Perhaps Guardian reappears. Perhaps the secret history involves that Mutant had an unknown vital role in the formation and flourishing of the fed.

Sounds great. I just hope it doesn't make too much difference being Origins to the 2074-86 classics years I played out using Mike Melesky' set. Meaning I should of had wrestlers in there from this set or my history is wrong. Fingers crossed

That Origins leaves a lot of options for Tom.After 2135 the Roster will get smaller for sure.Plus Suddenly Tom got away from making 136 a new Starting Point for new Players.
So we will stay with a lot of Wrestlers already in the Game.
Throwing in the Crime Busters just for 2135 seems not very rational.
So what could happen?
Something like Future Shock?

Hey there loyal promoters! In case you didn't notice we'll be posting the first promo slide for ORIGINS 2136 tomorrow on twitter and other social media platforms. Not a huge deal really, but a way to officially kick off the ORIGINS 2136 teaser season, which will last 5 months! We won't be posting card art for a while, but I put together a promo slide just to whet your appetite! I'm also busy putting together my vision of a "Celebration" Starter Set for CotG. I have appreciated the comments of game fans and I taken them into account in my selections. This will be a BIG Champions of the Galaxy summer as we celebrate 50 game editions. ORIGINS and mysteries await you! So when this releases, will there be an option to buy the new wrestler, or do you have to spend $30 to get the one guy that you don’t have? All the repeats are making me consider not playing the COTG line anymore and just sticking w the real guys. I have a ton of useless cardboard in my recycle bin already. |

If you don't want it, don't buy it. The set isn't necessarily for the regular game players but those just starting out and those who want something that celebrates the game.

There will be a new character that I’d like to use. Don’t want to spend $30 to use him. Thanks for the genius advice tho. It will be 90% current players that buy it. I don’t buy the cards to collect art, I want to use them. Future Shock had that option after mikes Centra set came out. Wondering if that will be an option.
Not being a staff member, you probably can’t answer that ?
