Hello! We've got a brand new episode up in time for the holiday releases! The first half of the episode I'm joined by Tournament Master & Mike M to chat about the latest releases. We dive into the new names, artwork, and stats for Legends V as well as the reimagined art for 2089 and touch on the new cardbacks for the managers. But that's just the beginning! For the second half of the pod, we're joined by Vegas to discuss indy signings and more! Who are his favorite signings? What's the farthest he's traveled for a signing? How does he go about statting talent? It was a fun conversation and a true pleasure to chat with one of the behind the scenes heroes of the game! It's been a long time coming for a new episode. We hope you enjoy! Direct Stream

Loved the episode! Really entertaining conversations! Sam, you do a great job hosting and guiding the conversations along without feeling like it's forced or had to grind to a halt before you jumped in. I love these shows!
Also, LOVE the announcement of the next indy set! That is going to be awesome!

Another great episode!
Zeke is a great friend, and he's a huge asset to this game. He was his usual humble self. I look forward to the next time I see him, probably in April at the CAC in Vegas.
I enjoyed the discussion about the 2089 color set. A fun discussion about a classic era of the GWF. This is the time my game fandom grew exponentially, with the 2089/Invasion II set being advertised and discussed in the Club Galactica Super Report in the months leading up to the release.
And I enjoyed the Legends talk too, of course! Legends Expansion V features five new signings, the most in the color era of Legends. Todd did a great job with the Teddy Long card, as my draft stunk the joint out! Hopefully people are enjoying the set... right now!

Sam is great. I agree with what everyone says about Zeke, and getting to see him at G-Con is always a highlight. Listening to the questions made me think about my various things in the game including how I stat, who I would like to stat and other such stuff. Can't wait for the next podcast.

Thank you all for the kind feedback. I've really loved being able to do these episodes and look forward to more. I love this game and this community and hope to continue growing this in the new year. We've got some ideas already for a couple spots here and there, but if anyone has a topic they'd like to hear us discuss or questions they'd like answered, please feel free to throw them out there!
All the best and Happy Holidays!

I unfortunately have not had a chance to listen to the podcast yet. This is just my busiest week of the year with closing out First Semester at work and also getting ready to fly to Europe tomorrow morning to see my parents in their home in Portugal. (Note to myself, next year when I again fly to Europe for Christmas- do not schedule the flight for the morning after closing out First Semester.) I am hoping to listen to the podcast tomorrow or Sunday while I am traveling. I don't know, but I might have made some rookie mistakes as this was my first time doing a podcast. But it was fun and great to talk to both Sam ( Sam Fain)- thanks again for having me on your show, you do an awesome job! and also to talk again to Todd Tournament Master!) If Sam wants me back on his show as he suggested to talk about the upcoming Indy set I would be glad to do it. Some really cool stories about how some of these great names- including some who not speak much English- were signed.
