RIP to CZW photographer and our fellow boardmember Lyle C. Williams. I heard the sad news about Lyle just as I was boarding a plane to return home to Las Vegas after spending the past 3 days in Washington state. Lyle was an awesome friend both to talk to online for many years and in person (CZW's Tournament of Death 2014 and Galacticon 2016) and he made many important contributions to the game such as CZW signings. I knew he has some health issues this year but I was really hoping to see him again next month when Galacticon returns to the Philadelphia area. RIP Lyle, you will be missed my friend.

Did not know he was involved here. Saw some wrestlers on Twitter mention his passing. Sad news.

I remember Lyle as well. RIP, my friend. This year's hardcore tournament at Galacticon will be named in your honor.

Very sad news. Lyle was certainly one of the good ones. Was glad he got to come to one GalactiCon and as Troy said we will be sure to honor him this year.
I first met Lyle at my first Chikara show at the ECW arena in October 2008. We had recently released the first Legends of the Future and Lyle had supplied some pictures for the cover. I saw a photographer and thought it may be Lyle and introduced myself and he was extremely friendly and expressed how much he liked the cards. After that every show I went to I always made sure that every break in the action I had I chatted with him. He helped introduce me to tons of guys over the years including Bryan Danielson, and took the picture of us together at KOT 2009.
Lyle was very instrumental in helping with the early years of FG Indie Wrestling sets and I will always be thankful to him for that. I'm also thrilled that I got to make a game card for him, with art by Werner that he loved. Rest in Peace Lyle, you will be missed.

Condolences to those who knew him well and I am saddened to hear of the loss of one our community. Whether any of us ever meet in person or not. Our relationships (even electronically) are forged with our united passion for pro wrestling and the card game that celebrates it. I am grateful for Lyle's contributions to the community and to the cards sets and wrestlers he was able to bring to the game and to all of us. He will be missed and our community was made even better because of him. I also want to make it known that everyone in this community matters. And it is sad to see any of our ranks leave the game whether by choice or when our time on this earth is through. Rest in Peace Lyle and thank you.

I had never met Lyle but enjoyed the few online conversations I had with him. Despite not really knowing him personally, I was still saddened to hear of his passing. I know he has meant a lot to many in this community and the wrestling community at large. RIP

Very sad to hear. I remember seeing him at multiple shows at ECW Arena and specifically helping TM trying to get signings at a Chikara show (I think maybe the first Chikarasauras Rex and Trios weekends). Thanks for all your contributions and Rest In Peace, Friend.

Always nice to hear the memories of Lyle who was taken too soon so there could be a great photographer in Heaven.
