Swarm’s 1st annual 64 man Legends Tournament
What: I’ve decided to run a 64 man LOW tournament every year.
Who: I’m going to use a combination of color LOW, b/w LOW, UBU and my Legends of Wrestle Mania sets.
How: The big twist is all wrestlers eliminated in round 1 will be ineligible to return next year. They will be eligible to enter the tournament again in 2021 but there are no guarantees. So first round wins are huge.
In addition to that rule, the Great 8 will automatically be entered into next years tournament. This is huge for underdog wrestlers who might have big runs.
Why: I’ve run my GWF fed full time since I was 11 and have tried and failed to maintain a full time LOW fed. Running a big tournament each year gives me the chance to use all these great cards.
The field of 64: It wasn’t easy. There are a ridiculous amount of excellent cards available both officially and in bootleg form. These are the historic 64 who I chose to make up the first annual battle down to 1.
