I am going to this show featuring LOW's Ted DiBiase and Hacksaw Jim Duggan next week here in Las Vegas at the FSW Arena. I have never met either DiBiase or Duggan and I am hoping to get my copies of their LOW cards and their pictures in my WWE Encyclopedia signed at this event.

That would be totally awesome. Enjoy it, Vegas.

Nice! Is it a wrestling show or is it more of a meet & greet type thing? Either way, should be a lot of fun! I met both many years ago and both were very kind.

It is a wrestling show/event, but one without matches. Instead (from what I understand) DiBiase and Duggan are telling stories, doing a Q and A session, and then signing items.

I've never met Dibiase, but when I met Duggan he was one of the most personable and friendly guys I've had the pleasure of encountering.

Duggan is a very nice guy! We've had him in many times for IPW shows, and we also did a Q&A event with him. We did a backstage photo op with him, so Emily (my wife) and I got our picture with him. He asked her, "Are you a wrestling fan, young lady?" She answered, "Only by marriage!" He loved it!

I know I've shared this before but... I don't have as many stories of meeting wrestlers as Zeke so I have to lean on my few stories a little heavier...
When I met Duggan I waited in line and then handed him my original B&W Legends card to sign. He said something to the effect of "Is that supposed to be me!?!" We both laughed and he, of course, signed it. I don't remember what else we talked about but that one moment really sticks with me more than almost every other time of meeting wrestlers. Most of the others just politely sign whatever and move on to the next person in line.

I met both men at Niagara Falls Comic Con several years ago. DiBiase had the much bigger line and while polite and everything there was no getting to talk for a second. Oh yeah, just remembered I first met DiBiase a long time ago at the Ames store here in Huntingdon, PA.
Duggan was very nice, talked with you a few minutes. He signed my game card and an early '80s trading card that he remembered from back in the day.

Met Jim Duggan @ the ‘92 Royal Rumble in Albany, NY. He was at a table signing for fans and I asked me who I thought was gonna win. I showed him my sign , which on one side said “Flair is God” (& the other was for the Mountie). He said, “Flair’s a bum” & laughed. He was cool. Of course, the Nature Boy went on to win the Rumble and give me my greatest “live” wrestling memory (slightly topping Abby v. Brody at the Erie County Fair).
