This was a really good PPV. The 4 man X division opening match showed the greatness of the division. A small thing I liked is they would tease the multiple man move out of the counter but it would be countered. I might be wrong but don't think they ever really hit one which was nice.
The Triple Threat tag team title match was wild. All three teams showed they can hang with anyone. Rumor is LAX is leaving. I hope not but they are set if so. Tag action has been the best this year that it's been in years.
KO Monsters ball title match was brutal. All four ladies went out there and tore it up. The KO division like the tag, and X for that matter, had been built up nicely and is stacked. Hope to see more matches from these four.
First blood between Kross and Eddie was good but not great. During the match I was thinking how this most catches the idea of wrestling. Trying to look like you are hurting your opponent without doing real damage. I mean one wrong move and you end up causing the match end early. You have to look like trying to make your opponent bleed without doing it. At least not till it's supposed to happen. And the right guy needs to bleed.
Moose vs RVD was solid for what it was. While Moose is not the best in the ring he is good and can do some impressive things. He needs to win the World title in next year. Maybe he can bring some attention as former NFL player winning the World title.
X division match was good. Felt a bit down to me when compared to other matches but still enjoyable. Bit surprised with the finish.
World title match was amazing. Two hosses that smacked the crap out of each other but also showed agility especially for guys for their size. The pin was underwhelming but I see why they went that way. A masked man came in hit Elgin with a Gore when Elgin was going after Don Calis. Everyone on Twitter says it is Rhino but I think it was Glenn Gilbertti lol. In seriousness not sure why he was masked. I just wonder if Don is putting together a group. Maybe tied into his ECW connections.
Main event was Sami vs Tessa. They told a good story and some decent wrestling. One issue I have is I've said intergender to me is not much different then Rey Mysterio taking on Nash of Big Show. Well what Rey did to even things is attack the legs. I wish Tessa did that some. Otherwise it was an enjoyable match.
Overall this reminded me of WCW at it's peak, a time that is my favorite. It had a bit of everything. High flyers doing amazing athletic moves. Hardcore ass kicking matches. Big behemoths slugging it out. Only thing missing was some traditional chain wrestling but over all a great mix.
