count.

Winner: Mister Centra by pinfall.


After first round of the tournament Total Anarchy and Mister Centra are 1-0 while Chaos Supreme and Sly Drury are 0-1.


A promo video for the next PPV event, Conquest. It shows clips of battles thru the ages. "Who will conquer and who will be conquered?"


Saboteur vs Grovel in a Cygnus Adamantium Fists match for the Aethra Carnage Title.


Grovel came down wearing adamantium gloves. Saboteur was wearing his championship gauntlets. Vanity made a comment on how chic Saboteur's look was.
When these two met before it was a short almost one sided match. That did not happen this time. This match was a pure war. Early on Grovel had the champ in trouble. He kept stomping on Saboteur and slamming his head into the mat.

Saboteur turned things around when while on defense he hit Tripwire. He used a few more to start wearing Grovel down. Both men were bleeding near the end of the match. Finally after Saboteur hit a fifth Tripwire Grovel was unable to get up thus ending the match.

Winner: Saboteur to retain the Aethra Carnage Title.

Both men are completely exhausted after the match. Medical staff personnel come down to check on them as the fans clap for them and the match they put on. Saboteur crawls over to Grovel. The champ shakes his hand and then the two men embrace. That gets louder applause from the fans.


As we see a replay of the highlights from the last match Vanity says that match made him happy to be retired. Now it's time for second go around of the round robin tournament.


Mister Centra vs Sly Drury.


Sly seemed a bit slower in this match. Perhaps still feeling the effects of his first match. Centra rolled and finished Sly with a skull smasher. Mister Centra was now 2-0.

Winner: Mister Centra by pinfall.


Total Anarchy vs Chaos Supreme w/Magnus.


Chaos got Anarchy into Bow of Defeat a couple times but the Cosmic champion fought out of it. Anarchy then went for his finisher. When he didn't get the submission or pin he went right ahead and tried Gehenna's Gate again. This time he got the win.

Winner: Total Anarchy by pinfall.


Anarchy and Centra well meet in the final go around with the winner winning the round robin as both are 2-0. Chaos Supreme was yelling at Magnus Colby after the match. Chaos was upset that Magnus did nothing to help him. Magnus is trying to plead his case but Chaos is not having it.


Fraternity vs Wild Boys w/Doomsayer for the Cosmic Tag Team Championship.


A good match that saw momentum go back and forth. When Nebula got Revolver in Cetus Sleeper for a second time he started to fade. Evolution was about to try and make a save when Doomsayer stopped him. The ref raised Revolver's arm three times and three times it fell.

Winner: Fraternity by submission to retain the Cosmic Tag Team Championship.

Both teams shake hands after the match. Wild Boys and Doomsayer leave as the champs hit the turnbuckles to celebrate. When the champs finally started to return to the back they were met on the stage by The Enforcers. Both teams stared at each other then The Enforcers extended their hands. Fraternity looked at each other then shook the other teams hands. The Enforcers then point at the championship belts and their wrists to say "just a matter of time" before they went to the back leaving the champions to ponder what happened.


Speaking of time it's time for final go around of the tournament.


Chaos Supreme vs Sly Drury.


The announcers and Vanity are talking about the fact Magnus is not with Chaos. They don't talk about it for long however as Chaos runs the last couple yards, slides in the ring and attacks Sly.

Chaos is a savage in the match. He is beating Sly all around the ring. Sly gets in little offense but he does not go down easy. He survives Bow of Defeat of a few occasions. While on the floor Chaos whips Sly into a ring post. Sly's head cracks into it and he is busted open. Back in the ring Chaos applies his finisher again. Sly tries to hold out but he finally taps.

Winner: Chaos Supreme via submission.

Right after the bell Chaos releases the hold and storms off to the back. At least he can say he avoided being swept. Now it's time for the final match of the PPV.


Mister Centra vs Total Anarchy.


Centra started hot but it didn't last long. Anarchy was rocking and had Centra on his heels. Then just like in his first two matches Anarchy had to hit his finisher twice and on the second one he got the pin.

Winner: Total Anarchy by pinfall.

So the Cosmic Heavyweight Champion won the round robin in a clean sweep. After beating three of the top men in CLAW Total Anarchy looks unbeatable. Can anyone threaten his title reign?

Card #25 - New Globe Theater


A stretch black limo pulls into the back loading dock area. We see the chauffeur then the camera moves to see who's in the back but of course the windows are tinted.

While one of the announcers was wondering who it could be the other one said he told everyone someone big was coming tonight. He says soon everyone will know who it is.


Splatter vs Cringe.


This was no technical masterpiece. It was as expected a slug fest and a brawl. Splatter didn't seemed concerned with winning as he grabbed Arsenal and introduced her to Cringe. It was right in front of the ref thus ending the match.

Winner: Cringe via disqualification.

Splatter just smacked Arsenal into Cringe a couple more times. He turned to leave then stopped. He turned to look down at Cringe and seemed he was about to go back for more. That is when the Jumbotron came on. We see Darkest Justice laid out in a locker room. The camera pulls back and we see Splatter X. He shows his fist and he's wearing his barbed wire wrapped brass knuckles. They seem to be coated in blood. Splatter growls loudly then jumps out of the ring and takes off running.


A recap video of the Solar Flair PPV. The focus on Total Anarchy winning the round robin tournament. But also on the Aethra Carnage Title match that was a brutal war. Then we get a shot of the limo in back.


The Enforcers vs Blue Chip and Vacant.


The Enforcers CLAW debut. They were looking to impress people with a dominating performance but their opponents had other ideas. Chip and Tongsoon started the action and Chip used his solid wrestling background to take control. Chip made the mistake of getting to close to the larger man once and Tongsoon used his power to start bashing down Chip.

Tongsoon tagged in Punisher who went to work. After a couple minutes Chip made a desperate tag and Vacant tore into Punisher. The momentum his savage outburst created was short lived. The Enforcers used tag to stay fresh. They hit It's Just Business but Vacant kicked out. A bit later when they hit it again a second time he could not kick out. Vacant seemed upset at Chip for not making a save attempt.

Winner: The Enforcers by pinfall.


Chaos Supreme is lifting weights, an impressive amount it seems, when Magnus Colby comes in.

Magnus Colby: There you are. I need your help. Splatter has gone off looking for Splatter X, who attacked Justice, and I don't know where he is. You need to help me find him and subdue him before things get out of hand.

After a couple more reps Chaos stops, sits up on the weight bench, wipes down with a towel and gives a mean look at Magnus.

Chaos Supreme: I don't have to do squat for you. Since you have not done anything for me here in CLAW. I have no title. I didn't win the round robin at Solar Flair. In fact I can think of only one thing you HAVE done. Take 33% of my earnings. Well I'm gonna fix that...all of that. That is all I have to do.

Chaos stands up, tosses his towel at Colby which covers his head and walks off. Colby stands there a bit motionless. Then he removes the towel and has a look of utter shock. He tosses the towel on the camera making the shot got dark.


Doomsayer vs Zealos w/Oracle.


Oracle's man had the advantage early on but Doomsayer fought back. Doomsayer hit Brain Games but only got a two count. Feeling Zealos was ripe for the picking he went right ahead and hit a second straight finisher and secured the win.

Winner: Doomsayer by pinfall.


We see the chauffeur get out of the limo and walk to the back to open the door. Someone gets out but they are slightly blocked by the door and chauffeur. He comes into view and it's an unbelievable sight. It is a living wrestling legend. None other than...ENDGAME! He is wearing an expensive tailored light gray suit. He straightens out his suit and starts to walk. One of CLAW's TV producers walks up and walks along Endgame talking to him as they go. Why is he here and what does this mean for the roster?


Euritar vs US Patriot II.


This was Euritar's in ring debut for CLAW. He started strong showing off his high flying ability. US being no slouch fought back as he tried to ruin Euritar's debut. It was not to happen as Euritar got going again. He hit a cartwheel hurricanrana and almost got the three. He didn't let US catch his breath as he followed it up with a sweet Hero's Law to pick up the debut victory. Euritar helps US to his feet after and the two of them shake hands.

Winner: Euritar by pinfall.

Eurita and US Patriot II are walking to the back when music starts playing. Out walks Endgame. The three men meet on the ramp. They talk a short bit before shaking hands. The two younger wrestler return to the back as the vet makes his way to the ring grabbing a mic on the way.

Endgame: I will try and make this short. You know who I am but you don't know why I'm here. Well once upon a time I was a top wrestler that the fans could look up to. ( a "you still are" chant starts to which Endgame smiles before motioning for the fans to lower the volume so he can continue) Thank you. However thanks to Black Death and my own inner demons and anger issues I went down a dark path. Well I want to make it up to all you wonderful fans. I plan on fighting the good fight and battle evil. Thus I have come to CLAW. Be it Future Shock with Chaos Supreme and the rest, Sly Drury and his Diamond Elite or Oracle and his "Church of Truth" there is plenty for me to battle against. I look forward to the challenge and regaining the trust of the fans.

With that he returns the mic, waves to the fans who cheer and then takes his leave.
