I will be going to PWG's 16th Anniversary weekend next month (I will probably ride over with my friend Alex who works at PWG,) the lineup:

It does of course. Still, SSB probably makes people think of them as faces so I can see why they changed it.

I honestly doubt Nintendo would have noticed. The federations they've been in aren't large enough to attract attention.
