The Benoit episode is online and man is it a tough watch. Not because it's bad but it tells Eddie's story as well. Eddie and Benoit are in my personal top 5 so maybe I have a bigger emotional attachment. Even knowing the story it's gut wrenching hearing from Benoit's kid, Chavo, Jericho and the crew. Season 1 was pretty great IMO and season 2 came out the gates with a fast watch. Free nonetheless on youtube.

Its a 2 hour one. Are both hours online or just the first hour? I saw it debuts tonight on Vice with the full 2 hours. I have my Sling DVR all set.

I saw that both Parts 1 and 2 are now on You Tube so I will probably watch them this weekend since I won't be going anywhere.
Dark Side of the Ring has some other episodes I might check out too such as The Killing of Bruiser Brody, The Match Made in Heaven (I am a big Macho Man fan,) and The Fabulous Moolah- especially since we are on the verge of getting a card of her.

I watched both parts of the Benoit story on Dark side, and the producers did an amazing job on it. I watched all the episodes of Season 1 and I'll be doing the same for this season!

I thought it was very good. I liked how they flashed the CNN logo when JR said the media loves a crisis. Very symbolic.
Of all the new episodes coming, this was the one I was least looking forward to, only because the story is well known. I was happily surprised to see so much focus on Nancy Benoit and liked hearing from Nancy’s sister. I really agreed w Jericho that Nancy and her legacy has gotten lost in this. I don’t think too much of the WWE HOF, but she deserve to be honored in some respectful way.

I felt the worst for David Benoit. Hes had to carry this his entire life like a pariah. Talk about sins of the father.

Been catching up on these lately. Loved the Brawl for All. Really showed how WWF has always stuck by their script instead of capitalizing on wrestlers getting themselves over. Bart wasn’t the first or last. It’s a shame they treated him the way they did instead of trying to make money off of his success.
Loved the Dino Bravo one too. I had no idea he was this big hero in Montreal. All I ever knew was blonde Dino. They do such a good job balancing the historic info and modern day fall out with all of these specials. They don’t skip out on any of the interesting and important details while also giving the family and friends respect and time to tell their sides and stories. Nobody is sacrificed.
The New Jack one was blah.
Snuka was slightly better but also kind of slow moving.
The Von Erichs one was probably my favorite. Then or Gino. I grew up a WWF fan and only read about World Class in PWI. So these were both entertaining and fun history lessons.

Only started in UK on Vice TV last week seen two Chris Beniot & New Jack . Beniot I was fighting back the tears and evens wondering should wrestling even be banned (seriously) . I am a sucker for hardcore matches , but now I wonder . Its slowing killing wrestlers . New Jack was just sheer crazy stuff .
